Sorry for the long wait for the next chapter, I've been extremely busy with school, I know its not an excuse, but here's a new chapter, along with the final part of the case! Sorry the chapter is so short, but its the conclusion of the case.

Part 3: Uchiha v. Uzumaki

Everyone entered the courtroom at 9am to find out if Sasuke was going to be convicted or freed. Gaara held Naruto's hand and Itachi had his hand on his shoulder.

The Jury entered the room and walked over to their stand and sat down. 5 minutes later Officer Umino (Iruka) entered the room. Officer Umino, "All rise for Judge Tsunade." Everyone in the room stood up as Tsunade entered the room then sat down in her seat. Everyone followed by sitting down.

Judge Tsunade, "Were here today to decide wither Mr. Uchiha is guilty, or innocent. Jury your verdict please."

A man named Neiji Hyuga stood up, he had been a year ahead of Naruto and Sasuke in school, but he knew a little about them, however today, he was the foreperson for the jury. Neiji, "We came to an unanimous decision and have found Sasuke Uchiha guilt of all charges such as domestic violence, intentionally or knowingly causing physically and bodily injury to his boyfriend Uzumaki Naruto, attempt of murder 1st-degree, violent felony. We've also received information that Mr. Uchiha was trying to alter the final decision and evidence by paying people." Neiji then sat down.

Judge Tsunade, "Anyone in the court room disagree with this decision other then the defendant?" Nobody in the room made a noise or a sound. Tsunade hit the small mallet on her stand and said, "Mr. Uchiha you will be sentenced to prison for the next 20 years no bail, and you will be forced to go to anger management classes for 148 weeks. You will also be isolated from others for the next 25 weeks until your sanity is under control. You will also be required to take a drug test once a week or the next 72 weeks to make sure you aren't consuming any alcohol or drugs. With that this case is dismissed." Tsunade hit her small mallet on her stand making it final. Officer Umino walked over to Sasuke and cuffed up his ankles and wrist as well as putting a chain connecting the two then lead him out of the room.

Naruto took a deep breath as the case was over. Gaara stood up and helped him up, everyone as well as officer Hatake helped Naruto out of the room. Gaara decided for Naruto to take therapy for being victimized to domestic violence, telling Naruto that he would always be there to talk to him, even offering him a home to stay and feel protected in.

After arriving back at the sand siblings home Gaara helped Naruto to his room, everyone could tell that Naruto had been stressing so much because of this case that he would probably sleep for a week if they let him. As Naruto laid down in bed he looked as Gaara tucked him in. Naruto, "Gaara, thank you for saving me." Gaara gave one of his rare smiles and said, "I'd do it all over again."
