(Chapter 12)

Pictures of Hinata…smiling, while gently touching her belly. This is was the snake had brought him.

"I don't love Hinata." He kept repeating that in his head over and over again and would keep repeating it until he believed it himself.

Sasuke wanted to kill Orochimaru so bad! He's been testing his patience with pictures of Hinata. Sasuke threw the pictures at him as he looked at the snake.

Orochimaru didn't even blink at the pictures were thrown at him "Easy now Hiro-" he smiled seeing Hiro grab a kunai.

Dan looked at Orochimaru "Is something troubling you Lord Orochimaru?"

"It seems like there is a rat among the sound."

"Shall I find out who it is?" Hiro asked. Damn, had found out about Kin and the rest?

"I believe I know who it is." Fuck, fuck, fuck.

Dan looked at him "Who?"

"You do not know of him because he is dead. His name was Genyuumaru." So he didn't know.

"Okay, change of plans-" he needed her "-this is going to be more than just a show."

They needed to be safe; he needed a distraction.

"Keiji-" Sasuke said as he looked at his dog "What about your dog?"

"He'll be the distraction." Sasuke knew that Keiji would be better off in Konoha and this was it. He knew Keiji missed his family. He knew his father would catch his scent. He just hoped Itachi would stop the truck and stay behind.

"If I can get him to leave; the other dogs would catch his scent-" Dan nodded "Are you willing to let your dog go?"

"He's safer in Konoha anyways."

"Okay, this is what we'll do-"

Sasuke looked at Keiji before he said "Go-" Keiji looked at him "Go back to Hinata." he could feel his stomach drop.

Hiro (Dan) could see they had a strong bond; an unbreakable bond and this would be hard on Sasuke.

Keiji wasn't sure what was going on but hearing Hinata' name made him wag his tail. Was this it? Were they going home?

Keiji barked "Arf!" followed by a wag on the whole behind. Hiro nodded "They're approaching-" Sasuke made his way down the small hill, Keiji right behind him. Hiro couldn't let this happen…he knew Sasuke wouldn't be the same. Keiji could die of sadness; even if he was back at home he would miss his dog.

Lucky for him he always had a second plan in case something like this happened. He reached to his back pocket and aimed…

(Chapter 13)

"You're going somewhere?" Yamato asked.

"Suna-" Ibiki' voice held pleasure "-seems they caught ne of Orochimaru' henchman."

"Who?" Itachi asked.

"Baki wouldn't tell me-" Ibiki growled "-but it's okay, I don't care who it is, I'll break him or her."

Hinata couldn't wait to arrive to Suna; sure they would be leaving tomorrow morning, since they only came to get some medicine for Kin. Suna was well known for having rare plants that Konoha didn't have.

"Can't believe we bumped into General Morino-" Hinata said as she looked at Itachi.

"Yeah, guess they're going to Suna too-" Itachi told her as he looked at the rear view mirror. Kin looked out of it as she texted someone.

Why are you going to Suna?

I was just about to ask you that.

Thought it might have to do with your brother.

Dosu?

What about him?

Kin looked at her phone "What's taking him so long?" he thought and what about Dosu? Was he in trouble? Or was he the trouble?

"Something wrong Kim?" Hinata looked back. Kin looked up and put her phone down "No-" she smiled "-I was just searching Suna, since I haven't been here." that was a lie.

"Oh, you'll love it-" Itachi quickly stopped as Ibiki stopped unexpectedly making the car spin a bit but luckly it didn't do a full 360.

"Everyone okay?" Itachi looked at Hinata and back at Kin.

Kin nodded "I'm fine-"

"W-what happened?" Hinata asked only to see a red flare about a kilometer away.

"Stay here-" Itachi said as he got out of the car.

"What the hell was that?" Ibiki asked as he closed the door.

Keiji hid behind Sasuke as he looked at Hiro "What the hell was that?"

"It's a flare-"

"I know what it is. Why the hell did you do that for? Keiji-"

"Means a lot to you, I'm not about to be the one to destroy that."

