I'M BACK BITCHES! Holy shit guys, I finally got the laptop back. It's been too freaking long, I tell ya. Thank god that all my documents and stuff were saved and I didn't lose anything.
But did you all seeeee the season 3A finale?! Holy amazeballs it was great. I've noticed though that Jeff builds up a lot of suspense and whatnot, and does super intense things, but it's all like 'in the moment' intense. None of it actually lasts. Well, except for the deaths on the show…but still. Like when my bby Stiles got in a car accident AND GASHED HIS FLAWLESS FACE…but then was fine and saved the day. I don't know, I still love the show and it's my fave, but yeah…I just kind of noticed that. Aaaannnnyyyywwwaaayyyy…..
Disclaimer: I don't own Teen Wolf or any of its characters of plots. I only own my OC Skyler.

"Lydia…Lydia…Lydia!" I exclaimed, snapping her out of her trance. Let's just say despite the fact that we're juniors now and considered 'upperclassman', Lydia is still shamelessly checking out all the new boys that just rolled in from junior high.
"What?" She asked innocently. I shook my head with a laugh and Allison chuckled while she grabbed her binder out of her locker. "I can't look at freshman?"
"I think you mean fresh-boys." Allison corrected with a laugh.
"Some are more mature than others." Lydia defended.
"Whatever you say, Lydia. Besides, don't you think you should stay single for a while? I don't know, focus on school and stuff."
"I can handle school and boys, Allison. Besides, if Skyler can handle school, being a witch, and dating Stiles, who is a hand full on his own, I think I can handle one boy….or two…or three…" She said sheepishly.
"Speaking of Stiles, I'm gonna go catch up with him before class. See you guys in English." I said with a smile before skipping towards Stiles locker. I was rounding the corner when I ran face first into someone's chest, "Oh, I'm sorry." I apologized, bending over to pick up the folders I dropped.
"No worries, it was my fault." A males voice respond coolly. Oh great, a cocky freshman… "I'm Aidan," He greeted, taking my hand and pressing a kiss to it, "And you are?"
"Not interested." I snapped, before pulling my hand away and moving to walk around him.
"Playing hard to get, huh?" He teased, walking after me.
"More like 'impossible to get'." I shot back.
"Nothing's impossible, baby. The word itself says 'I'm Possible'."
"Okay, one; don't call me baby. Two; what are you, gay? Quoting Audrey Hepburn? Three; I have a boyfriend, so get it through your thick skull that I'm not interested, okay freshman?" I snapped, glaring at him before turning the other way and just walking to English. By now Stiles was probably already in there since I've wasted all my damn time out here with this kid.
Just like I thought Stiles and Scott were both already in class, Stiles sitting in the seat next to Scott, so I took the other seat next to Stiles in the far row closest to the windows; great, now I'm just going to daydream all hour, "Hey, you okay?" Stiles asked, probably noticing my irritated expression.
"Yeah, just some freshman that can't take no for an answer." I said, noticing the look that crossed Stiles' face, "Don't worry, babe. I put him in his place." I reassured him with a smirk, right as Allison and Lydia walked in. Lydia took the open seat in front of me, leaving the seat in front of Scott the only one open for Allison. Ouch…that's awkward.
"Is this seat taken?" She asked softly.
"N-no! No, it's, uh, all yours! Go for it!" He exclaimed. Smooth, Scott. Real smooth. Stiles glanced at me with a grin and we both looked over at Scott and gave him a 'thumbs up'.
"So, who was this freshman boy? Cause you know, last time a guy wouldn't take no for an answer from you, he turned out to be controlling a supernatural creature and shot you, so…" Stiles trailed off.
I flinched slightly, remembering all the events that Matt had caused, but before I could respond my phone went off…along with everyone's. Holy shit, I feel like I'm in Pretty Little Liars…
"The offing was barred by a black bank of clouds, and the tranquil waterway leading to the uttermost ends of the earth flowed somber under an overcast sky- seemed to lead into the heart of an immense darkness." A woman in her mid to late twenties walked in, reading the same text from her own phone, "This is the closing line to the first book you will be reading in here. This is also the last text you will receive in my class; phones off everyone." She said with a grin. Wow, I think I might actually like this teacher.
