At the ball game in the stadium Benny and Kitty where sitting in the stands with the other fans as they watched the game go on. Declan on the other hand was hiding behind some podiums not wanting to attract any attention or make the duplos suspicious. Declan kept thinking about what else it could be that the yellow aliens where after, he knew there had to be more.
Good cop tried thinking of the footage as it played over and over again in his mind, then something clicked. He rushed out into the stands trying to get to Benny and Kitty. He had just realized something and they would be in danger.
As the two enjoyed the game they almost completely forgot about their job. Kitty then said "Benny I need to use the powder room I'll be back, save my seat." "Okay Kitty but watch out for duplos." She nodded and said "Don't worry that's why I always carry by trusty cat claws with me." She then began to skip off.
Declan finely got to the spot he had seen Benny and Kitty sitting at but some fans did the wave and he was flipped over and onto the seat next to Benny. Benny looked over and said "Goodcop what are you doing that's Kitty's seat?" Declan looked around franticly and said "Benny where is Kitty?"
Benny replied with "She went to the rest room why?" Declan look shocked as he said "She's in danger Benny I thought about the tape and just remember that all the people the duplos were after were women." Benny gasp as he shouted "Oh no Kitty!" He let his hover pack start up and Declan hanged on as the two got out of the crowed and into the halls of the stadium.
Kitty skipped along happily not aware that she was being hunted by a four legged duplo with long teeth, one eye, and a big mouth. As she skipped she came to the find the woman's rest room line was long "Oh man why are the lines here always so long, maybe there another." And so she went to go find another rest room, sadly she was turning a corner when "AH!"
The two men heard the cry and yelled "Kitty!" as Benny flew faster and Declan jumped down and began to run. Once the two got there though they were shocked to see a red faced Kitty with her cat claws out saying "Don't you dare pick on me again you no good duplo, bad duplo!" Benny gulped but said "Um Kitty are you okay?" She took a deep sigh and said with a smile and big eyes "I'm all rainbows Benny!"
Unknown to them that the villain almost broke his chair as he hit the arms forcefully as he said "No I could have ruled cloud cooko land with the princess. Oh well it seems she has too much of a temper to handle anyway."
Back at the stadium Benny hugged Kitty saying "Oh kitty I got worried but you did a great job." "Oh Benny thanks. You are so sweet." During this Declan was cuffing the duplo and calling for other officers to come and take it away. Perhaps he could find a way to get information out of the creature when he got back to the station. As he looked at Benny and Kitty he frowned and said "I am so sorry about this guys I didn't mean to put you in such danger Kitty I…."
Kitty said "Oh good cop don't be a worry wort I'm a builder, fighting baddies is my job." Benny then said "Yeah and we both know Kitty can handle herself so there's no harm done." Declan smiled and nodded as suddenly the other officers came to take the duplo. Declan waved goodbye to his friends as he fallowed the other officers. Once gone Benny said "So want to go finish the game?" Kitty said "Sure." And so they went on a romantic sports date.
Declan was at the station as he saw the duplo caged. He was worried he now knew what the duplos where after but why. Rose came up to Declan and said "What do you think they want with woman that stand out from society Declan. It doesn't make sense. They wanted to destroy the planet now they are after certain people, do you think it's a mission from their leader."
Declan said "It could be Rose I don't know. Could you and the other leave please I want to try and figure out a way to get this thing to talk usually the bit mouth ones talk for most of the duplo population." Rose nodded and herded the others out.
Once they were all gone Declan looked at the Dulpo and said "I know you can talk so come on just make this easier on the both of us. What are you doing? Why are you after woman of our planet that stand out. You wanted to destroy us before, what changed?"
Back at the villains lair he only smirked as he said "Persistent pest isn't he. He and that woman have been foiling my plans. Such an odd pair." Suddenly a plan came to mind as he smirked and thought 'Very odd in dead.' He smirked and said "I think I'll have a little fun with this cop. And then when the time is right crush him with what he holds most dear." He grabbed a microphone and gave a command to his duplo "Tell the cops this my duplo."
The duplo raised its head with a large grin on its big mouth and said "A queen is needed." Declan looked shocked at this and was going to ask what that meant but the duplo only curled up and fell asleep. Declan sighed he knew that once they did that they would not stir unless they saw a way to escape.
Declan thought for a bit, the duplo gave him a small bit of information. But why, was it trying to mislead him? The information didn't exactly make since, why would the duplos need a humans queen. They were aliens that looked animal like. He sighed he tell Rose what he knew and then tonight he tell Aiden what he knew when he visit, perhaps they could figure this out together. And so he left trying to figure out this strange development.