Sasuke furrowed his brows "We needed a distraction-"

"Hence the flare and someone in Suna-"

"They should be here by now-" Baki said as he looked over the rearview mirror. They stopped the car as the flare caught both Karin and his attention. He stopped and opened the door but smoke bombs began to go off.

She got out "Major Baki-"

The smoke began to make her cough, this wasn't part of the plan, she had the smoke bombs go off at the destination point "M-major-" she began to cough "G-guard the prisoner!" he took out a knife "W-we have compa-" she saw a shadowy figure behind her and she dodged the swing.

"You're a quick little bitch aren't you? Jashin will enjoy your blood-" she managed to block his next move, which was a quick left swing. She managed to kick him…but she felt her eyes sight began to blur, she had been hit from behind "Night, bitch-"

"We don't have time for your crap Hidan, we got him. Let's go!"

Itachi checked on them "It was just a flare-" he reassured them "Morino suggested we stay here another 10 minutes." Itachi grab Hinata' hand "It's nothing to worry about okay."

Hinata nodded "Okay." Itachi looked back at Kin "You okay?" Kin looked at him "Yeah-" Itachi nodded once more and made his way towards Ibiki, Jiraya and Kakashi.

"Some dumb kid probably." Jiraya said as he leaned against the truck "The girls okay?" Jiraya looked at the Uchiha "Yeah, a bit shaken up but-"

"What do you mean he got away?" Morino yelled on the phone.

Itachi gave Jiraya a look "He's on the phone with Baki-"

"Flare?" he questioned "Dammit! We'll be there soon." He hung up.

"The flare was a distraction-" he looked at Itachi "-after the flare was shot, smoke bombs went off-" he walked towards the truck "-knocked everyone out cold and took the kid."

"There is no point in us going to Suna now-" Ibiki grunted.

"What if they are still there?" Kakashi said as he looked back at the truck where Kin and Hinata were.

Itachi wondered…did something happen between them?

"We should still go; I mean we can literally be there in 10 minutes." Jiraya said "Plus, I'm sure the girls would need the protection. If it was one of Orochimaru' henchman you can bet your ass he was behind this."

"Fine but we live early in the morning." He opened the door and got in "Damn, I was really looking forward to this. Get in!" he said "I'm coming." Jiraya said. Kakashi walked over towards Hinata "Just checking to see how you two are doing."

"Better, thank you." Hinata smiled at him. His eye focused on Kin "You?"

Kin quietly 'Tch' at him but smiled at him "More at ease, thank you." Kakashi chuckled before he pushed himself from the driver's side to see Itachi. He could see curiosity in those eyes of his.

"Drive safe-" Kakashi told him before he heard his phone chime, his eyes get to see Kin on her phone "Thanks." He didn't mean to do this behind his back but he had promised Kin he wouldn't say anything unless she did. Or told him it was okay.

Baki was face to face with Ibiki "How could you let this happen!?" Baki felt ashamed but he want about to take crap from him either.

"We were blinded by the smoke-"

"It wasn't our fault!" come the voice of the red haired girl who still had an ice back on the back of her head "We were hit from behind!"

"Who the hell are you?" Ibiki asked. She gulped "Leave her alone, she's a newbie-" Baki told him.

'Hiro isn't going to like this one bit' she thought to herself.

Itachi drove to Gaara' house only to see him waiting outside pacing back and forth while Temari tried to calm him down "Look, she's here-" he parked the truck and Gaara ran towards the passenger's side

"Hinata, are you okay?" Hinata nodded as he opened the door, she unbuckled and he opened the door to embrace her "G-Gaara" she inhaled his scent and closed her eyes. She could hear his heartbeat "I was worried."

"It was just a f-flare-" she tried to reassure him. She was texting him when the sudden stop occurred and the flare. He called her and she reassured him she was fine.

He wanted to meet her but the elders weren't going to take the risk of the Kazekage leaving. They wanted to make sure he was safe.

Gaara kissed her forehead "I'm so happy to see you." the smile never vanished "I am too."

"Wow, it really is the Kazekage-" Kin said with a 'aw' smile from still in the back seat "Butuh bantuan?" 'Need help?'

