"On your planet, I would be called Starfire,"

"Alright, Starfire; Can you tell us how you got here?" Nightwing stood against the doorframe.

the girl didn't turn her head; too weak to move. Her head rested on the pillow, staring up at the ceiling.

"I don't remember,"

"you don't remember?" Nightwing's eyes narrowed.

"Nightwing," Miss Martian turned her head to him, giving him a concerned glanced.

"I do remember the before, though,"

"The before?" Miss Martian asked

"The time before; I remember warriors. Coming to my planet," Starfire recalled.

"Your planet?"

"Tamaran,"

"Then what?" Nightwing walked closer, arms still crossed.

"I remember warriors; Then nets... and the ground," Starfire concluded.

"Invasion?" Miss Martian asked.

"No; " Starfire blinked; her head slowly turned to Miss Martian.

"Abduction,"

Superboy slowly walked down the halls under the ruins of Lexcorp. He looked around carefully, studying each part.

"Dubbilex?" Superboy called out, looking for his friend.

Only splashes of sewer water and occasional scuffs from unknown causes.

"So you've come,"

Superboy whipped around to see his genomorph friend, standing along with some others.

"I knew you would,"

"Have you been the one sending me the dreams?" Superboy walked closer to him.

Dubbilex shook his head.

"I am not the one contacting you in your dreams,"

Superboy frowned, looking away as he exhaled in frustration.

"I am merely the one helping deliver the message,"

Superboy blinked, returning his attention to Dubbilex.

"... You know?"

"Yes. Follow me," Dubbilex turned, his fellow genomorphs following him down the dark corridor.

Miss Martian watched as Starfire sat up in the bed, eating food off a tray.

"So you were born in an upper class family? On Tameran?"

Starfire swallowed.

"That is correct; On my planet, there were several ruling families,"

"Were?"

"This is before the invasion of the Citadel," Starfire said. "After the war, everything was in ruin. Many tameranians were captured and sold as slaves,"

"Were you sold?"

Starfire shook her head.

"No. I fended most of my captors off. I had learned the art of combat many years ago as a child; Then, one day, I was captured,"

Miss Martian nodded her head.

"These were not normal slave hunters, though. They were all strong, and their fighting outmatched mine. After I was captured, I was taken to their leader."

Miss Martian patted the girls hands comfortingly.

"Then what,"

"I do not remember, " Starfire sighed. " Only bits and pieces of it. I'm not even sure how long I have been under mind control,"

Miss Martian nodded.

"It's ok now," She said gently. "You're under the protection of the Justice League now,"

Starfire took a deep breath.

"I do not remember much. But I what I do is true, then you must be cautious," She looked Miss Martian in the eye.

"These women are no ordinary warriors,"

Robin, Beastboy, and Impulse scouted the area, looking for any kind of clue in the park. Police tape had cut off the area, which was full of broken benches and smashed statues.

Robin was crouched on the ground, inspecting a broken robot.

"But where could they have gone?"

Robin turned to answer Impulse's question.

"They must've had some kind of teleportation technology," Robin deduced. "They couldn't have simply disappeared,"

Beastboy flew beside them as a bird, before landing next his teammates, returning to his regular form.

"I didn't see anything in the sky,"

"Wait!"

the boys turned to see Terra running towards them.

"What are you doing here?" Robin got up, turning to the girl.

"I want to help," Terra looked over to the boys.

Robin put a hand on her shoulder.

"We appreciate the concern. But we're alright," He assured.

"Please! I can help," Terra argued. " I know what to look for!"

"Terra please. We can't pull anyone more into this,"

"I want to find Jillian just as much as you guys,"

Beastboy was staring at the girl.

"Would it really be a terrible idea?" Beast Boy quipped. "I mean she does know what we're looking for,"

Robin shot him a look.

"We really can't have civilians-,"

Boom!

The four of them turned suddenly to see a few of the robots before. They charged menacingly, lasers shooting at the them.

"Terra get back!" Robin called. He jumped, landing on one of the robots as he whipped out a batarang from his belt.

Impulse sped around on, avoiding punches. Beast Boy turned into a gorilla, grabbing and throwing two robots aside.

"Why are they here?!" Impulse shouted, punching off the head of one.

"I don't know-"

"Robin look out!"

Robin turned to see a robot raising an arm, seconds from punching him into the ground. It didn't have time to lower it's fist when a giant rock came hurdling at it.

The rock floated up from the ground, revealing smashed pieces and exposed wire of it.

The boys turned to see the black haired girl's hands glowing yellow. She stared back at them for a moment, just as surprised as them. Her bewilderment turned into a smile a she looked ahead to more robots.

Superboy stared around as Dubbilex walked him through Genomorph City. The Genomorph creatures stared as they walked by. A few followed, trailing behind discreetly.

"So you've been helping someone contact me?"

"Yes," Dubbilex. "When I found her, she reached out to me," Dubbilex explained.

"She?"

"Yes,"

"Why did she want to reach me?"

Dubbilex turned his head to him as he kept walking.

