…Am I right?
-In which the girls and boys get in a fight and then leave Sokka confused

Katara, Aang, Kya, Tenzin, Gyatso and Kasami had just arrived at Kyoshi Island. They had all been eagerly awaiting this trip for a long time and couldn't wait to see Sokka, Suki, Sen and Rei. It had been a while since they had last seen them so they had decided pay them a visit.
Kya was especially excited; she hadn't seen her best friend in what seemed to her to be forever! They made their way down a windy path with spectacular scenery and eventually came to their home.
Kya was practically running to go knock on the door and the twins were soon to follow suit.
Tenzin and Gyatso were looking forward to seeing Sen again and learning more warrior moves.
Kya was about to knock on the door when it opened.
"Kya!" screamed a female voice
"Rei!" screamed Kya in return as they embraced each other, though they did so a little forcefully and ended up rolling in the soft grass giggling.
"Hi everyone!" Came a familiar voice and Suki stepped out followed by Sen and Sokka
"Uncle Sokka!" the twins yelled and almost knocked him down with a hug
"Hey boys! How are you doing?" Asked Sokka while Suki looked down upon him with a smile
"Good" came the reply of the twins and they went to greet Sen
"Hi Aunty Suki!" said Kya when she and Rei had been able to stop giggling long enough to draw breath
"Hi Kya! Look how much you've grown!" Exclaimed Suki as she went to hug her niece
After everyone had greeted everyone else they were led inside
….
Suki and Katara were sitting in the living room talking and Sokka was showing Aang something outside, the children were all playing
"She's so adorable!" Suki gushed over Kasami and stated how unbelievably she had grown since she had last seen her
As Katara was handing Kasami over to Suki to hold Sen walked in
"Can I show Gyatso and Tenzin some new moves outside?" He asked
"Sure, just don't go too far" replied Suki her eyes fixed on Kasami
"Thanks mum!" said Sen before running outside
"Yeah, thanks Aunt Suki!"
"Thankyou Aunty Suki!" came Gyatso and Tenzin's responses as they went to follow Sen outside
"They grow up so fast don't they?" Asked Suki
"Yes, they really do" Replied Katara
"I can still remember when I first found out I was having Sen, I can't believe he's grown up so fast"
"I feel the same way" Replied Katara
"Sokka and I are wondering if we should have another child" Suki confessed as she gently rocked Kasami to help her get to sleep
"Really?" Asked Katara surprised
"Yes, we-" Suki was cut off by her daughter who had just entered the room
"Can Kya and I put on some face paint mummy?" Asked Rei
"That's fine with me but ask Aunty Katara too"
"It's fine with me too" Agreed Katara
"Thank you!" they exclaimed together and proceeded to skip out the door
"Just do it outside! It can get very messy, trust me!" She called after them and heard a faint response
"Ok!"
….
Tenzin and Gyatso watched in awe as Sen demonstrated the new moves his father had taught him, he made them look like they were really easy but when they tried them they almost never succeeded the first go. Sen was a great teacher though and continued to guide them through the steps
Kya and Rei were having a great time outside near their brothers too. Rei had a spare Kyoshi uniform that fit Kya and they were putting face paint on each other.
Kya was just finishing putting it on Rei when she got bumped into by Sen. He bumped her arm and caused her to put the red paint in a great big streak all over Rei's face.
"Oops, sorry" apologized Sen to Kya as Rei looked in the reflective shard of ice Kya had made
"Look what you did Sen!" Yelled Rei pointing at her face
"What? It doesn't look any different to me!" joked Sen
At this comment Tenzin and Gyatso began to laugh, this was the wrong thing to do
"Don't laugh at her!" yelled Kya at her younger brothers. She was usually calm and thought about problems logically to solve them, a characteristic she had gotten from her father Aang. But as she looked at her best friend on the verge of tears from her brothers laughing at Sens joke, she became protective of her, and willing to do anything for her- a trait from Katara.
"It was just a joke!" exclaimed Gyatso between snickers
"Well it wasn't funny!" screamed Kya before helping Rei off the ground and storming off.
….
Evening came rather quickly and soon everyone was sitting at the dinner table ready to eat.
Suki and Katara came out of the kitchen with large plates of food. They had a vegetarian plate and one made with fish
"Would you like some of this?" Offered Sokka to Aang, as usual Sokkas mouth was already stuffed with meat.
"Uh, no thanks, I'll just have this" Aang politely declined and continued to eat his vegetarian meal
"Suit yourself" Sokka shrugged, then got a mischievous look in his eye "More Unagi for me then"
Aang processed this for a second then stood up
"You guys are eating the Unagi?" He yelled, at which all the adults began to laugh
"Relax Aang, it's just normal fish" Katara calmed down Aang
"Oh" said Aang slightly embarrassed before sitting down again
Aang looked around the table at the children- they all had their heads down and were eating quietly, he wondered if something was the matter. Usually a joke like that from Sokka would have at least earned him a few laughs- especially with Aangs reaction.