"Tch, ora!" 'No' she looked at him "Mengko?" 'Later' he knew what she was thinking and answered before she asked. He'd tell her later. He just needed to know what was happening.

Javanese a language known to a few in the Land of the Moon. It was something Kin and Kakashi had in common and they used that to their advantage. After all it's a dead language; no one really spoke it.

Kin nodded and looked over at Itachi who looked upset. I bet this look suspicioned but she just hoped he didn't get the wrong idea. She trusted Kakashi. She just hoped Itachi trusted her and didn't assume…

"Apa sampeyan arep menehi saran?" 'Do you plan on telling him?'

"Pungkasane" 'Eventually' she's just scared. They switched back as Jiraya approached "How's your ankle?"

"Better, thank you." Kakashi looked back to see Itachi "She needs to rest-" He told him as he moved away from her "-better take her." Itachi nodded. What was going on?

"Well I'm sure with the ointment here; it'll heal in no time." Kin smiled at the white haired man "I hope."

"Well, I'll be heading inside, goodnight." Kakashi nodded "I'll be doing the same-" he turned to face both Itachi and Kin "Enjoy the fresh air."

"Goodnight." Kin said as Itachi nodded. Fresh air; was the code for them meeting later tonight. He knew something.

Kin was now in Itachi' arms "I c-could walk, you know." He was quiet. She let her head fall and fidgeted with her fingers. She knew what he was thinking but she just couldn't tell him. What would she think of her?

Itachi wasn't sure why he was quiet but…

Gaara never left Hinata' side "Temari, Kankuro would you please show them to their rooms?"

"Of course-" Temari smiled at her younger brother "You know she'll be here in the morning right Gaara."

"Yeah bro, I'm sure she's tired. We can all go tomorrow for breakfast."

"That sounds like a good idea."

"I'm sure Morino won't stay-" Jiraya commented "-I myself would have to get back first thing at dawn so I won't be able to join you-" he looked at the silvered haired shinobi "What about you Kakashi?"

"I'll be sticking around, you don't mind me riding with you do you?"

"Of course not" Hinata smiled.

Gaara was currently in the room with Hinata and Kin "I hope the room is to your liking."

"It is, thanks you." Kin commented as Ai jumped on the bed as Pancake growled.

Gaara looked away from the tiny dog to Hinata and felt breathless as he saw Hinata in her pajamas. I mean she looked good in anything but the way she looked in those gray sweatpants and long sleeve black shirt…the way it hugged her swollen belly "Wow-" he said under his breath. A small blush appeared on Hinata' face "-you look beautiful."

Hinata really missed him "Okay, well I'm going to get some fresh air" Kin couldn't help but feel the third wheel "Need help?" Gaara asked.

"N-no I got it-" there was a knock at the door "Hinata?" it was Kakashi "In here." she said as she turned the corner from the bathroom, Gaara right behind her "I saw the light on-"

"We're fine."

Kakashi looked at Kin "Going somewhere?"

"Need air-" she said "I don't want to bug you but-" he chuckled "Need help?"

"Yes, please." She looked at Hinata "I won't take long-"

After they left Hinata looked at Gaara "I'm back to hospital on Monday."

He hugged her from behind "I'm so happy for you."

Kakashi and Kin were now in the patio in the back yard "Weather is nice." Kin let out a sigh "Cut the crap Kakashi, what happened earlier?" Kakashi inhaled the cool breeze and looked back at her "It was your brother who got caught."

"Dosu?" she said "Is he-?"

"He got away, somehow."

"You're saying lit like it's a bad thing?" she growled. She knew Dosu has done some bad things and is still affiliated with Orochimaru but; coming from Kakashi…

"What I want to know is why was he supposed to get caught?"

"There is always a reason behind what he does" she looked at him "-you think I had something to do with this?"

"He wanted to get caught; no, he was supposed to get caught but something happen and it didn't go according to plan."

"Whatever the reason is, I'm sure it's to their benefit. Look, I know Dosu isn't a saint but-" this had to be Orochimaru' doing "-for him to do something like this. It's not like him. Last time I visited him he was doing well-"

"Define well-"

"He had won a game of cards with some guy and won a pretty good amount of money."