"She wanted to meet you,"

Superboy raised a brow.

"She wanted to meet me?"

Dubbilex stopped, turning to Superboy.

"We are here,"

Superboy stared at the wall of rubble in front of him.

"It's just collapsed rocks,"

"Are you ready, Connor?"

Connor looked over to Dubbilex.

"Ready for what exactly,"

Dubbilex exhaled.

"For what I am about to tell you,"

Connor could feel his heart racing. He took a step forward.

"I'll take that as a yes," Dubbilex looked over to fallen wall of rocks. He closed his eyes, moving the rocks slowly away from the entrance, revealing an entrance.

Superboy continued to follow, looking towards the end of the tunnel; faded light in the distance.

"When you were created," Dubbilex began. " You were deep underground; hidden away from the world,"

Superboy nodded.

"Before you, though, there was Match. And you understand what went wrong," Dubbilex turned to him. "Do you not?"

Superboy nodded again.

"His DNA; it broke down," Superboy explained.

"That is not all," Dubbilex continued to walk, leaving Superboy behind, looking confused.

"Match was trial; a test run," Dubbilex explained. "Unfortunately, it was unspoken but acknowledged that his success was small and unlikely; thought, we learned what was to be done to improve the chances."

Superboy could feeling the tension rise.

They used him... Like a guinea pig.

"There were several factors contributing to Match's failure," Dubbilex lifted a finger.

"One: His DNA was, is unstable. Two," He raised another finger. "Though his body was conditioned to perfection, he mind was not. Three," Dubbilex stopped, and turned to around to Superboy.

"Why don't you just ask her?"

Robin was knelt beside one of the bots, scanning it with some sort of device. Impulse stood over him, murmuring quietly.

Beastboy stood by Terra, who dusting herself off.

"So, have you've always fought like that?"

Terra turned to him, smiling.

"I took some basic karate classes. But,- I don't know. I guess, when I start moving rocks though, I feel this rush,"

"That is super cool,"

"Thanks,"

"Your pretty,"

Terra raised a brow.

"Cool! your pretty cool!"

"Oh," Terra's face relaxed. " Thank you-"

She stopped, looking past Beastboy.

"Over there!"

She pointed, and Beastboy followed her as she squatted over some debris. She brushed some off, revealing an egg shaped android.

"This is what Jillian and I found," She explained. "Or, at least, it looks like it."

"first will have to completely deactivate it,"

Terra and Beastboy turned around to see Robin and Impulse walk over.

"Would want it to lead the enemy to us,"

Impulse cleared his throat, looking away.

Robin put his hands out.

"Anyway, give it to me. It could still be operational. And it could still give you away to the enemy,"

Terra gulped at the thought. She handed it to him quickly, before checking her hands; just to be sure.

Miss Martian sat beside Starfire as she laid in bed, asleep. She wiped some hair away from the girl's face.

"M'gann,"

Miss Martian turned to see Nightwing enter the room.

"I tried to help her get her memories back," Miss Martian sighed. "But, I couldn't find anything."

Nightwing narrowed his eyes.

"You don't trust her, do you?"

"In light of the situation, it's suspicious," Nightwing rubbed his chin.

"Do you think it has anything to do with the abductions?"

"I can only guess," Nightwing said. "But, the idea that it's pure coincidence just doesn't seem likely. Even if there's only a small connection, something is definitely up."

"She mentioned something about 'Woman Warriors'. Do you think the girls are alright?"

Nightwing only sighed.

"Anyway," He said, changing the subject. "Robin, Impulse, Beast Boy and... Terra found this after their battle,"

"What is it?"

Nightwing carefully examined it.

"I don't know."

It suddenly started glowing, a small beeping sound coming from it.

"What is it-"

Miss Martian was cut off by a scream.

Starfire sat up, her hands covering her ears. She pulled them away, smashing the beside post.

Miss Martian grabbed the girls hands, trying to calm her. Starfire glared at her, eyes bright green, as she pushed her away into the wall.

"Turn it off!" Miss Martian yelled as she got up.

Starfire staggered out of her bed, smashing the wall beside her with her fist. She growled, like an animal, attacking anything she deemed a threat.

Nightwing looked at it, trying to figure it out. He clenched it in hand, crushing it with a squeeze.

Starfire gasped, and crumpled to the floor, unconscious again. Miss Martian walked over and knelt beside her.

"She's out cold,"

Nightwing stared at the broken pieces in his hand.

"I don't think she was kept for servitude,"

Miss Martian looked up at him.

"Whatever happened to her, may very well be happening again."

HOLY SHARKS GUYS. I wrote a new chapter. Hope you guys don't think I abandoned this thing. These last few months of school and home and junk have been incredibly busy, and for that I apologize. To make up for it, I went back and fixed ALL THE CHAPTERS. I'M SERIOUS. Spelling, punctuation, I spent a whole week rewriting. Some content was even changed. I suggest you go back and read some, everything makes more sense. Such as the reach abduction and all that. And thank you guys for sticking with it so far. You guys really keep this story and my drive going :)
