A/N: I believe that the beginning of this episode took place on a Thursday or Friday, which would explain how Andre and Tori managed to write a song so quickly. I'm actually playing with the idea of re-writing/creating a version of this with Cat still being cruel but with MPD (DPD) and Jade being the understanding one who sticks by her. I'd want to do this for multiple reasons but the main one would be that Cat would be fully aware that what is going on is wrong instead of being a sociopath. Granted this story would be written after I finish this one.

Disclaimer: Me own nothing. Go away lawyers.

Cat POV The Birthweek Song

You've been bored ever since the stage fighting section of that class ended. You weren't happy with the outcome, but it wasn't a terrible waste either. But nothing has happened since then… seriously, this is a ARTSCHOOL, you only came here because you thought it would be much more interesting than plain old normal school, and it is but sometimes nothing happens. Robbie been talking your ear off and that's when you guys spot Tori.

To your delight, she seems frustrated. And if you stick around long enough she'll give an explanation. And when she does, it makes you wonder exactly how much insanity must run in the Vega family. You know you're crazy, psychotic, whatever, but there are times when you think Trina takes it to the next level. Seriously, a birthweek? Well, it's not exactly the best entertainment. Better than nothing though, besides it'll be fun to watch Tori freak out over this.

When lunch comes around you watched Tori join Jade at a table. Andre took the seat next to Tori and before you can take the other side of Tori, Jade's arm had snaked around you and got you sitting in the seat right next to her. Smart girl, she knows something's up. You give Jade the once over before turning to your food. She's finished with her lunch and she doesn't react when Sinjin takes the seat next to her. You'll scold her for that later. As it appears that she is currently pretending to be intently focused on cutting the unused straw into small pieces.

God, Tori's asking for help and the best they can do is cheese and lotion. Boys, no wonder you prefer Jade over Robbie, at least she has some kind of brain. It's not until you speak that Jade seems to realize that Sinjin is there and promptly takes care that issue. She's worried, you can see her glance at you and back at Tori, then at you and back to the half-Latina again. Oh, you get it now. She wants to help Tori but she can't and you know because she gives a blunt truthful answer. It's amusing; she looks at you and seems to know. And she flees from the table because it appears that she knows you won't pull anything with this many witnesses. Tori yells at you and that's just one more infraction to put away until later. Robbie's grandmother wants help and so you jump on the chance of an invite, this entire birthweek thing doesn't seem to be going anywhere.

Robbie's grandmother is completely hopeless and when he goes to the bathroom, you know he's really just buying time to get an excuse to leave. So you grab the chance to teach her how use the webcam, kind of. Just enough instruction so that she knows how to get on but not off. This could be fun later. Robbie is going to have so much fun with this and it's only Friday. The weekend is looking great because you and Jade have a play to go to, one that you picked. You know she's only coming because the longer you don't do anything the more she worries. The best entertainment sometimes comes from patience, and Jade's mind can torture itself quite well.

So well in fact, that maybe you won't tell her about the girl you've seen Beck with lately, unless she does something to warrant it... like give Tori that cup of coffee for Trina.