"Hmh-"

"Look if I knew anything would tell you. I want Dosu and as I much hate Zaku-" she let out a sigh "-I want them to leave him like I did. If they continue to work for him, it's going to cost them their life."

"For now I just need you to be careful and I want you to tell me if he contacts you."

"I will-" she told him as she touched her ankle.

"What's wrong?" Kakashi asked "Nothing, just my ankle acting up."

"Must be the cool air, let's go inside."

Itachi saw Kakashi leave. He really didn't pay much attention to that, since he knew Kakashi had the tendency to leave for a run or just stay up at night. Something he knew all too well.

Why he couldn't sleep was because of a black haired girl just two doors down.

He took out his phone out and texted Kin. He had asked her for her number that same day she moved in; you know just in case she ever needed anything.

You awake?

…

Kin couldn't put pressure on her ankle yet, so it was either a human crutch where they had their arm around her or they carried her. In this situation she used him as a crutch.

He decided to go downstairs and get some water but stopped as he heard the patio open "You can just put me down here-" it was Kin.

"You're not going to bed?" and Kakashi?

"No, I think I'll stay down here for a bit-"

"Just try and rest okay?"

"I will."

"Later."

"Goodnight." It was just her now but before Kakashi had left her, he poured her a glass of warm milk. She looked at her phone to see Itachi message.

Yes

Can we talk?

What was there to talk about? Although she did want to clear the air; he was closing himself.

Maybe tomorrow

If he was closing himself, she could do that as well.

"Kin?" she jumped seeing Itachi enter the kitchen "Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you."

"Hey-" she said, setting her phone down. Itachi grabbed a water bottle and leaned against the counter "I know your tired but-" he walked over towards her and pulled the chair next to her "-I really want to talk to you."

Kin hugged the warm mug with her hands and looked at him "Sure."

Itachi looked at her and was about to say something until she beat him to it "I'm sorry."

"For what?" he couldn't help wonder if it had to so with her ankle.

"For not telling you about my ankle; I just didn't want to-" her voice cracked.

"Bother me?" she nodded.

"Kin-"

"And I know; I shouldn't be upset for you leaving-" he gave her a questionable look "-forget it."

"Leaving?" he asked himself. Then he thought about it "I'm sorry."

"Don't be-" she told him "I just; I'm just mad that I don't know why I'm mad. Sounds stupid I know."

"I should have stayed-" He told her "-I shouldn't have let you eat alone."

Just hearing that made her feel a bit better but she didn't want to guilt trip him either. "It's fine."

"No, it's not. I didn't want you to spend your first morning eating alone."

So he's thought about it. He really did sound sorry, she cleared her throat and said "You owe me-" trying to clear the sappy conversation.

"I know." He smiled "-and I will make it up to you." She couldn't help but feel butterflies in her stomach.

Silence.

"Itachi-" she broke the silence "-if you really got to know me."

"I'm hoping I do."

"No, I mean-" she didn't finish because Itachi said "I don't care who you were. It's who you are now-" he looked at those brown eyes "-that I want to get to know."

Kin smiled at that "Maybe one day of these days I'll tell you."

"I'm looking forward to that night. Hopefully it's soon." He told her. Kin looked at him and smiled.

"Couldn't sleep?" she changed the subject again.

"Was about to ask you the same thing-"

"Something like that-" she said "-I had a lot on my mind."

"Want to talk about it?"

"I thought we were leaving this for another night?" she teased; only because she wasn't sure if she was ready to tell him.

"I'm a good listener."

Kin inhaled and with her middle finger she traced the rim of the mug "My parents died when I was five-" she gave a sad smile "-I don't remember them much but I know my mother had long beautiful black hair."

This was it; she was opening up to him "I was put in the system shortly after my aunt embezzled the money. I was confused as to why she would to such a thing? I mean-" she stayed quiet for a few seconds "-didn't she care for me? Anyways-" she looked at him to see his eyes on her so she continued and once more she looked down at the mug.

"Nothing good came after that; at one point I thought I had found a new family-"she felt her throat tighten a bit "-but the man of the house had a different idea of what he wanted to do with a 16 year old girl."

