Sorry for the long wait for the next chapter, I lost everything I had previously typed due to the fact that my home was broke into stole all of our electronics and my parents had to by me a new laptop. So its not as good as the one I had typed before so please bare with it anyway onto the story!

Part 2: Uchiha v. Uzumaki

Judge Tsunade, "Welcome everyone, where here today to review the case Uchiha v. Uzumaki. We'll start with Mr. Uchiha and his lawyer, please call up your first witness." Sasuke's Lawyer, "Alright, the first witness I call to the stand is Uchiha Itachi." Itachi got up and went to the witness stand in the front of the room, and in front of the jury. He did the honors code saying he wouldn't lie before he sat down in the chair and waited for the judge to ask his first question.

Sasuke's Judge, "Itachi Uchiha, could you please enlighten us on your point of view for this case. Tell us what when everything began, and are the claims made by Mr. Uzumaki really true?"

Itachi took a deep breath before speaking, "The claims made by Mr. Uzumaki are indeed true. One day I was in my office when I got a call from Gaara, he had asked me something like where Sasuke would go to just get away from people. From there I had asked him what was going on. That's when Gaara told me that Sasuke had broken into his home where Naruto was temporarily staying and kidnapped him. For fear of Sasuke's psychological state and what he was doing I admittedly told Gaara where to find our private home and gave hi the access code to get in, I also told him I was heading there myself along with some police officers."

Sasuke's lawyer, "Why would you get a police officer against your own brother? Why did you automatically believe what Gaara had told you over the phone Mr. Uchiha?"

Itachi looked at the man, "Because my brother has been messed up psychologically since our parents murder, and I had believed he had finally lost it."

Sasuke's lawyer was getting pissed, "Go on with your story, what happened after you arrived at the home."

Itachi, "I had pulled up behind Gaara when he got to the home. I had police officer Kakashi Hatake in my car and we both stepped out, I informed Gaara that there were more police officers outside of the home ready to come in at a moments notice. From there we came up with a plan to get Naruto out of the home, since I was the only one that actually knew of the home to begin with I was to be the distraction. From there I went to the door and nocked when Sasuke answered in a fit of anger, If I could recall he said before even opening the door "Who the hell is at the door!" a lot louder in fact he was screaming then when he answered he asked me what I was doing there, I had told him that I heard that he was basically being a brat that required supervision so he didn't destroy our family name. From there I forced my way into the home because it is also my home, which he tried to keep me out of. From there I went and unlocked the door in the kitchen"

Sasuke murmured to himself /that's how the shits got in the house and found there way there to, damn brother, who's side is he on? He should be on my side for fuckings sake./

Itachi was still going on with his story, "From there I tried to talk to him casually but he blew that off so I flat out asked him why he was hiding for. Sasuke didn't reply fast, hell he didn't even reply. From there Gaara and Kakashi got evidence, Naruto cleaned up and out of the house. Since they had my permission to enter the home they didn't go against the law either, since technically the home is under my name since I'm the older brother. Then the other officers arrested Sasuke and took him to prison."

Sasuke's lawyer, "That's all I would like to ask your honor." Sasuke's judge went back to his seat, he didn't know how to manipulate the words the right way to get Sasuke out of this one. He begin thinking of what he could do.

Sai, "Your honor I would like to ask Itachi Uchiha a few question's myself." Judge Tsunada, " You may proceed." Sai, "Mr. Uchiha after Mr. Uzumaki was taken out of the said safe home?"

Itachi, "We went back to Gaara's home, and from there I apologized to Gaara and his siblings for everything my brother did, I had also told them if I had known I would have stepped in sooner, I also offered to pay for any damages he might of done."

Sai looked over to the witness stand where the three siblings were asking for a silent conformation of what the witness was saying was true, they had nodded their heads conforming it. "Then what?" Sai had asked. Itachi had responded by saying, "I apologized to Naruto for what Sasuke did, but an apology will never be enough for what Sasuke had put him through." Sai, I believe that's all I would like to ask Mr. Uchiha.

Naruto was sitting quietly looking down, he hadn't known what had happened that day, he just remembered waking up in a room he didn't recognize and Gaara ran in, saying he was at his house, and the confusion since he had been with Sasuke not that long before.

