Regina woke up in the morning feeling completely rested and lazy. She stretched her arms and frowned with her eyes closed when she found the space next to her empty. Before she could start freaking out thinking that maybe it was all a dream and Robin wasn't back for real, she felt his smell. The smell of forest. His own scent. She smiled, opened her eyes and got out of bed. She went to the bathroom and put her black silk overcoat over her pajama. She closed her coat around her body, made a loop in the front and went downstairs. As she approached the kitchen, she felt a smell of pancakes in the air. He's cooking breakfast to me, she thought amazed.

She stopped in the kitchen doorway and watched the scene ahead of her. Henry was sitting in a chair eating a bread and Robin was turned to the stove making pancakes. It was such a family and domestic scene, just like she always dreamed of. She felt tears burning in her eyes realizing that she got what she wanted. She had a gentle man who not only cherished and respected her, but was kind and very welcomed to the others important persons in her life.

He turned and put the pacakes in a plate and placed them on the table. He looked up and saw that she was watching them, and he immediatly noticed the tears in her eyes.

"Good morning, love. What's wrong?" he said rushing to her and hugging her tight.

"I just" she buried her face in the crook of his neck and she felt his hands carressing her hair. "Me, you and our boys, being together, being a family, it's seems like a dream. It's everything I've ever wanted. I wonder when this will slip out of my hands again..." she whispered the last part.

"I'm here now, let's focus on this. I swear that I'll do everything in my power to stay right here, right where I'm. Right where I want to be."

She smiled with her face still hidden in his neck. Oh, how she missed being soothed by him. She let his words sink in and she tried her best to believe in him. To believe that they would never be apart anymore. He planted a kiss in her forehead and she sighed happily, lifting her head and seeing that Henry was watching them the whole time.

"Hi son." she passed her hands through her face and walked to him.

"Are you ok?" he asked concerned as she kissed his forehead.

"Yes, I'm. I'm just happy that you two are here with me right now. It seems unbelievable to me." she answered sitting beside him.

"Well, at least it was tears of joy then. And you better start to believe because neither I nor Robin are going somewhere."

She smiled to him and turned just in time to see Robin sitting with another plate with pancakes. They ate making easy conversation with each other. Regina asked why Robin didn't wake her up when Henry arrived and he said he didn't want to wake her. Robin said that when Emma brought Henry she asked for Regina's car keys and said that she would bring her car back. When they finished Robin washed the dishes, gave a soft pat at Henry's shoulder and said that he was going to call Marian to check up on Roland. She nodded and soon he was out of her sight. She folded the towel that was on the table and stored it in the drawer. She looked in Henry's direction and saw that he was with an unsual sad face.

"A penny for your thoughts?" Regina said leaning in and rubbing his cheeks.

Henry raised his head, giving a small smile to Regina, and then he lowered his head again, sighing.

"Lately I've been thinking that you would be happier if I haven't gone to Emma in the beginning and brought her to Storybrooke to break the curse. I mean, I like her and I like spending time with her, but at least no one would treat your happiness if the first curse hadn't been broken." he stated.

"How can you say such a thing? Robin's back." Regina said confused and alarmed by his words.

"Yeah, but for how long? How long do you think it will take for something to put you two apart again?" he asked sharply. "You deserve to be happy, mom. And you were happy before the curse was broken."

"Henry, I have to be honest. I was thinking the same thing a few minutes ago. Thinking how much time I have with him till something stand in our way again. But Robin managed to make me feel better. He showed me that we can't think like that. And he was right, we can't. We have to live the present." Regina said grabbing his hands with hers. She finally understood what he meant. "What I had before the curse wasn't real happiness. You know our relationship wasn't in the best place before you brought Emma to town, and part of that was because… I didn't really know how to love anymore. Not after Daniel died. After the first curse was broken, with the obstacles we faced, you slowly showed me how to love. You taught me how to truly open my heart again. I'd never be able to have a good relationship with you if the first curse wasn't broken. I wouldn't be able to be fully honest with you; I'd always be scared that you would discover my secret. Honesty is the key to have a healthy relationship with anyone."

They stayed in silence for a few seconds, Henry trying to understand everything she said.

"I didn't think about it that way. I think you're right. I'm just afraid, because I want to keep you happy."

"Don't worry about it, sweetheart. I believe that if I have hope, I'll be able to keep the two of you in my life and that's all I want."

He smiled and before he could reply, the doorbell rang. Regina got up with Henry and opened the door.

"Hi kid." Emma said smiling. "Hi Regina" Emma searched for something in her pockets, and took Regina's car keys. "Your car is parked in its usual place." she said smiling to Regina.

"Thank you, Emma." Regina replied taking her car keys from Emma's hands.

"You're welcome." Emma said. "Now let's go kid, your grandfather's birthday is coming up and I want you to help me to find something cool to give to him."

