On the distant shores of Iberia, rumours of steel ships sailing on its coastlines made their way to Rhodes Island. An investigation team was dispatched, and their findings would change Terra forever.

After the grand adventure of Apollo in his past world through a bleached Earth, he suddenly finds himself in a new place, a new world seemingly disconnected from his own in many ways. As a changed man he decides to advance the world in a different more peaceful way.

A set of reports written by four operators who experienced the world of Terra as they assist the company on their day-to-day operations while searching for a way home back to Earth. How will they deal with this new world filled with conflict.

However, as fate would have it, they wouldn't just be containing an infectious disease in Italy. As GDI and Nod forces disappear into Terra, they have to try their best to help everyone out.
