Superboy walked out of the ruins quietly, securing his backpack. He had taken a picture of the woman seen on the computer screen. But, nothing in his mind rang when he saw her face. He didn't feel this was the right woman; But it was the only lead he had.

He huffed, collapsing into his bed. It had been a tiring day, mentally. Despite his yearn for sleep, the questions in his mind kept him awake. Who was she? How would he find her?

What would she tell him?

He turned, hearing a knock on the door. He looked, Clark entering his room.

"Hey," Clark said quietly. Connor sat up in his bed, making room. Clark sat beside him, staring up at the wall.

"Heard you come in through the window," He explained. "Your not very stealthy,"

"Oh," Connor, looked down, embarrassed.

Clark turned to him. "But, I never was either. Must be a Kent thing," He smiled.

Connor looked up at the man, a light smile smile appearing on his face.

"So, what were you doing out so late?" Clark's tone became a bit more serious.

"I just... needed some air," Connor explained. "I've had trouble sleeping lately."

"Problems adjusting?" Clark asked. "I get it."

"You do?" Connor was surprised Clark had believed him.

"Yup," Clark got up from where he sat. "If you need anything, just ask; So try to get some sleep."

With that, Clark left the room. Connor sat and stared at the door for a moment, before getting into bed.

He took a deep breath, relaxing, staring at the door with a faint smile until he fell asleep.

Audrey sat in her bed, making little glowing trails of fire with her fingers. She huffed, upset about the last mission.

"All I had to do was grab one vile! Stupid!" She thought.

BEEP BEEP BEEP

She looked over to her beside table, looking at her cell phone.

Suit up. We've got a mission ;) ~ Cassie

She rose from her bed, opening the closet. She pulled a small trunk from corner, opening it to reveal her costume and equipment.

She hurriedly pulled off her own clothes, zipping her suit up. She paced down the stairs, shoving her shoes on as she left.

She turned back, remembering Canary had a zeta-tube. She shut and locked the door, before heading down the basement.

The room was full of punching bags and weapons, and the zeta tube in the corner. She typed in her coordinates, before stepping inside. She blinked for the fainest of seconds, missing the leap from the house to the Watchtower.

She stepped forward, a few of her teammates already lined up. She stood beside Robin, quietly glancing over to him.

"How's it going?" She whispered quietly. "With Cassie?"

Robin blushed humbly. "Really good, actually."

"That's good," Venus smiled. "Gone on any real dates?"

"Real dates?" Robin asked.

"The Batcave doesn't count,"

"Cassie said something?" Robin questioned worriedly.

"No," Venus assured. "I mean, she hasn't said anything about a real date; so I'm assuming it hasn't happened yet?"

"..." Robin was quiet.

"Tim," Venus said. "Why don't you take her out to the movies, or dinner?"

"I'm nervous," Robin muttered quietly. "I mean, I've had other girlfriends, but not like Cassie. I don't wanna mess it up."

"you know," Venus looked to make sure the blonde amazon wasn't around. "She's been dying to that new scary movie,"

"Really?" robin raised a brow.

"Really," Venus nodded. "She won't admit it, but she loves that stuff. But, she doesn't want to seem creepy. She's has a huge collection of scary movies from the 80's."

Robin smiled. "Thanks,"

"No problem,"

They both stood quiet as Aqualad came over to debrief the team.

"Batgirl, Wondergirl, and Guardian are already working at one end of the mission," Aqualad explained.

"You will all be split Alpha-Beta-Omega," Aqualad looked down though the line. "Robin, Venus, Superboy, I want you Beta. Lagoon boy, Impulse, Bee are on Omega,"

"You will be investigating the three largest LexCorp labs in the city," Aqualad explained. "Rumor has, they're planning something. Big."

Venus looked over at her teammates. Robin was cool, but Superboy. She couldn't remember the last time they spoke; If they ever did.

He seemed quiet, calculative. Probably too busy for idle chat with some junior.

She and Robin followed him onto the Zetapod, hopping a ride to point B.

"And to your right is the..."

Venus zipped up her sweater, the lab breezy and cold. they were dressed civilian, talking a tour of the lab with a group of soon-to-be college grads hoping to figure out if LexCorp was right for them.

She turned to Robin, who was diligently focused on the tour guide.

"Are you getting any readings?" She whispered into his ear.

"Nothing abnormal," Robin answered. "If they're hiding something, they're hiding it well."

"I wondering what they're planning," Venus said.

"I don't know," Robin whispered now. "For all we know, it could just be a rumor."

Venus nodded.

"And on your left is the the companies human resource department,"

Venus and Robin both looked forward. The tour guide seemed to have talked louder then before; Catching anyone not paying attention.

