"In a perfect world, you could fuck people without giving them a piece of your heart.
And every glittering kiss and every touch of flesh is another shard of heart you'll never see again."

Oddly, Sasuke was feeling the pain he was currently inflicting on Naruto.
He could feel his own punches hitting him, the numbing ache was terrifyingly real.
But he did not stop.
Not with those innocent eyes staring at him.
Naruto was on the verge of passing out but he continued gazing at him, his face was agonizingly so messed up. Blood was running down his broken nose and the ugly discoloring of the swollen muscles on his face began to surface. In his lips, a large cut could be seen.
Sasuke was hitting him for almost fifteen minutes now but those eyes won't still waver. They were still irritatingly clear.
"I did not do it. It was a trap. I did not do anything wrong."
Sasuke gritted his teeth and hit him one more time and he could almost hear a faint moan of defeat coming from the blonde. Sasuke was expecting him to beg for his life, to stop him and all, but Naruto, after saying those words a while ago, kept his mouth tightly closed.
He didn't even fight back.
This made Sasuke more furious.
He kicked the motionless body of his friend on the ground and with a sheer disgust, he growled;
"I don't want to see you face ever again. You are fucking whore, Uzumaki Naruto."

Naruto flinched when he felt a hand on his shoulders.
He looked at his back and almost sighed in relief when he saw a familiar face.
"You fucking retard, Sai. You scared me there, man!"
Sai laughed as he pulled Naruto by his side. "You are still a scaredy cat, Uzumaki."
Naruto hissed and smacked the hand on his shoulder. "Shut up."
"How have you been?"
"I'm alright. Still alive as you can see."
Sai pulled a nearby chair and sat near to the blonde. "I heard you had a financial problem recently. Why didn't you call me?"
Naruto continued wiping the bowls. He didn't want to answer that right now, really.
"Naruto."
The blonde sighed. "It's really none of your concern, Sai."
"I was worried, you know. And it's hurting my pride to know that my one and only friend refuse to ask help from me."
"You'll live. You're tougher than that."
"I am serious, Uzumaki."
"So am I," Naruto said, his eyes were solemn. "I don't know why you are still doing this after all these years, Sai. I am not your responsibility. I can take care of myself and I will continue to do so. I don't need help from anyone, you get me? So scram β no offense meant."
The pale man sighed. "Still stubborn as ever."
"Thank you."
"From today, and for as long as you will be here, I will eat ramen in this restaurant," Sai stated as he started to flip through their menu. "I don't care if I get sick from eating so much noodles or what. At least I'll be helping you."
Naruto's mouth widened in aghast. He was left speechless.
He glared at the abomination that called himself Sai.
"You are fucking annoying, did you know that?"
Sai smirked, seemed like quite pleased with himself. "Yeah, I know, sweetheart."
"Fuck you, dude. Fuck you."

Neji sighed as he heard another loud thud coming from the inside of Sasuke's room.
He eyed the terrified maids on his back and asked them to leave. He didn't want them to get hurt, too. Sasuke was very upset right now and he knew that it was, technically, his fault.
He didn't know what really happened but he was quite sure that the information he got was correct. He didn't know why it failed.
He knocked on the door, "Sasuke? Open the door, please."
Nothing.
Well, Neji was expecting that andββ
The door abruptly opened and before Neji knew, a punch landed on his stomach.
He coughed in pain and staggered.
He was expecting that, too.
"Neji, you fucking bastard..." He heard Sasuke growled. "You told me I could find him there!"
..
..
..
"Did he show up here?"
A nod.
"How did it go?
A middle-aged man smirked as he narrated what happened.
"What else?"
"He looked so frozen when he saw Naru."
The tall man smiled under his hood. He looked quite pleased.
"Good. Here's the money I promised."
The middle-aged man grinned as he accepted the envelope.
"If you know him, tell him Naru was smitten by him."
The tall man nodded.
"Sure. I'll tell him," he said, a visible grin was plastered on his face.
