Thank you all for the reviews! Starting now for several chapters I'll be going AU and writing about their summer, then I'll be writing based on Season Three! And I haven't gotten my one-shot collection up yet, but I really want to! I just don't know what the title should be at all! Someone help me out!
And sorry for the long wait! It's a lot harder to write AU for me since I don't have a script or episode guide to go by, lol. And I've been a little busy with family stuff because...(drum roll please!)…I'M AN AUNT! (again) :D to twins this time! Beckett Reed & Braelyn Elaine were born a whopping two months early and are so extremely tiny but so extremely cute! I love them! But since everyone's still in the hospital with them, I'm on babysitting duty watching their big sister (my oldest niece) Mallory. So I've been pretty busy, but alas, here is the next chapter!
Disclaimer: I don't own Teen Wolf or any of its characters of plots. I only own my OC Skyler.

I took a deep breath in then slowly released it. I was sitting in the middle of my room, my legs crossed on top of each other and my hands were resting limply on my knees as I continued my deep breathing. Abuela told me this would help with controlling my witch abilities. School had been out for about three weeks now and almost all my time has been spent with my Abuela. She quickly put an end to my television witch fantasies, telling me that I wouldn't be vanquishing any 'demons'. I must admit that was a slight disappointment to me. Piper, Prue, and Phoebe made it look so cool and badass on Charmed!
Although to be honest, the things my Abuela has been talking about having me do sound pretty badass. Unfortunately I haven't done too much yet, Abuela mainly has me reading and studying our families witch history before we can actually start with spells and whatnot. The only active stuff we have worked on is my natural powers, which are mainly nature based. I haven't really learnt too much about my powers yet; Abuela says they're still growing and changing. I took another deep breath before letting it out slowly again. At first I thought the whole meditating thing was stupid, but it was actually extremely relaxing; and if Abuela says it'll help then I'm definitely doing it. It is slightly annoying to have to do this every day, though.
A poke to my side broke me from my thoughts, "Stiles stop." I muttered quietly, barely moving my lips and not moving my body at all. Everything was quiet for a moment before I felt Stiles blow on my face. "Stiles." I muttered again, "I need peace." Another moment passed before I heard Stiles sigh loudly. I ignored him this time, not even bothering to say anything…but then he sighed again…and again….and again. "Okay, fine!" I suddenly exclaimed, moving from my position on the floor, "No more meditation, is that what you want?" I asked exasperatedly, looking down at my boyfriend who had an innocent look on his face.
"I have no clue what you're talking about." He said, faking innocence as he stood and wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled us closer together, "But if you really don't want to mediate anymore it's completely fine with me…I'm sure we could find other things to do…" He trailed off.
"Like what?" I asked quietly; bringing my arms up around his neck.
"Like this…" He suggested before pressing his lips to mine. I smiled into the kiss, running my hands up and through his hair that he recently decided to grow out.
"Genim Stilinski, if you don't get away from my grandchild right now I will cast one hell of a spell on you, I swear it." I heard Abuela threaten from the doorway to my room. I chuckled softly as I felt Stiles tense and immediately step away from me.
"Yes ma'am." He quickly said.
"Skyler dear, we need to do some more training." Abuela reminded me.
"Okay, Abuela. I'll be right down." I told her, still chuckling softly at Stiles reaction to her. He was so scared of my grandma…
"You better." She warned, before giving Stiles a look and walking out of my room and downstairs.
"Why? Why does she do that?" Stiles asked the minute she was gone.
"God, you're so scared of her." I laughed, shaking my head at him.
"Uh, yeah I'm scared of that woman! Did you hear her?! She called me Genim, Skyler! Genim!" He exclaimed hysterically, making me laugh even harder. Stiles really did hate his name…
"Don't worry about her, she's just trying to do what's best for me with training and doesn't like me having any distractions."
"Oh, so I'm a distraction now?" He asked with a small smile, clearly like the idea.
"Shut it, Stilinski. Do you want to hang out here while I train? I'm sure I can convince Abuela to let you watch." I offered, making his face immediately light up.
"Yeah! Okay!" He exclaimed happily. Stiles hasn't gotten to watch yet and I know he's been dying to.
"Alright, let's go." I chuckled, grabbing his hand and leading him all the way downstairs into our basement.
Mom had let Abuela transform our basement into a witch training area. There were several mats lying together on the floor in one area, where we practiced all the physical stuff. Then in one corner is where we stored all the different herbs and stuff for different spells. I had shown Stiles the basement once before when Abuela wasn't paying attention, but she quickly found us and kicked him out before he could get a good look, so this was his first real time checking out the basement. "Holy shit." He said, "This is awesome!"
"What's he doing down here?" Abuela asked, making Stiles jump. Neither of us had seen her in the corner messing with the herbs, but I still sensed her presence.
"Can Stiles please watch, Abuela? Please? He won't mess with anything, will you Stiles?" I begged, looking up at Stiles who quickly agreed.