Superboy widened his eyes a little, looking over to the door. There, in a golden plague, was the human resources department.

He raised his hand, waving it slightly to get the tour guide's attention.

"Yes young man?" the tour guide asked.

"what does the Resource Department do?" He asked.

"Well, they manage the more human affairs of the company," The tour guide smiled. " Salaries, workers compensation, accidents, employee records, ethical conduct, and promote good work ethnic."

Employee Records...?

The tour finished, waving his hand to move the group along.

Superboy turned to Robin and Venus.

"I need you two to cover me," Superboy explained. "I'm going in there,"

"Are you sure that's relevant?" Robin asked, raising his shoulders a bit.

Superboy raised a brow.

"Very."

"Got it," Robin nodded. "We'll make sure nothing happens," He promised.

Venus turned to Superboy. "Good luck."

The three split up, Robin and Venus following the group, Superboy quietly walking into the other room.

Robin and Venus kept following the group, quietly checking the small devices on their wrists from time to time.

Nothing.

"Are we sure anythings actually here?" Venus mumbled, turning to Robin.

"I'm not sure," Robin shrugged his shoulders. "That seems to the biggest possibility."

Venus narrows her brows, thinking. "Perhaps they moved it? Maybe they're hiding someplace new,"

"Ssh.." Robin turned to the Tour guide stopping, gathering the group into a small circle.

"Unfortunately, this is all we can show you today folks," The tour guide smiled. "But i'll be happy to answer any additional questions you may have."

"When's Superboy coming back," Venus turned to Robin. "They're gonna know somethings up when they see he's been gone."

"We have to stall somehow," Robin placed his fingers on his chin, thinking.

"I have a question!" Venus's hand shot up.

"Yes?"

"What's the history of LexCorp?"

Superboy studied the room, it's dark halls and bright lit computer screens. He was quiet, making to not draw attention to himself. But, the employees were too wrapped up in there work to raise their heads from their cubicles.

He kept walking, until finding an open computer. He set his back pack down, opening it to pull out a gadget of Nightwings.

He plugged it in, and watched as the cimputer practically unlocked itself. The desktop changed, showing many short cuts to files. His eyes scanned over the computer screen, until finding the shortcut labed employee records.

He opened it, showing a large list of names with small profile pictures beside them. He scrolled down the list, until coming upon a woman like the one he had seen before.

Norma Lisa Wittel, 1998-2010

"2010..." He narrowed a brow. Why'd she quit after 2010?

He kept reading, before clicking a 'Contact' button. He studied it, pulling a crickled piece of paper from his pocket. He looked around hesitently for a moment, before finding a dark pen by the keyboard.

Name: Norma Lisa Wittel

Address: 196 oak lane, Metropolis, 03946

Phone: 795-5865-45324

Email: NormaLW

He hastily wrote it, hoping to leave as soon as he could. He finished, pulling the hacking device from the computer and shutting it down.

He stood, walking towards the door, until a hand suddenly grabbed his shoulder, whipping him around.

"kid, what are you doing in here?"

He blinked, realizing it was just an employee.

"I... I got lost," He lied. "I went to the bathroom, and the tour group was gone. Thought they came in here,"

The women stared at him for a moment, before exhaling.

"fine, run along. But you shouldn't be in here," She excused him. "Just wait by the exit."

"Got it. Thank you," Superboy smiled.

"...And here we are today," The tour guide finished her speech, ending it with a smile.

"That's great..." Venus mumbled. Her, and practically everyone else on the tour, had not been prepared for such a long history lesson.

"Anymore questions?" The tour guide asked.

...

Venus and Robin turned around to see Superboy stopping behind them.

"I'm hope everyone enjoyed the tour," The guide smiled. "Be sure to come again."

Superboy walked behind his teammates, looking back on the way out.

"You find anything important?" Robin asked, pulling him back from spacing out. "You were gone awhile."

"Sorry, no," Superboy shrugged. "The place doesn't seem to have anything suspicious; Well, more suspicious then usual."

"We didn't find anything either," Robin stated.

"That tour guide was to perky," Venus complained. "I was about ready to rip my own ears off..."

Superboy looked back at the lab.

He got what he was looking for.

Knock Knock Knock

Norma closed her book, gently setting her cat off her couch. She got up, opening the door. A boy stood there, a small piece of paper in hand.

"Can I help you?" Her tone was grouchy and shrill.

"Norma Wittel?" The boy asked.

She raised a brow, before sighing. "I'm not buying anything, so don't ask," She said, closing the door.

Stood stood back as the boy grabbed it, almost breaking it.

He walked closer, he demeanor more stern and harsh.

"I'm not asking."