Our English teacher introduced herself as Ms. Blake and passed out all the books before writing the notes and whatnot on the board. The principal walked in and I was surprised, but extremely happy, to see that it was the principal from before; Principal Willis. Guess he got his job back… He walked over to Ms. Blake before telling her something quietly and leaving, "Scott McCall?" She called out, leading him out into the hallway. I glanced over at Stiles and we both shared a confused look.
Not long after that Ms. Blake returned to the classroom by herself with a small smile. As everyone was taking notes silently, Stiles leaned over and whispered at me, "Hey, what happened to Lydia's ankle?" He whispered, gesturing to the girl who was sitting in front of me; completely oblivious to the fact that we were talking about her.
"I don't know," I whispered, before leaning forward, "Hey Lydia, what happened to your ankle? Is that from the accident?" I questioned.
"No, Prada bit me." She explained quietly, leaning back so Stiles and I could hear her better.
"Prada? Your dog?" Stiles asked.
"No, my designer handbag." She said seriously, making me stifle a laugh, "Yes my dog."
"Has he ever bit you before?" Stiles asked.
"No." Lydia said after a minute, before turning back to her notes.
"Don't you think it's weird?" Stiles asked me.
"What's weird?"
"Everything that's happening; the deer running straight at you guys, Lydia's dog biting her. Look, you know what they say about animals? How they can sense an earthquake before it happens?" Stiles asked.
"So, you uh, you think there's going to be an earthquake?" I confirmed with him.
"No! No, I just mean something is happening. They're sensing somethi-" Stiles was cut off by a loud smacking nose on the glass. A couple girls yelped, while everyone jumped in their seats and turned to face the window. A bird had flown directly into the window, leaving a red smudge on it. Lydia slowly got up and walked over to the pencil sharpener by the door while Ms. Blake walked closer to the window. I didn't even hear the sound of the pencil sharpener as I watched in fear as a huge flak of birds came straight towards the school. All at once birds started smacking against the window; cracking the glass until suddenly the window broke and the glass flew everywhere while birds came flying into the classroom. I let out an involuntary scream as glass flew on me and I felt a bunch of birds start pecking my exposed skin, "Get down!" Ms. Blake screamed, "Everybody get down!"
I literally fell out of my seat trying to cover myself and looked over at Stiles as he shoved my desk out of the way and threw himself on top of me, wrapping his arms around mine and tucking my head under his chin. I peeked up slightly and saw that Lydia and Allison were huddling together under Allison's desk, just like several other students. Everyone was screaming out as birds continued to fly around the room, pecking at everyone they could. It felt like an eternity before the 'caws' finally came to a stop and everyone's screams died down. I kept my head tucked into Stiles with my arms wrapped tightly around him as he hesitantly looked up to make sure none of the birds were still flying around. He gently tugged me up and we both slowly stood as everyone else in the room stood up as well. Stiles, Allison, Lydia, and I all shared a knowing glance with each other. This wasn't just some freak accident. Stiles was right; Lydia's dog biting her, the deer, and now this? Something was definitely going on in Beacon Hills.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Stiles asked for the millionth time. We were sitting on top of a desk while paramedics, police, and animal control all walked around the room getting statements from students, checking for injuries, and collecting the dead birds to run tests on.
"Stiles, honestly I'm fine. Although it'd be really great if I could turn off the empathy right now…I'm getting a migraine." I told him again, giving his hand a slight squeeze as his dad came over to us after talking with Ms. Blake.
"Stiles, Skyler! You two okay?" He questioned us, concern clear on his voice.
"I'm fine, dad. I think Skyler should get checked out, though." Stiles told him.
"Stiles," I groaned, "No, I'm fine. Really Sheriff, I'm fine." I tried convincing him.
"No, some of the glass from the window cut her leg and palms and she got pecked too. See, look," Stiles said, moving my hair out of my face, earning a smack from me, to show him my hair line that had a microscopic cut.
"Stiles!" I scolded, "I'm fine!" I exclaimed. And it was true; I could hardly feel my own pain. It was everyone else's that was getting to me. Especially Greenburg's. That little asshole got pecked so many damn times…
Sheriff, just like his son, wasn't having it though and made a paramedic come over to check out my cuts. "I hate you, you know." I told Stiles, but he knew I was kidding.