"N-no! Of course not! I won't touch a single thing!" He exclaimed quickly. We both stared at Abuela in anticipation. Her face remained expressionless but finally she spoke up,
"Don't touch anything." She warned. I beamed at her as Stiles did a fist pump and cheered quietly.
"You won't regret this!" He promised.
"I better not. You can sit on the stairs." She told him. Stiles nodded before kissing me quickly on the lips and racing to the stairs to sit.
"Alright, Abuela. What's first today?" I asked excitedly.
"That depends, dear. Did you do the research and studying you were supposed to do?"
"I sure did." I nodded, smiling proudly at her.
"Really? Tell me about what you learned." She said, clearly doubting me. Okay, so maybe the first week or so I didn't do any of the research I was supposed to do…but hey! Its summer I shouldn't have to study!
"Well, I read one of the old journals you gave me that Catalina and Elvira were two of the first witches in our family line. They were born in the late 15th century, early 16th century. They were born witches and practiced witchcraft privately. As they got older Elvira started using her powers for evil and became a dark witch. Catalina was good so she cut off ties with her sister. Catalina eventually got married- an arranged marriage- and had children, whom received the witch genes. This continued for several more centuries; the witch genes being passed on for generations. Elvira also had children, but she taught her children dark magic. At some point, I honestly don't remember when, there was a huge battle between the two sisters and their families but Catalina won and as of that point dark magic was no longer part of our family's history. Am I doing well so far?" I asked, noticing the amused look on Abuela's face.
"Very." She praised, "You have a few facts confused, but you've got the basic information that you should know. Continue, dear." She encouraged.
I nodded before continuing to tell her all about what I read. About how Catalina eventually passed of old age. The family line lead down to my great grandma Floriana who then passed the craft along to Abuela Clara who has now passed it along to me. Over the course of the centuries many things changed in our line, though. Like as time passed it became less likely that you'd become a witch, and eventually it was only the ones who were faced in a deadly situation that received the craft.
Finally Abuela deemed that I had done my proper research and agreed to train me in my physical abilities. "Every witch has three types of powers: defensive, offensive, and supportive. All we need to figure out are what yours are. We've done plenty of preparation over the past few weeks and any powers you have should be chosen by now."
"What do you mean chosen?" I questioned, interrupting her.
"Every witch has those types of powers, but there are several different powers that fit into those categories. Your individual powers are based on your strengths, weaknesses, and past experiences. The spirits of our ancestors also contribute to deciding what powers you will receive. And aside from your three main powers, every line of witches has a specific power that is based down in the family." Abuela informed me, leading me over to the center of a mat that was surrounded by candles. Well this is getting cliché…
"What's our families?"
"Astral projection."
"Astral projection? Like being in two places at once?" I questioned, remembering reading that somewhere.
"Eventually. At first you'll only be able to project your consciousness into an astral form outside your body to a short distance. Your physically body will fall over or slump to the ground until you project back into it. Eventually as you and your powers grow you're physical body will stay standing where it is and may even appear as if you're still awake. It can take up to several years, but eventually you'll be able to not only project your consciousness into an astral form and control that, but you'll also have full control over your physical body. How do you think I got to the hospital so fast when you got shot?" She said with a smirk.
"Really? That's how? When did you change back, though?" I questioned, smiling as all the pieces finally clicked together.
"I went back to it and came here all together when you went looking for that one over there." She said, nudging towards Stiles who was staring wide eyed at us.
"So I can astral project? Can I try it?" I asked excitedly.
"I think you're ready." Abuela nodded.
"Okay, so what do I do?"
"Concentrate on somewhere you want to go. Don't go too far, keep it in the basement. Try sitting for now, since you'll no doubt fall over we don't want you hitting your head. Just close your eyes and concentrate as hard as you can on where you want to end up." Abuela advised me before the room went silent. I did as I was told and sat down, closing my eyes tightly and imagining myself standing in front of Stiles. An involuntary gasp left my lips as I felt a jolt inside of me and heard something make a 'thump' sound on the ground. "Open your eyes dear." I heard Abuela say softly. I slowly opened my eyes to see Stiles directly in front of me. He had a huge smile on his face and was practically bouncing in his seat.
"I did it!" I exclaimed excitedly. I turned to smile at Abuela and saw her staring at me with tears in her eyes.
"I'm so proud of you, dear. You have so much potential already." She praised. Aw, Abuela! I turned back to Stiles but saw him staring at my physical body that was slumped over on the floor.
"Abuela? How do I get back?" I questioned, chuckling slightly.
"The same way you projected there. Just close your eyes and imagine you back in your body."
