4 Months later

Christina's Pov

The day is coming up. Prom. Everyone at school has already started shopping. Well, I haven't but anyways good news I passed my final exams. That extra week off was really helpful. Tris passed hers as well. The highest out the school but she didn't want to do a speech but they made her anyways. For weeks me and her have been up all night trying to put words together. What we came up with so far is...

This year has been an eventful year...

Yup, that's it. Were hopeless. Well, wait I'm missing the best part. Tris and Four are still going strong. Yup, who knew. Lol. Their 1 yr anniversary is coming up sooner than later. I'm happy for her, well for both of them. Uriah and I are great. Were going on 9 months. He moved back into his apartment. We still don't know why but he comes to visit. I want to ask him to prom but I'm scared. If you haven't noticed I still haven't told him the L word. Love. Tris asked Four, of course, he said yes. I think Uriah wants me to ask him. Not sure.

Tris and I have more exciting news. We got excepted into 3 colleges each. She even got accepted into Yale, but she didn't take it. We decided to just go to Chicago University. We might even think about moving on campus. Our lives are going really good now. I guess I wished I had the family to share it with. But they would be happy for me. Right?

Uriah and I are watching a movie on TV. It's called Orphan. This movie is so scary. Uriah is looking at me confused. I look at him.

"What?" I ask.

"Um, why didn't you ask me?" He asks. Oh shit, I think I know where this is heading.

"Ask you what." Trying to play dumb.

"I know about the prom, of course, why didn't you ask me?" He says.

"Um well I tried but I got nervous when I looked into your eyes and-." I blush. He smiles.

"I get it." He says with a nod. "Well try now." He says. I smile.

"No it's not right and it's awkward," I say. He grabs my hand.

"Please?" He asks. I roll my eyes playfully.

"Uriah, will you go to prom with me?" I ask playfully yet nervous. He kisses me. I kiss back.

Tris Pov

Four and I are meeting at the library to study. I want to be ready for next semester. He thinks I'm completely crazy but I think not. I see him looking through a book. He looks so cute. Wow, fangirl moment. Another wow. Who knew I would have a great boyfriend; an awesome step-brother; a great BFF. I walk in. He sees me and smiles. I smile back. I see Peter walk in. I wave. He waves back. We keep it casual. Were friends but were not at the same time you know.

I walk up to Four.

"Hey." I say. He smiles. What's up with him.

"Um no hi?" I ask confused.

"Hi." He says not really wanting to say it.

"What's up?" I ask leaning on my right hip.

"Who's that you waved at?" He asks.

"Oh him that is Peter. We go to school together calm down." I say playfully. If he thinks something can go on with me and Peter. I chuckle at the thought. We sit down and start studying quietly. After a while, we go home.

"Bye Four," I say. He looks at me.

"I told you to call me Tobias." He says. I smile and kiss his cheek.

"Bye Tobias," I say. I walk into the house. Christina is watching a movie.

"Where's Uri at?" I ask.

"He had something going on at school and had to leave, he should be back soon." She says. I walk over to the couch and sit next to her.

"How was your study date?" She asks. I nod.

"Did you ask Uriah to prom?" I ask. She smiles wide.

"I'm guessing that's a yes," I say with a giggle. I hear the front door close. It's Uri. He looks up at us.

"Hey." He says and walks over to us. He sits between us. He grabs Christina's hand. I smile.

"Mom told me dad and her will be home by morning," Uriah says. I nod.

"Are you still going to visit your mom?" Christina ask. My eyes widen. Wait what?!

"Yeah I haven't seen her in years so I might as well go and Zeke's gonna be there I haven't seen him." He adds. Man, I miss Zeke we all used to hang out in the old days. But then he got a scholarship to play football at a school out-of-town. He hasn't been back since. He never got along with his dad. Fou-, Tobias misses him they used to be really close.

"Wish you luck," I say. After a while, we go up to our rooms and go to bed.
