Don't Leave
"Don't leave." Nikki whispered.
With those two words, Diane's world changed. She had tried, in the last few months, to ignore the little voice inside her head that was telling her this was more than a fling. To ignore the growing feelings that she had for this woman. She had tried to tell herself that Nikki would never love her back. Yet in that second, with those two words, the facade is shattered. When she looked at Nikki in the eye before answering she found the answer that she always knew was there.
That now, no matter what, she could never leave her.
