To my lovely and devoted readers, I apologize for taking this long to update my stories. There's no excuse other than life is in the way. However while I'm doing my busy life and the fanfiction of four stories (my fault), I'm actually writing a book. One that will hopefully be published. Which is one of my top priorities. I'm not abandoning my stories here on fanfic. I do plan to finish them. So I'll update them when I can. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Also thank you for your comments, support, followers, and favorites. -Vikinglady47
These characters belong to Charlene Harris and Alan Ball.
Also sorry about the short chapter! But I needed to give you guys something just so you won't go nuts.
Eric flew to the authority, still seeing the bloody rapture in Bill's room in his mind. There was no trace of Bill other than the mess he created. The only thing of what's obvious was that Agneta was up to something along with Bill. It's no wonder that Sookie sensed something amiss earlier, because there was. Now he has to be smart and absolutely careful of how he'll deal with Agneta.
As Eric entered the authority building, the council members were already setting up the execution. They even have a royal stake ready. Eric had always found that stake laughable. Like being killed by a well decorated and polished stake is going to make the death much more honorable and less painful.
Mr. Hawkins was the first to say hello the Eric. "How are you doing Mr. Northman?"
Eric immediately needed to know Agneta's whereabouts. "Have you chained up Agneta?"
"Yes, Mr. Northman we have. She just finished her last supper. She still in her cell down in the jail basement."
Eric nodded. "I need to check on her."
"Mr. Northman, I assure you she's chained up locked and tight. In fact they are preparing to bring her up soon." Then they heard a screaming vampiress coming. Eric saw Agneta being dragged in a silver carrier with straps holding on to her as well as chains. Mr. Hawkins was kidding about being locked and chained.
"WHAT HAVE I DONE TO DESERVE THIS BRUTALITY! I'M A VAMPIRE, THIS IS WHAT VAMPIRES DO! WE HUNT! WE KILL! WE FUCK TO OUR HEART'S DELIGHT!"
Eric interrupted her tantrum. "We are more than just a wild animal Agneta! Without passion and purpose, makes us animals . . . no wait animals have more dignity than us sometimes. My mistake, without some form of grace, we are those monsters in the night that everyone fears!"
"Russell Edgington was right about us being the higher race!" Agneta yelled out. She was losing blood by the minute as the silver chains and straps were boiling and cutting into her skin. "We would have been perfect for each other Eric . . ." she then started to sob.
"I already found my perfect mate, Agneta. Sookie is my mate, which she's the reason why where you are here now. You keep threatening her and my unborn children. As her honored mate, what did you think my action is going to be. As her soon to be husband and a soon to be father, it's my number one job to protect my family. If that means your death, then so be it!" Eric growled.
"Kill me now and you'll won't find out what Bill has in store for you and your beloved Sookie!" Eric was waiting for this. The closer one is to the true death, the more of the bargaining tools come out.
Calmly Eric stood in front of Agneta, "So what has the dick-less Bill doing now?"
Agneta laughed her head off. "I saw what you did to him. He actually showed me! I gave him as many donors as can possibly give to help heal him. If he worked in my favor of course."
Eric thought to himself, 'That explains the blood bath in his room.'
"I never seen a vampire that hates you so Eric." she laughed.
Eric grabbed the execution stake and put it over her heart as fast as a blink of an eye. "Spill the information Agneta!"
"Why? You're going to kill me anyhow."
"True. But how slow you go is up to you!" Eric pushed the silver onto her skin deeper. The vampire council noticed that Eric was using his hand unprotected. The silver wasn't burning him.
Agneta screamed in agony, "I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT BILL IS GOING TO DO!"
"You just told me, you knew!" Eric growled as pushed the silver more into her.
"IT INVOLVES YOUR CHILDREN!" Eric released the pressure of the silver for Agneta to calm down.
"My children?" Eric stood with worry on his face. "Which ones?"
Agneta gave Eric a cold stare, "What do you think? Do really think I'll go after Pam and Willa? Those two have the right to live. Your other two don't!"
Then a deadly look came across Eric's face. He grabbed another silver chain and have it wrapped around her neck. Agneta was again screamed in total agony while the authority watched in fascination and horror as to Eric's actions. Never piss off this deadly vampire, especially when it comes to his family. Eric grabbed the silver chain and tightened it. If this was done to a human, they would have choked to death. For Agneta's case, the silver was eating away her neck, like acid all around.
Mr. Cunningham stepped in, "Mr. Northman, if you kill her. . . you won't get the details of Mr. Compton's plan."
"She doesn't have any more information. I know she doesn't. Let the chain stay on her until her neck is eaten by the silver. She get the true death slowly and painfully for the future damages of my family and their safety."
"ERIC!" Agneta screamed out again. "EVEN AS A VIKING OR NEWBORN VAMPIRE YOU WERE NEVER THIS VICIOUS!"
Coldly Eric answered "Well that's what happens when you mess with me and my family!"
Eric stood there and watched the silver eating away the last layer of skin and bones. Then slowly her body became that blood goo that everyone sees when a vampire meets the true death. Now one vampire enemy is gone, he now has to kill another. Whatever Bill has planned, Eric would kill him without question, before he sets it into motion.
Eric walked out of the room, leaving the authority in alert. To not only the whereabouts of Bill Compton, but to always respect Eric Northman for he was truly a king to not mess with.