This time when I closed my eyes and imagine myself going back it was much different. Whereas before when I projected out of my body, I just felt a small jolt. This was much more painful. It felt as if my body was tightening together and something was squeezing its way inside but there wasn't enough room. A small whimper left my lips and I heard frantic footsteps running towards me. "Skyler, Skyler dear open your eyes." I heard Abuela demand. I slowly opened my eyes to find myself lying on the ground with a concerned Stiles looking down at me.
"Sky, your nose." Stiles said softly. I reached up and felt blood slowly leaking out of my nose.
"That's enough practice for today, dear. You did well, I'm proud of you. Go rest now." Abuela said, giving me a sincere smile before moving to clean up a little.
"Come on, let's get you to bed." Stiles said, as I yawned loudly. He helped me to my feet but the minute he let go of me my knees buckled. His hands immediately steadied me and he muttered something before just lifting me into his arms all together. If I had more energy in me I would have snapped at him to put me down. But right now all I wanted was sleep and Stiles was so warm, so I just cuddled closer to his chest and let his heartbeat loll me to sleep.

When I finally woke up it was already the middle of the next day. Holy shit, I literally slept for an entire day. I have a feeling Abuela won't be letting me do much for awhile…
Stiles had left a note on my desk that he had gone to the lacrosse field to practice with Scott and I can go there if I wanted, which I was planning on doing, but there was someone else I wanted to talk to first…
"Hey Sabrina the Teenage Witch!" Allison's voice exclaimed through the speakers of my Mac laptop.
"Funny, Katniss Everdean." I joked, faking a glare through the webcam as she laughed. Allison and her father had decided to go to France to get away from all the supernatural drama of Beacon Hills. After her grandfather had practically mind controlled her and her mom died the father and daughter definitely became closer. I still don't get why they couldn't chose somewhere closer to escape too, but hey I guess they were technically French, right? "How's France? Meet any French boys yet?" I asked her, wiggling my eyebrows.
"No." She denied, her cheeks burning red with embarrassment.
"There is, isn't there!" I exclaimed with a laugh.
"Well, technically there's hot French guys everywhere…none I'm interested in, though. How's your training coming along?" She asked, changing the subject quickly. Sneaky, sneaky Allison…
"Great! I actually just learnt how to astral project for the first time yesterday!" I exclaimed proudly.
"Oh my God, Sky! That's awesome!" Allison praised. "How's Stiles taking the whole witch thing?"
"Good, actually. I was kind of worried that we'd drift with all the training I have, but he's really patient with it. Besides, him and Scott usually have lacrosse to practice anyway while I train, so it all works out." I told her. She cringed slightly at the mention of Scott's name, but quickly composed herself.
"Allison? Who are you talking to?" I heard a males voice ask, before Mr. Argent's face appeared on the screen, "Oh, Skyler! How are you doing?" He asked, happy to see it was me, most likely because I wasn't Scott.
"I'm great, Mr. Argent! How are you?" I asked back with a smile.
"I'm good, thanks. Sorry to interrupt, girls. I'll let you get back to your gossip now."
"Dad, we don't gossip." Allison defended jokingly, making me chuckle.
"Sure, sure." He joked back, "Allison, don't forget we have reservations at seven. It was good seeing you, Skyler! Take care!"
"You too, Mr. Argent!" I replied happily.
Allison turned back to the screen once he left, "Sorry about him." She apologized.
"Don't be, I love your dad. I'm glad you guys are getting closer now."
"Yeah, me too." She whispered, smiling softly to herself. "Well I'll let you go see your man, but let's talk again soon!"
"Definitely! I miss you here, Allison. I can't survive Lydia without you." I joked.
"Well good luck with her. See ya, Skyler!" She laughed.
"Bye!" I exclaimed, before exiting out and shutting the screen. I grabbed a quick change of clothes before getting in the shower. The warm water instantly helped relax my sore muscles.
Once the water started getting colder I shut the shower off and slowly got out. I just dried my hair and threw it into a messy bun before throwing on the outfit I picked out and making my way towards the lacrosse field. Sure enough, Stiles and Scott were on the field with Scott in the net and Stiles shooting. I sneakily ran up behind Stiles and jumped onto his back, making him jump and let out a girlish yelp. Scott erupted into laughter as Stiles frantically spun around I planted a soft kiss on his neck, "Hey babe." I greeted.
"Oh yeah, hey Skyler. How are you? I'm good. Just suffering from a heart attack!" Stiles exclaimed dramatically as I slid off his back and walked to stand in front of him.
"Sorry." I said, smiling innocently at him, "So what are you boys up to today?"
"Just practicing then we were going to come get you and see if you wanted to go grab a bite to eat." Scott said as the two boys started packing up their stuff.
"Yeah, sounds like fun! I get to pick though, right?" I asked them.
"Well, that depends on what you're planning to pick." Stiles said uncertainly.
"I was thinking…Five Guys?" I asked, earning a celebratory 'whoop' from both boys. I laughed as we all hoped into Stiles jeep and made our way towards Five Guys. This summer is definitely off to a good start.