Itachi made his way back to the witness stand

Sai, "Next person I call to the stand is Gaara."

Gaara got up from his spot and he had the coldest look in his eyes as he faced Sasuke, he couldn't wait to tell the judge and jury everything he knew. Gaara knew the look in is face hadn't been present since before he meet Naruto, but at that moment, he didn't give a fuck, Sasuke deserved the look. Gaara sat down at the witness stand after doing the bull crap of not lying and everything and was ready for any question thrown at him.

Sai, "Gaara how did you know Naruto, when did you first meet him?"

Gaara thought back, "I'm his friend, and I guess I meet him during the time of my life, I wasn't the nicest person around, I think it was back when Naruto transferred to the same school I was in. At first I didn't consider him a friend, I just thought of him as some loud mouth in class, however, my image of him changed, because while everyone else stayed away from him, he kept trying to get closer to me, never budging, so in the end I accepted the friendship he wanted to start."

Sai then thought, "You were friends with Mr. Uzumaki while in school, correct?" Gaara nodded, "Yes" Sai then continued, "How was the relationship between him and Sasuke Uchiha, and what exactly happened?"

Gaara calmed himself down before speaking, "His relationship? Funny, I thought it was master and slave from the beginning, I mean after graduation Sasuke had secluded Naruto away from everyone, if it wasn't for us video chatting when Sasuke was gone, then nobody would have heard from Naruto. Even in the video chats I could tell something wasn't right with Naruto either, his eyes they changed." The courtroom became intrigued with what Gaara just said, even Sasuke was interested.

Sai, "What do you mean, "his eyes changed.""

Gaara laughed, "What I mean, the warmth that was in his innocent eyes, it was gone, they were dull, hell they didn't seem alive, they were like what people saw in my eyes, pain and fear, however, when I was that way I was harsh, while Naruto he began to isolate himself. Then there were the bruises showing up on his skin, however, Naruto never said anything, so there was nothing I could do to help him."

Sai, "Interesting, can you tell us what happened the night you found Mr. Uzumaki, where he was apparently stabbed by Mr. Sasuke Uchiha?"

Gaara laughed, "Gladly, I had been out at the park because something just didn't feel right and I needed to be able to see the moonlight, and as I left the park since it was getting late I noticed by the gate there was blood on the ground and ran to see where it lead, even though it had been a coincidence at the time, it had lead to my house, and in a fit of panic I believed it was Naruto because the trail was heading in the direction of my home. That's when I looked, then I found Naruto on the ground, I had screamed his name several times, but he never responded, I admittedly called for an ambulance, where they took him to the hospital and put him into surgery, the doctor even said if they had been even a second later, he would have died."

Sai then looked at Naruto, "Mr. Uzumaki, by any chance do you have this apparently life threating wound you care to show us."

Naruto nodded his head and lifted up his shirt to wear the wound had been, there were still stitches there and everything because it was healing very slowly. However it wasn't as bad as it was when it was first received, and everyone could tell it had healed a great deal already. However, when Naruto had lifted up his shirt, everyone could see the bruises that were visible on his skin.

Sai, "That's all I would like to ask." Sai took his seat and Sasuke's lawyer didn't want to ask Gaara any questions that guy was a maniac and he was freely giving every nook and cranny of information he had.

Sai, "Your honor if you don't mind, but I would like to show the evidence found at both the scene and the reports both police and hospital since then. " Sai went over and opened his laptop before turning on the projector he stated, "this graphics are gruesome and may contain nudity if you can't handle them your more then welcome to leave the room." From there he showed both the pictures and video footage taken from when Sasuke had kidnapped him and the hospital reports he read and showed from Dr. Majors and Dr. Riley. Then it came to the police report Mr. Hatake wrote. Everyone was in tears from how gruesome everything was. Naruto was near to breaking down himself, he however contained his composure until the report from Mr. Hatake. His report had everything Naruto had said that night. Sai only read what Naruto had said that night too.

Judge Tsunada, "That's all I can handle, and the same for this court room, I call this is over with until tomorrow, so our Jury can have time to go over everything said today and go over evidence themselves. We will meet tomorrow at 9 A.M to decide if Mr. Sasuke Uchiha is either innocent or guilty. With that she left the room the same for everyone else except Sasuke.
