Sorry for the wait, guys! I was on a Disney Cruise last week and the weeks before that I was preparing for finals and taking finals. It was crazy. I probably failed physics... Merrr... Well I think it is very obvious I went on a Disney cruise in the chapter because I let my inner Disney Nerd out. I saw Frozen (I swear I am not kidding) 4 times on the ship and 1 time before I even got on! I also watched the entire TV series Chuck and discovered the actor for Chuck plays Flynn Rider, so I am also obsessed with Tangled. I also have an obsession with Beauty and the Beast, but that is because I want to play Belle at Disney World... Well, please enjoy the chapter! (She said as 'I See the Light' starts playing into headphones...) Happy New Years!
TheWomanWhoCodesAndWrites: I'm glad you liked Annie there! I was thinking hard on how to make her stronger without breaking her character. Peeta is awesome! I love him so much. I loved torturing Cashmere. That was fun :) I don't think Haymitch would, but Finnick would say anything to reassure Annie.
Buttons301: Glad to hear! Thanks :)
SugarCakes123: Well, we will find out this chapter :)
Mikey Jacquez: Yup! Welcome to Georgia!
TARDISRose: I'm glad you liked it! This chapter kinda pales in comparison. I'm not too happy with it, but I needed to get it done so I could continue with the story. :)
MiaBelles: Finnick, please be my boyfriend!
MewWinx96: Oh certainly! Lots of fluff! This is a fluffy chapter as well... This is modern day Gale though, remember that. *Gale looks up with puppy dog eyes* I'm hungry just rereading the review! Finnick, tsk tsk tsk! He isn't exactly smart... I have plans for Annie's dad. You shall see. ;) I have determined the gender of the baby and it will be found out soon as the timeline of the story permits! I'm contemplating having a time skip and going into part III before too long so we can meet the baby and stuff, but that wont happen until after the Finnick and Annie mess is sorted to.
ForeverYoung362: I am very glad you enjoyed it! It is fun to write all of those character in the story.
Guest: Thanks a ton! It's great to hear that, actually. I don't feel like I've grown, but I go to my early stories and look back and see I really have.
CatnipGirlOnFire: Jo and Gal action just for you! :D
axes tridents and snares: Glad you like it!
Ruby: As soon as I get an opportunity to add her in, I will! Thanks :)

Chapter 6- Frozen
Gale
"Gale! Gale!" I see Posy when I open my eyes. Her thumb is in her mouth and she is clutching a stuffed animal under her arm. I sit up from my bed and smile at her.
"What's up, Posy?" I kiss the top of her head.
Posy gives me a big toothy smile. "Effie told me you would take me and Daliah to see a movie! I want to see Frozen!" I sigh and look at the little girl. In her hand is her teddy bear. Daliah is standing next to her, just as innocent and sweet looking, holding her favorite doll.
I get out of my bed and the little girls cheer. I cannot but think of Annie. This is a new Disney Princess movie, if I recall correctly, and Annie had a dream of working at Disney world as a Disney Princess. I shake my head. No thoughts of Finnick and Annie. They'll be back. I'm sure of it. Still, I'm not so sure. I turn my attention to the girls. "Okay, let me get dressed and then I'll take the two of you." The two girls scurry out the room. "Go wake up Johanna and tell her what we are doing!" I yell after them. The girls giggle in response. In my closet, I grab a pair of jeans, a dark green button down and a belt. I put on a pair of dark brown combat boots and put my jeans down over them, then I am ready to go.
Johanna takes more time to get ready. She straightens what little hair she has, puts on make up, tries on four different outfits before settling on one, a black t-shirt and a pair of skinny jeans, puts on eye liner and then comes out. "Ready!"
I roll my eyes but take her hand in mine. The drive to the theater is, in one word, loud. Posy got her hands on the soundtrack to the movie weeks ago. I put the disc into the cd player in the van and drive up there. I refuse to skip songs, though Posy and Daliah want to skip to a few tracks ahead. I like listening to things in order. Rough voices that sound like lumberjacks fill the space, but Posy and Daliah ignore the song and talk to one another. The second song, one about building snow men, captures their attention and they sing along to it. They argue over who is who then both sing the part anyway. The last verse doesn't capture their focus, but Johanna is listening intently. Maybe this movie won't be so terrible. Disney movies are usually pretty good, admittedly. They just usually aren't my scene. We pull up into the theater parking lot and Johanna is checking out the poster for Thor 2. "Sorry I'm not as handsome as he is." I say, chuckling, as I pull Posy out of her car seat.
Johanna is holding onto Daliah's hand, but smiling. "I wasn't looking at him like that. I was noticing how you two look alike."
I give her a strange look. "Really?"
She laughs. "Yeah. You and Thor look alike. I mean, not in the you are the spitting image, but in the you look like you could be his brother." I shrug my shoulders.
"I guess." Posy and Daliah run into the theater.
"I want popcorn!"
"I want candy!"
"I want soda!"
"I want pizza!" The two girls were drowning out one another's words, hopping over one another to get a word out.
I look at the menu. "How about this, Johanna and I get a popcorn and you two can have some? Each of you can pick out a candy and a small soda."
Daliah nods at this but Posy crosses her arms. "What about pizza?"
I shake my head. "Sorry kiddo. Not here, but we can go somewhere after the movie and you can get pizza there."
Posy seems to agree with this. I pass the girls two dollars each in quarters and they run off to play in the arcade while Johanna and I wait in line. "You're good with them." She says quietly.
I look at her. "Am I?"
She nods. "Yeah. I think you are." She is being really quiet.
I put my hand on her cheek and run my thumb across her cheek bone. "What's wrong, Jo?"
She shrugs. "I guess it's just I can't guarantee that this little guy or girl will have a anyone that treats them as good as you treat your little sister and her friend."