Itachi looked at her eye slowly drown in tears "Kin-" his voice held concern and comfort as he slowly grabbed onto her hand. She felt a light squeeze from him and continued "I told myself that I would never go through that again." she wiped the tears with her spare hand "after I sent him to the hospital, I ran away." He deserved that and more Itachi thought to himself as he felt anger boil inside of him.

Itachi stood up and after giving her hand another squeeze he said "Let's get some rest." He helped her up "You ask me to open up to you and now-" she looked up at him, seeing his eyes; which held so much concern "I don't need your pity-" she let more tears fall as she pulled herself away from him; or at least tried to until he pulled her towards him into an embrace.

"I'm glad you're opening up to me Kin but I don't want to see you upset." he could now hear her sobbing on his chest, her hands made their way to his back and gripped on to his black shirt "It doesn't suit you."

Being in his arms felt right; she felt safe, like nothing and no one could hurt her. "I'm sorry-" he told her "-I wish I would have met you earlier so I could have saved you." that also did it, she let herself cry. she let the pain that she had been holding out.

Itachi rested his chin on top of head "You need to rest." Itachi told her once more as he took his chin from the top of her head "I'm not tired-" she said as she looked up at him.

Those brown eyes shined with the leftover tears that never fell "-can we watch a movie?" Itachi smirked "Hn. What kind?" what movie would allow her to be in his arms without a reason "Horror?"

Itachi smirked as he had Kin hiding her face on his chest. "I don't know why you chose a horror movie-"

"Is it over?"

"Yes." Kin looked towards the flat screen only for her to close her eyes and turn towards him again "Liar!" she said, which made him chuckle.

"Okay it's over-" she looked up at him "Are you lying?" he looked at her "No." she took a peak and sure enough he wasn't.

It was quiet, the frame began to zoom at a door, the music indicated something was about to happen when she suddenly saw Itachi hand over her eyes "The clown popped up." he said as he protected her from the scary part.

Kin smiled "Thanks-" she removed his hand and yawned "You tired now?"

"Let's watch another one-" it was just a little past 4:00 am when he felt his eyes began to close, Kin had fallen asleep during the middle the second movie, this time it was a comedy movie; you know to calm herself from the scary one.

She was alone in a room, there was no door. So how did she get here? She felt a sudden chill hearing his laugh. She looked back and saw nothing; turning back again her breath was taken away as she grabbed her throat "Missss me?" she couldn't move as a large white snake coiled around her body.

Air became limited "I-Ita-Itachi-" she managed to say before she suddenly saw a pair of red eyes "Sssoon you will come to me-" his voice faced as the room became dark.

However her throat still felt closed, not being able to breathe she felt her life fading away but the dark never left and felt arms around her "Kin."

He had fallen asleep soon after Kin made herself comfortable next to him. He had taken the liberty to stretch on the sofa and pull Kin to his side.

Itachi felt Kin move next to him, he opened his eyes and noticed the TV was still on, only the screen was black, with the dim light from it through he could see Kin frowning, brows furrowed and even tears escaping her closed eyes. He saw her hands got to her throat, slightly scratching herself. She wasn't breathing "Kin-" he didn't know what was happening but he hugged her and called out to her again "Kin!"

Hearing her name again she woke up from her nightmare. Finally letting the breath that she didn't know she was holding out. Her breath finally was long and deep then they became short and rapid and suddenly she felt overwhelmed as she let the tears finally fall onto his chest. She gripped on to his shirt as sobbed on him.

He let her. Whatever she had dreamt about meant something he didn't know about her and he wasn't about to ask either, he simply let her cry. Itachi now had Kin on top of him, since he didn't want her to fall.

She didn't know why she cried, the dream was just too overwhelming. It felt so real. She closed her eyes hearing the rhythm of his heartbeat. It was soothing and it calmed her.

"Want to talk about it?" he asked. She shook her head on his chest "Not right now. Right now I just want to stay like this." wait; did she just really say that? He chuckled at that bold estimate of hers.

"I won't complain-" he told her.

Kin didn't want to move and she didn't as closed her eyes once again.

