Overpowering Emotions
-In which their child gets a name and gets introduced to everyone

"Congratulations Avatar Aang and Master Katara- It's a baby girl!"
It took Aang a second to take this whole situation on.
"I'm a father…I have a daughter"
Yin-Bei handed a small bundle over to Katara; she looked at it and gasped.
"What's wrong Katara!" Aang immediately asked and heard Kataras soft reply
"She has your eyes…their so…beautiful"
Aang looked at his daughter for the very first time. The child was beautiful, she had Kataras brown hair and much too Aangs surprise his stormy grey eyes that his daughter had inherited added to her beauty instead of detracting from it. He had never remembered feeling so many emotions at once- it was overpowering. He almost stumbled before asking
"What do you want to name her?"
"You…you want me to name her?" she asked surprised
"Yes…I figured you would have already discussed baby names with Suki"
"Well…I was thinking…if it was a girl…perhaps Kya, for my mother?"
Aang gave her a watery smile before agreeing.
"Perfect" He whispered.

News of the avatars child spread fast through the many nations- no doubt a lot heard it from a certain tea shop called The Jasmine Dragon, after Aang had sent Iroh a messenger hawk informing him since he couldn't leave the shop to visit them at the moment.
The following day they had many visitors, they had invited all of their old friends to stay the night with them since the journey was long. Soon a party consisting of Toph, Suki, Sen, Sokka, Zuko, Mai and Hakoda was at their doorstep.
They all thought little Kya was beautiful- well all except Toph who took their word for it. Hakoda was especially excited about seeing his second grandchild and thought that naming her after his wife was a perfect idea
"Alas…If only you were here to see how much our children have grown up" Hakoda thought to himself as he took the infant into his arms and gave her a soft kiss upon the forehead.
"I wanted to play with my cousin!" said Sen, who wasn't yet old enough to grasp the concept that Kya was too young.
"You can play with your cousin when she is a little bit older" Suki soothed her son
Even Mai was excited about seeing Kya although see tried to hide it. She and Zuko were going to be trying for a baby soon, but it had taken a lot of convincing by the Firelord. Mai was under the false impression that she would become a controlling mother like her own, but Zuko told her otherwise.
"What's the baby look like anyway?" asked Toph to the room at general.
"She's beautiful" breathed Hakoda as he passed her to Sokka.
"Well...She has grey eyes like Aang and brown hair like Katara." Replied Sokka before realising that Toph had no idea what grey was.
"Grey?" Asked Toph
"It's a lighter shade of black" Said Suki before Sokka could embarrass himself further.
The whole Gaang took turns of holding the infant before Katara had to excuse herself to feed her.
"Hehe I'm an uncle now!" realised Sokka and Suki slapped her palm to her forehead at Sokkas statement.
"Yeah…and did you also manage to realise that you're a father too?" Asked Suki
"What! I'm a father?" Exclaimed Sokka playing dumb earning a laugh from everyone, even Mai managed a small smile.
"You're my daddy, daddy!" Said Sen as he hugged him father and gave him a toothy grin.
"Oh!" said Sokka in mock realisation as he started to tickle Sen