I shake my head and place a kiss on her forehead. "I will not abandon you. I will make sure this kid has a dad. It deserves that much. You did nothing wrong. They did nothing wrong. That is the least I can do to help, isn't it?"
A smile appears on her face. "I'm glad I have you, Gale." I want to do nothing more but hold Johanna in my arms and kiss her, but we're next in line. The girl at the counter is bubbly, preppy, with very light brown hair pulled into a ponytail at the top of her head. She had a pink hair clip in her hair and a big smile.
"Hi there! What can I get y'all today?" I resist the urge to laugh at her and swallow my laugh as best as I could to order.
"Can I have two small sprites, two packages of m&m's, a medium popcorn and a large cherry icee?" The girl smiles and nods her head, putting down the order into the register. I pay the price and she gives us the m&m's, popcorn and drinks.
"Enjoy y'all's movie! Are y'all going to see Thor? You look like you could be related to Thor!" She says to me.
Johanna bursts out laughing. "That's what I told him!" She finished laughing before continuing. "We're taking his little sister and her friend to see Frozen."
The girl nods. "Great movie! Y'all will enjoy it!"
We walk away, smiles on our faces. That girl completely made our day.
Annie
I walked out of the movie theater with my hand in Finnick's, a huge smile on my face. Disney Princess movies are my favorites. Finnick knew this. That is probably why he surprised me with this date. We got to Georgia successfully, but had still yet to get an apartment. We were going to stay at this cheap motel we found until we found an apartment for us. I was alright with just staying there for the day and watching the television and cuddling, but Finnick had other ideas. Now we were walking out of the theater. "Can you believe that twist!" I ask him, my voice raising four octaves.
He laughs. "I was even more shocked that you!"
I roll my eyes. "Well, I doubt that. No one can beat my love of Disney, Mr. Odair. You should know that."
He chuckles. "I know that, Annie." He then glances at me. "What would you have done if I proposed to you when we just met?"
I burst out laughing. "When we were kids? I would have probably been confused and said yes because it would have been something to do. It's not like you and I never played house when we were little."
He continues to smile, but it drops a little. "We're going to be playing house again, huh Annie?"
My smile falls a little as well. "I guess so." We walk through the parking lot hand in hand. "It's not like we played when we were little."
He shakes his head. "Not at all. We were always in a castle. You were a Princess."
"I'm still a Princess. When we played house though, I was never a Princess. That was when we played Princess. I was the Princess and you were my Prince and you would climb over a couch to rescue me, jumped from a bunch of different pieces of furniture to get to me, because the floor was lava." Finnick pulled me close to him and kissed the top of my head.
"Even then I guess we knew we were going to be together." He chuckles and pulls me into a kiss and dips me.
I smile at this. "That was sweet." I say when he finally pulls away and picks me up.
We head to the car but Finnick stops me just outside of the doors, pulling a blindfold from his pocket. "Put it on."
I give him a look, but he keeps holding it out. When I get in the car music starts. It is a mix of Beauty and the Beast, Frozen and Tangled on shuffle. Finnick remembered my two favorite Disney musicals and knew I love to listen to a soundtrack as soon as I left a movie. The thought made my heart warm. I couldn't see, but I could still hear. I laughed when Finnick sang, well fumbled through, both parts in 'Reindeer(s) are Better Than People' from Frozen and got shy as he insisted I sing 'Let It Go' also from Frozen. I wanted to sing the song badly, but I knew I couldn't complete with Idina Menzel voice wise. That didn't bother Finnick. He told me I was beautiful at the song. Finnick impersonated Lumiere in 'Be Our Guest' from Beauty and the Beast and told me I would be an amazing Belle. The most fun part of that car ride was when 'I See the Light' came on and I sang for Rapunzel and Finnick sang for Flynn. We were finishing that song when the car stopped. "Stay still." Finnick told me. I did as I was told and sat completely still and Finnick took me in his arms and carried me what I thought were stairs. After a moment I hear a door opening and feel myself being led into room. When Finnick takes the blindfold off of me I am in the middle of an apartment room. The apartment was small, but I didn't mind. I saw there was a couch, a small tv and a table where it sat. Down the hall I saw there was a queen sized bed in one of the bedrooms. "It's not much, but it is a start and I-"
I don't let him finish. I kiss him and look back up at him with big, shocked eyes. "Sorry. I- I just was-" I stop talking and take a breath. "It's perfect."
Finnick smiles. "I mean, we still need pots and stuff. The kitchen at least works. It came with a stove and fridge. I bought the couch, TV and bed, and the little table the TV is on, but I couldn't be too expensive. I got the cheapest ones, but I promise as soon as I get a job then I'll get us better furniture."
I shake my head. "As soon as we get jobs. You're not working while I stay here and do nothing."
He smiled. "I know. When you're ready we can move to California and Florida and work at Disney World or Disney Land or one of the cruise ships."
I cannot the smile that is exploding on my face. "I love you, you know that?"
He smiles and nods. "I have always known that." We kiss, falling onto the couch, holding one another in our arms. We pull away after what seem like hours of just kissing, both of us breathing heavily. "This is our castle, for now, Annie. I'm your prince and I will always be sure to save you, Princess."
I shake my head. "I will be sure to save you every now and then, too."
He kisses the top of my head. "You already did."
I look down at my hands, guiltily. "I caused this. I'm the reason we aren't at Graceland right now."
He lifts my head up with two fingers. "No, we left for many reasons. I just wanted to keep you safe." He wraps his arms around me. "I will always keep you safe."
We sit there like that in silence until there is a knock at the door. Finnick starts to get up, but I shake my head. "I got it."
I walk to the door and open it. A gasp escapes my lips as I see who is facing me outside the door.