Morning had soon rolled over and Kin squinted as the morning rays hit her eyes, she rolled over only realize she was falling "Ah-" she gripped onto a piece of black clothing. Itachi eyes open as he felt a tight grip on his shirt and being pulled.

Instinct kicked in as his hands went around the person who knew was or had been on top of him; one hand went to the back of her head as the other one went to her back.

"Are you okay?" he asked as he saw her eyes all wide "Y-yeah." he had his knees on each side of her hips. I mean he didn't want to squish her with his large frame.

"Are you hurt?"

Kin gulped as she saw Itachi' face so close to hers "N-no." Kin tried to look away from him but she couldn't.

"How's your ankle?"

"Better."

He knew little of her; such as her favorite color and now a little about her past. It was tragic he admitted and he not only wanted to find the bastard who had taken her in and had done all those things to her and kill him.

He also wanted to protect her and just embrace her, to tell her that everything would be okay.

"That's good to hear." He stood up and helped her up, still holding onto her waist. The front door opened and in came a sweaty Kakashi, guess he did a morning run "Ah, you're up-" she smiled "-It's beautiful outside-" his eye looked over towards Kin "You guys should get fresh air."

Itachi felt Kin's body tense up a little "Maybe after breakfast." Kin told him, Itachi looked over at Kakashi and ask "Did Morino and Master Jiraya leave?"

"Bright and early-" he told him "-but they didn't stay here, they stayed near a hotel near the entrance of the village."

Kin bit her lip. What did Kakashi know now? Was it bad? Did it have to do with his brother again?

Kakashi smiled before he excused himself to shower.

"Something wrong?" Itachi looked down at her as she looked at Kakashi walking up the stairs.

"Huh?" she asked as she looked up at him "oh-" she shook her head "-N-no, I'm fine." She couldn't help but look back towards the stairs where Kakashi wasn't anymore.

Temari felt glad but guilty Hinata was doing most of it since she didn't like being in the kitchen that much.

"It's no problem really Temari-" she said as she turned off the oven.

"Mmm something smells good-" Kakashi walked in. Kin was currently sitting on the chair, holding a cup of coffee in her hands "Apa sampeyan turu apik?" 'Did you sleep well?' Kakashi whispered as he sat next to her.

Kin gave him a cold stare "Aja mulih" 'Don't start.' she whispered back as she gripped her coffee cup.

"Breakfast is almost d-done." She smiled at Kakashi "Do you mind spreading the word?" Kakashi nodded at her "Of course not." he stood up and was about to gather everyone when he heard Kankuro

"Something smells good."

"Guess my work is done" he said as he let Kankuro pass by along with Temari and Gaara but as Itachi walked by he said "We need to talk." Itachi looked at him "Now? Maybe we should get some-" he looked over towards Kin and then looked him straight in the eye "-fresh air." So he caught it.

Kakashi shrugged "Up to you."

Everyone was now making their way outside but Kin couldn't help but wonder where Itachi and Kakashi going. And why Itachi looked so upset.

Breakfast outside was a good idea, the weather was perfect. The sun was beaming bright and the birds were singing happily.

"Woah, did you make all of this Hinata?" Kankuro asked as he saw the table full of food, she smiled at him and replied "I can't take all the credit-" she smiled at the blonde who was giving Kankuro the death glare "-Temari helped."

Gaara smiled "It looks amazing Hina-" with a small blush she smiled "Thank you, huh?" she looked around "Wonder where Kakashi and Itachi went too?"

"Food looks good-" come the calming voice of Kakashi. Kin saw Itachi take a seat next to her "Everything okay?" she asked.

"Yeah." he told her as he smiled at her.

Itachi and Kakashi had made their way towards the hallway that led to the study downstairs "Talk."

"Nothing is going on between Kin and me." Itachi looked at him "I can read you like a book, Itachi."

"What's with the meeting code phrase then?"

Kakashi had promised Kin he wouldn't say anything "It is not my place to say." Kakashi let out a long sigh

"Just know that she cares about you and I know you care about her too. Maybe she should get to know you-"

"No-" Itachi cut him off "-she wouldn't-" Kakashi put a hand on his shoulder "She will. Come on, let go get some breakfast. I'm sure by now Hinata is wondering where we are."

