Chapter 7: Flocking People

The crystal coming up from the ground and reaching Uzugakure tired them all out. Deciding to sleep for the night after searching the village and finding rooms in the tower to stay in they slept through the night.

Haku looked to the brothers before telling them he needed to inform Naruto and the other two about what happened. Nodding the brothers continued to watch the barrier as Haku jumped off towards the tower.

At the tower Naruto once again awoke. Snuggling into the bodies he let out a content sigh as he laid with his lovers. The peace was soon however ruined by Haku barging into the room in a huff. Sitting up Naruto tilted his head as Haku turned red in the face and turned around facing a wall. He spoke quickly as he regained his speech "There seems to be a barrier protecting the city and some Anbu from Iwa we believe were attacking it." With that Haku made a hasty retreat from the room. Anbu are at a barrier that surronds the city and were trying to break through" Haku told Naruto. Nodding as Haku spoke Naruto turned around to see through the window. Kyuubi was quick to talk "we'll need more of us if we are going to make it. We never know how long the barrier will fail." Naruto looked to the three in the office and asked "how are we supposed to get more ninjas?" Zabuza piped up "I know many who would come here after all the village hidden in the mist has not been the same since the bloodline purge. Many would be happy to have a safe place to live." Nodding with what Zabuza said he sent both of him and Haku to track down previous mist ninja's to join the new Uzugakure. With a flourish of water both Zabuza and Haku was gone from the room.

Kyuubi nodded his head towards Naruto and disappeared to do what he wanted as Naruto left the tower to meet the brothers at the barrier. As he arrived there was a fight between sound ninja's and Iwa Anbu. Neither one seemed to be wining as they came to a standstill. Both sides stopped fighting as one of the Iwa anbu had a red haired girl in his arms with a kunai to her throat. Naruto watched as the Sound shinobi moved to attack the anbu not caring of their teammate as the Iwa anbu went to slash her throat. All ninja's froze unable to move.

Behind the barrier Naruto stood with his hand out stretched as his face was red with anger. Wisps of blood curled into the air as it poured from the ninja's eyes and ears. Some of the ninja's screamed in pain and terror and the girl was released before they exploded in a spray of blood, guts and bones. Moving quickly the brothers moved past the barrier and grabbed the girl taking her back through the barrier. Naruto's hands glowed green as he inspected the now passed out girl for any injuries. Finding none except for some minor scrapes he had them move her to a secured room in where the hospital is. Sighing as he was left alone Naruto looked past the barrier expecting nothing but seeing a man that was half white and black eating what was left of the ninja's.
