~Austin's pov~

***Chapter 7***

"How do you know?" Dez asks. My eyes flash back to the clock, then Ally and our friends. "I heard her Dez! 'He makes my heart beat a mile a minute. I just, love him.' that's what she said Dez!" I get a slap on the back of the head and Sam and Em step out from behind me.
"You're such an idiot." the two girls say in unison. I turn to Em and then Sam.
"I am not!" I say defensively. "She's hinting at things, she's giving you signs. Dumb ass." Em says.
"Well you don't need to be mean."
"You're a tool." Sam says and starts to walk away. "Come on Em." Em walks away, following Sam. Two minutes left.
"Austin! Come on!" Ally yells, her beautiful smile back on her face. I smile, watching her with our friends and my family. She's happy.
"Coming!" I yell back to her. I start walking to the wave pool with Dez.
"You really are blind. Aren't you?" Dez asks, I look over at him.
"No, Dez. I am not blind."
"How can you not see that she likes you?" he asks.
"God damn it Dez! She's in love with someone else!" I yell. I quickly remember where I am and regret yelling. I look at the pool and notice that a few people closer to us have stopped what they were doing and started staring at us. Well.. me.
"Come on, Austin! I'm the love whisperer." He whispers 'love whisperer'.
"Nobody calls you that." I whisper back.
"Guys! Come on!" Sam yells as the clock strikes zero. We walk into the water and Ally runs over to us and grabs my hand, pulling me in. Ally jumps into the waves and well all do this for the ten minutes. When the waves stop we get out.
"Hey Blondie." I hear a feminine voice say as I walk away from the group and over to our towels. Cassidy walks up beside me when we get to the towels. She just stands there staring at me as I pick up the towels. "Hey Blondie." She says again. I look up for half a second before I look back down.
"Hi Cassidy."
"Whats wrong?" "Nothing." I say starting to walk back to the group. "Okay." She held the word for some time. "Well why are you here?"
"Celebrating." I answer simply already tired of the conversation. "Oh, congratulations by the way."
"Thanks. But I did have a partner you know." "She sucked."
"She didn't Cassidy and you know it." She looks over my shoulder and then back at me.
"Austin, will you go out on a date with me tomorrow?" she asks. You've gotta get over Ally, Moon. She doesn't like you that way. "Sure, Cassidy. Movie sound okay?" I ask.
"Yeah!" She says nodding.
"What movie?" I ask, hoping some horror or thriller.
"Titanic." *Of course a romance.
"Really?" "Yeah!" When I start to walk away she yells "See you tomorrow!" When I get far enough away I sigh.
"Fuck I hate myself." I mumble.