"Love you too!" He exclaimed before tensing as his dad walked over and talked to Mr. Argent. I heard the Sheriff say something about over hearing Stiles say that Mr. Argent was into hunting. Obviously his dad just assumed deer and animal hunting, not werewolf hunting, but still… Mr. Argent and the Sheriff turned to look at Stiles but he quickly pulled out his phone to look busy while I just shook my head. Way to go, Sti…

After getting bandaged by the 'medics, Stiles told me that they were releasing all of us to go home for the day and he called Scott, who wants us to go to Derek's.
"What the hell?!" Both Stiles and I exclaimed when we walked into the Hale house. Isaac was lying unconscious on a table with nothing but a hospital gown on, Derek was in the process of lighting up a blowtorch, and Scott was drawing circles around the dust covered end table.
"Oh there you guys are." Scott said, as if everything was completely normal.
"Yep. Here we are." Stiles snapped, "What happened to him?"
"He was attacked." Derek said, not looking up.
"Could he be more vague?" Stiles whispered to me.
"I know right?!" I agreed back in a whisper.
"You know I can hear you." Oops. Stiles and I exchanged guilty looks before walking over by Scott.
"You never did explain to me who that guy was." Scott said, looking over at Derek suddenly.
"I told you, he was an alpha from a rival pack. You know, this isn't your problem, Scott. You should go home. All of you. Just go home and go back to being a teenager."
"I'm already involved, Derek. We all are. Besides…if I help you with this…maybe you could help me out too." Here we go with the tattoo…
"How?"
"Well…I kind of got a tattoo…but it healed. And clearly yours didn't, so maybe you make it so mine doesn't either?"
"What did you have in mind?"

"Oh God…I'm gonna throw up…oh man…here I go…" Stiles mumbled repeatedly as we held Scott down while Derek pressed the blowtorch against Scott's arm. He had passed out from the pain a few minutes ago, but now his skin was starting to take on an awful blackish red color.
I tensed as I felt a searing pain shoot through my arm, making me stagger away from Scott as tears filled my eyes, "Sky?" Stiles called out concerned.
"I can't…I can't be in here. It's too much." I stuttered out as the pain intensified, before I finally just ran out the house and near the tree line. Yeah, I'm definitely not happy with this whole empathy thing. I swear my next power better be so kickass to make up for this.
It felt like ages until the pain finally subsided and the tears stopped falling from my face. Neither of the boys came out for me, though. They knew that if they did their own emotions would just intensify the pain I'm feeling. We all had to learn that multiple times the hard way…
I waited a few more minutes before getting up and walking back into the house. All eyes immediately shot to me and Stiles gave me a small questioning look before I nodded, giving him the okay. Immediately his arms were wrapped around my waist and he buried his face into my neck.
"You okay?" I asked Scott when Stiles and I finally pulled away.
"Yeah. You?"
"Yeah." I chuckled, nodding as the three of us made our way back to the door to leave.
"Why'd you paint your door red?" Scott questioned, raising his eyebrows in Derek's direction.
"Go home, Scott." Was Derek's short reply.
"And why only one side?" Scott said, extending his claws out.
"Scott, go home!" Derek demanded again, more forcefully this time as he started racing towards us. Scott was faster though and started to shred the red paint off the door, revealing an unfamiliar symbol.
"What's it mean?" I questioned, breaking the silence.
"Alpha's." Derek said shortly.
"That explains the weird animal behavior. That night in the woods when I was bit, the heard of deer came running at Sky and I as if they were running from something. Then last night with Lydia's car, the deer was scared. It's because of the Alpha." Scott said, piecing everything together, "Is it the same Alpha from the hospital?"
"He's one of them." Derek said hestiatnly.
"One of them? Well how many are there?" Stiles questioned, speaking up for the first time.
Derek looked down before looking back at us, "A whole pack of them."
"A whole pack?!" I exclaimed in disbelieve, "A pack of alphas?!"
"How would that even work?" Stiles questioned.
"I hear there's a leader…he goes by Deucalion." Derek explained, "That's how Isaac got hurt. Erica and Boyd aren't off just looking to join another pack…they were taken by the Alpha's. Isaac, Peter, and I have been looking for them all summer. Then they took Isaac too, but he managed to escape and landed in the hospital."
"How do you take down a pack of Alpha's?" Scott asked, clearly panicking.
"With all the help I can get."