Aang looked at Sokka then darted his eyes back to their kids, Sokka caught on pretty quickly and shrugged his shoulders in response.
Katara and Suki had been watching this strange exchange, they caught Aangs eyes and soon realised something was the matter.
"So did you girls have fun dressing up like Kyoshi warriors?" Asked Suki
"Yeah…I guess" was the mumbled response she got
Suki looked at Katara, Sokka and Aang bemused
"Did you show Tenzin and Gyatso the new warrior moves I taught you Sen?" Asked Sokka
"Uh, yeah, umm" Sen said quietly.
Tenzin raised his head to look at Kya but at her glare he quickly lowered it and was suddenly very interested in eating his dinner
Aang saw this and decided he had to get to the bottom of whatever was troubling the children
"What's wrong Kya?" He asked gently, it was rare for her to act so enraged about something
"Why don't you ask them?" she asked, raising a hand to point to the boys on the other side of the table
"Tenzin? Gyatso? Can you fill me in on what's going on?"
"Umm, well" Gyatso fumbled with his own words
"Well we sort of laughed at Rei…" Tenzin trailed off
"What happened?" Asked Suki eyeing Sen
"It was just a joke!" Sen exclaimed
"No it wasn't! You did it on purpose!" Kya fired back
"What happened sweetie?" Asked Katara gently, she recognized a small part of herself in Kya's reaction
"Sen bumped into me and got face paint all over Rei and then they laughed at her!"
"It was just a joke! I didn't mean it!" yelled back Sen
"Ok, ok, quiet" Aang was quick to calm things down
"May I please be excused?" Asked Kya
"Sure honey" allowed Suki
The rest of the children excused themselves too; Kya and Rei went up to Reis bedroom whilst Tenzin, Gyatso and Sen went up to his.
Sokka, Suki, Aang and Katara all looked at each other bemused
Sokka tried to break the tension
"Kids…Am I right?" he joked but at Suki's glare he wiped the smile off her face
"It seems like Sen said something to Rei after he bumped Kya and got face paint all over her, and then the twins laughed" said Aang slowly, trying to piece everything together
"I wonder where he gets that sense of humour from" said Suki with a smirk toward Sokka
"Oh Haha. I've never seen Kya so fired up about anything" Said Sokka, thinking of all the times he had spent with his usually gentle niece
"Yeah, I think she gets that from me" Katara sighed
Aang went over to comfort her
"It's not a bad thing she gets so passionate about things" he said with a smile and Katara couldn't help but smile back
"The kids don't usually fight, but when they do it's usually all a big misunderstanding" Aang said
"Did you ever fight with kids when you were their age?" Asked Sokka
"Well…I can't forget about the Last-Piece-Of-Fruit-Pie Fiasco!"
And with that everybody laughed
….
Tenzin, Gyatso and Sen were in Sens bedroom trying to think of a way out of this dilemma
"Why don't we just apologize?" Asked Tenzin
"I'm no good at apologizing" Sen confessed
"Well, we just think of what we did to upset them and say were sorry for it" Added Gyatso and Tenzin and Sen agreed and set to work formulating their apology
….
Kya and Rei sat on the floor of Reis room
"Do you think he really was joking?" Asked Kya feeling slightly ashamed at her outburst at the dinner table
"I'm not sure, but I don't think even Sen could be that mean..." Rei trailed off
"I just can't believe the twins laughed!" exclaimed Kya thinking back to that afternoon
"Well I was thinking and maybe they just laughed because they look up to Sen"
"They look up to Sen?" asked Kya
"Yeah, I think they think he's really cool because he's older and knows all the moves daddy taught him"
"Do you think we should go apologize?" Asked Kya
Rei sighed "Yeah, I guess"
"Oh, and Kya?" asked Rei as they made to go to Sens room
"Yes?"
"Thanks for sticking up for me"
"That's what best friends are for!" laughed Kya and they linked arms and headed out the door
….
Knock Knock
Kya and Rei rapped on Sens bedroom door, when he opened it he looked surprised to see them
"Oh...hey listen, I'm sorry for before, I shouldn't have said what I did" started Sen
"And we shouldn't of laughed" Said Tenzin and Gyatso agreed
"That's ok! And we're sorry too" Said Kya
"I shouldn't have taken your words to heart" Said Rei
Suddenly everyone smiled realising everything for forgiven and behind them, Kya and Rei stayed in Sens room until their parents knocked on the door
"Come in!" said Sen
"Boys, you need to go apologize to Kya and Re…" Said Sokka as he walked in the door, he trailed off when he saw everyone playing in the room happily
"Apologize for what daddy?" asked Rei while Kya dissolved into a fit of giggles
Sokka turned to Aang, Katara and Suki who were standing behind him looking confused
"Kids…Am I right?"

Your praise makes writing this fic worthwhile ^_^ Actually, my original idea for the last chapter was to have them get into a big fight but that didn't really work in that situation so I put it into this chapter, also the Last Piece Of Fruit Pie Fiasco was suppose to be in last chapter but I put it in this instead!