Henry nodded, said goodbye to Regina and they left. She went upstairs, heard the shower running and a smirk appeared in her face. She took out all of her clothes and went to the bathroom, opened the shower's door and got in. He had his back turned to her and she ran her hands over it, feeling him shiver. He turned to her and lowers the short distance that existed between them.

"Someone is feeling a little dirty?" he asked running one his hands in her face.

"Very. I might need someone to help to get myself clean." she said looking at him behind the lashes and she saw his eyes getting dark with desire.

"Oh, I think I know just the best person to do it." he said leaning in and kissing her.

They kissed sweetly for a few minutes, till they had to stop to catch air. Robin put a strand of hair behind her ear and kept looked at her passionately.

"You really missed me, didn't you?" she asked bitting her bottom lip.

"How couldn't I? You're my soul mate, my other half. I'd never be whole without you."

She smiled and kissed him, and she knew she didn't need to say anything, because he knew that she felt exactly the same way. She bit his bottom lip and he moaned, leaning her against the wall. She moaned feeling the contrast of the ice wall with her hot body. Without breaking the kiss he gripped one of her breasts and squeezed it slightly. He led one of his hands to her center, and he moaned feeling how wet she already was. He rubbed her clit a few times and she placed her arms around his neck, and he understood what she wanted. He lifted her body and she closed her legs around his waist. He placed his length in her entranced and he slid inside her. It didn't take long for them to moan each other's name as the orgasm hit them.

"Did you talk to Marian and Roland?" she asked when they were getting dressed in her bedroom, after they were clean.

"Yes, they are fine. Marian said that knows that she can't cross the townline, but she'll understand if I want to spend sometime with Roland here. And I said that I would like that very much." Robin said smiling.

"That's amazing!" Regina smiled seeing him happy.

"It's! I said that today we have things to do here, but that tomorrow I would like to pick him up and spend a few days with him here."

Her smile spread. She missed that boy. He was so cute, so sweet and so respectful. Robin knew how to raise him well. They finished to put the clothes on and they drove to Charming's house. They agreed to go to the hospital together. As soon Snow opened the door, she saw Henry coming in her direction.

"Mom, can I go too?" he asked.

"Henry!" Emma and Regina said at the same time.

They looked at each other and laughed.

"Henry." Regina said getting closer to him and holding his head with her hands. "We already told you that you can't go. I would never forgive myself if things ended badly and you were there with us. I want you to be safe."

"And I want to make sure all of you will be safe. I don't want to just sit here and wait, worrying about what might happen." he said in an exasperated tone.

"You don't need to worry. Everything's gonna be fine. We have the control of the situation." she replied, putting as much confidence as she could in her voice as she stroke his nose. "Besides, you need to stay here and help Belle to take care of baby Neal."

"Belle is more than capable of taking care of Neal on her own!" he raised his voice a little.

"I could always use a little help." Belle said from where she was standing a few feet away from them, smirking.

"Grandma!"

"Ok, and now just because you called me grandma again, you're definitely staying with me." Belle said putting an arm around him.

He hissed, walked away from her and took Robin's hand and climbed the stairs, pushing the other man with him. Regina frowned at them and Robin looked back in her direction frowning too. He shook his shoulders and continued to climb until Regina could no longer see them.

"I'm going to try to hear what they're talking." Regina whispered to Snow and went upstairs tiptoed.

She walked to Henry's room and put her right ear against the door.

"It's not that I don't care about Emma and the others. I do care about them. But they know when to back off from a fight. My mother doesn't. I know that if my mom has to put herself in danger in order to save someone else, she will. And I wanted to be there to prevent that from happening. I can't cope with the idea of losing her." she heard him say in an agonizing voice.

"I understand why you're feeling this way" she heard Robin say in a soft tone. "But I'll be there and I won't let anything happen to her."

"You promise?" she heard Henry ask uncertain.

"Yes, I promise."

She heard what it seemed to be a soft pat then she heard someone sniffle and she felt her throat close. She could hear in his voice how scared he was of losing her, and that broke and warmed her heart at the very same time. It was such a good feeling, to feel loved. To feel like someone would be happier with you around. And that was not a feeling she had the chance to feel very often in her life. The tears fell freely down her face, and she quickly wiped her face when she heard someone approaching.

"Is everything ok in there?" Snow asked in a low voice.

"It's. Robin convinced him not to go." Regina said looking at her smiling.

"Good." Snow looked to the door and then back to Regina. "Did you tell him about your pregnancy?"

"I did. Matter of fact, because he already had a pregnant wife before, and because.." she paused, blushing. "He knows my body too well, he noticed the different and he realized what was happening right away."

"Oh." Snow said joyfully. "I can imagine how happy he was."

Regina nodded smiling. They went downstairs, and soon Robin and Henry came down too. They all watch tv a had lunch together, and then they left Belle with Henry and baby Neal and drove to the hospital.

"I know the woman and the doctor, so let me do the talk, ok?" she said to Gold and the three women.

Cruella rolled her eyes and the rest nodded and all of them got inside the hospital.

"Hi, I would like to talk to the doctor Yen Sid. Is he here?" Regina asked to the woman behind the counter.

