A/N: No creepy things this time, not even really all that interesting. I don't think Roberazzi will be either but I'm working on an idea for give it up episode song. Any theories to what's going on with Cat and Jade? I'd be happy to hear them (and possibly laugh) because I think it could be fun. Merry Christmas/Happy (C)Hanukah/Happy New Years/Three Wise Man Celebration!

Jade POV Tori the Zombie
You can't remember what happened the night Cat came over right after you had broken up with Beck. It bothers you more than you'd like to admit, but at the moment you have more important things on you plate. Cat asked Tori to help her out with makeup practice and that practically was waving a neon sign that screamed "DANGER" at you. You were going to say something, but Cat silenced you with a glance and your body betrays you as your mouth snaps shut before a sound can make it out.
What happened? You have to wonder because you had been able to confront her a month ago about Tori and now all she has to do merely take the time to glance your direction to get you to behave. When you try to remember why, a sick feeling enters your stomach, your hands start shaking, your chest constricts, and chills run up and down your body. All the signs of a panic attack. You're not going to push it and you're probably better off not knowing. There's little you can do about Tori's situation now, the zombie face is cemented to her, and as the performance approaches it's not hard to see that Cat's enjoying the general panic that's happening around her.
You hope that it's distracting enough for her not to notice what you're doing with the other actors. Tori doesn't notice, she so embarrassed that she rushes out as soon as they are dismissed by the stage manager. You suppose the word doing describes it, is not so much doing but rather closer to forcing. You've forced them to stay after hours to run some extra exercises and dance fillers just in case. They don't know why but they've stopped arguing after the first day, when you intimidated their leader. You almost broke his arm; it was exhilarating, the power, and it frightens you that you might be a step away from becoming the person you've been pretending to be all along. Part of you recognizes that you're emulating her to an extent as you threatened them into submission. You hope that you are aware enough of your boundaries so that can pull yourself back from the edge. You owe Tori so much, and it's funny because she has no idea how much she saved you, that just this once you'll risk your soul. You won't ever do this again because each time you step back from the abyss; you can feel a part of yourself being lost to the darkness. And you're too afraid to stare into it because there's a chance you won't come back.
The performance ends without too much trouble. But now the consequences of what you did to ensure that is coming back to haunt you. Sometimes you dream about it, what it would be like to dominate someone else, and you wake up half laughing in amusement, half screaming in terror, and all hysterical. No one comes to check on you, your brother is a sound sleeper, and your dad and step-mother don't care about you enough to see if you're alright. You never have these dreams with Beck, but Beck can't be around all the time. And on the worst nights, when you can't feel anything but terror of who you could become, you wish Cat was there with you.