Kin had volunteered to do the dishes, since Hinata and Temari were the ones that did the cooking. At first Hinata said no because of her ankle and how she would be standing but once Itachi offered for him to wash and her to dry Hinata felt more at ease.

They had brought Kin a bar stool from the family room and set it next to the sink. Kankuro said he was going out to rent a few dvds since there was nothing good on Netflix or Hulu, taking Temari with her so they could get a few other things.

Kakashi had offered to take the dogs to the dog park nearby; all were happy to go except Ai and Shukaku, since they stayed near their beloved owners who were upstairs catching up.

Kin didn't know how to fell after yesterday night and today in the morning.

Itachi rinsed another plate and handed it to her "Something on your mind?" Kin took the plate and began drying it "Not really."

"Can I ask you something?"

"Sure." she se the plate next to the others as Itachi rested his back on the edge of the sink "What's up with you and Kakashi?" Kin looked at him "What do you mean?" was he on to them?

"I wasn't born yesterday Kin-" Itachi crossed his arms "Fresh air?" he was on to them "I'm a Shinobi, remember?"

"Nothing is going on between Kakashi and I, okay?" Kin set the towel down "I've known Kakashi for about 6 month's now-"

"How?" Even he didn't know that part.

"He saved me."

Gaara enjoyed every minute with her; breakfast was nice. They were now catching up; talking about how Hinata was back working on Monday, how the ultra sound would be done on Friday in the same week.

Gaara knew he had to be there, so he would have to be done with the reports on assign Baki to be Hokage for the weekend.

"So are you going to do a gender guess party?" he asked.

"Hm, naver thought about it. I would have to ask the girls-" she giggled "I'm sure they'll be happy about that."

Gaara kissed her because; he just needed too "I missed you so much." Hinata responded to his touch, his kiss "I did too; a lot actually." Both knew texts and calls were great but there was just something about being able to touch each other, to kiss and just be with each other. Hinata stayed in his arms, as they now laid in bed "Hinata?"

"Yes?"

"Would you do the honors of having dinner with me tonight?"

"I would love that." she said.

"What?" Dan/Hiro rubbed one of his temples as he saw him tightly grip his phone. Sasuke felt both grateful and annoyed that Dan/Hiro could see that he cared very much for Keiji so he knew Orochimaru would see that too. Thinking back at the feeling of just letting him [Keiji] go felt scary and it hurt. Sasuke watched Dan as he paced back and forth.

The plan was simple. The flare was the distraction. She would have been 'knocked out' although the truth would have been she was the one letting Dosu go, and being knocked out by him. In this case, she was actually knocked out cold. But by who?

Karin was now on her bed with a pint of mint chocolate chip ice cream and Hiro on speaker "I'm sorry, I wasn't careful."

"Are you hurt?" he asked. Karin smiled even though he couldn't see it "Just a bump in the head-" she stuck her spoon in the ice cream and sigh "I heard two names thought while I was fighting one-"

"Jashin and Hidan?" Sasuke furrowed his brows and took the phone from him "Did you say Hidan?"

"Uhh-" Karin was caught by surprise "Yeah."

Hidan, the man on his hit his; for starters he had raped Hinata and overall he hated him and now there was a reason to kill him.

Dan/Hiro took the phone "Feel better and keep me updated."

"I know the bastard who took Dosu."

"Yeah, so do I. you forget who you're talking too. What I want to know is why?"

"Money." Sasuke said "I'm sure it has to do with money."

…

The two days went by quicker than she wanted but the date was amazing! Gaara had set up the rooftop of the Kazekage tower with a projector and a large screen. Dinner was amazing; even though Gaara wanted to surprise her he had agreed for her to help.

They made some burgers; after all Baki and himself had taken a grill up there and Hinata had been graving a good burger. It was simple but wonderful. They ate and watched a movie, laying on the bed of blankets and pillows.

Leaving was hard but she knew he would see him on the ultra sound…as least she hoped she did.

…

Kin was now back in her room; since they come back Itachi and her had been in ehhh terms. She'd been avoiding him after what happened between them.