"I'm sorry, but he's not here. He quit yesterday."

Regina's eyes widened and then she tried to think in a new plan. Her safety and the safety of the people she loved depended on it, otherwise Gold would want to try his old plan. She felt her heart speed up and her hands began to sweat. Think, Regina, think.

"Do you know why?" Regina asked.

"No, all I know is that he went to talk to his boss and quit. It was so fast and sundden that he still didn't take his things out of his office." the woman answered.

"Would you mind to take me into his office? There's something there that I need to take." Regina asked, hoping that the woman would agree with it.

The woman looked around, and then sighed and got up.

"Ok, let's go."

Regina nodded and as they went, she purposely slowed her steps and pulled Robin with her.

"When we're inside there, try to take something that was the author, that he touched. A comb, a pencil, a jacket... anything! And put it inside your bag. If I take something that personal it'll look suspicous, so if there's a book in there, that's what I'll take it, but a tracking spell wouldn't work in a book."

"Ok, I get it." Robin said and they speeded up the pace to reach everyone.

They got inside the office and Regina was relieved to see a book in a table and a jacket in the other side of the office. And she saw that Robin noticed the same thing and he whispered something to Emma and Hook and they stood in front of him.

"Oh, that's the book I want!" she said getting closer to the book and pushing the woman with her. "I was his friend, and I lent the book to him, and he already read it but he always forget to give it back to me" Regina smiled. "Do you work here for a long time?"

"It's been five year since I work here." the woman smiled and Regina couldn't be happier that her plan was working.

"That's a lot. I bet you enjoy work here." Regina stared to walk into the door. If she lingered more it would start to look really weird.

All of them got out of the office and they said goodbye to the woman before leaving the hospital. They stopped in front of the hospital, and Regina looked to Robin.

"Did you manage to grab the author's jacket?"

"Yes." he said getting closer to her.

"My favorite outlaw." she said putting both of her hands on his face and kissing him. "I still don't know if I should call you thief or outlaw."

"I think outlaw flips out better off your mouth." he said smirking.

"Can you two stop with this public demonstration of affection? That's gross." Emma said scruching her noise playfully.

"I don't think you're in the position to say something about this because you and your boyfriend are worse than us." Regina snapped back.

"She's kinda right, love." Hook said smiling.

"Hey, you're supposed to be by my side and have my back!" she said tapping gently on his arm.

"Sorry, but I don't want to lie." he replied and leaned in to kiss her.

"Oh, love is beautiful, isn't it? But I don't have much patience. Since the doctor is no longer there I assume you have a new plan?" Gold asked looking to Regina.

Regina nodded and took the jacket out of Robin's bag.

"I'll use a tracking spell on this jacket, and then we'll find him." Regina answered.

"And you have tracking spell's ready in your vault, right?" Gold asked.

"Yes, I do." Regina said putting the jacket inside Robin's bag again.

"Ok, so let's go there."

They drove to her vault and grabbed the potion, and Emma whispered to Regina that since the worst part was gone, she wanted to take Henry with them. Regina reluctantly accepted and they drove to pick Henry up and then Regina put the spell in the jacket. The jacket led them in the author's mansion.

"That's weird. We have been here a lot of times and we didn't see anything." Regina said walking inside the mansion, following the jacket that was floating in the air.

Everyone was right beside her, and the jacket stopped in a book that was in a shelf. She took the book out and there was a single page shining in the middle, disantagled from the book. She took the page out and it was the page of a door.

"How the hell can the author be in there?" Regina asked frowning.

"I don't know." Gold said getting closer to her and observing the page. "But by the magic I'm sensing, I bet the author is in there. First, we have to find a way to open this door."

"I'm not seeing any keys in here." Regina said looking around.

"I'm not sure, but I think I have the right key in my shop."

"Oh!" Regina said with her eyes widening. "So go there and we" she said poiting to the Charmings, Hook and Henry "Will wait for you here."

Gold nodded and left with the Queens of the Darknes.

"Can I see the page?" Henry asked later.

"Of course." Regina took the page and gave it to him.

Henry analyzed the page and then it started to glow even more, shinning in the direction of a drawer. They all frowned and Henry went to the drawer and opened it. There was a key inside. Henry's eyes sparkled with animation as he took the key and gave it to Regina.

"I think this key will open the door and will set the author free!"

"I believe you're right." Regina said observing the key and then she looked to him. "Do you wanna try?" Regina asked, smiling to him.

"Yes!" he said, his voice raising a little.

He took the key and the page, and put the key in the door lock. When he did it, a little explosion happened, taking everyone to the ground. Everyone but Henry. Instead of the author coming out, Henry was being sucked inside it. He was trying hard not to, but he wasn't strong enough. Regina recovered first than everyone else and she saw the moment that Henry could no longer fight and was almost completely inside the book. When she got up Henry was gone, but the portal was still open. She didn't think twice as she jumped in the portal and she felt the portal close.
