TwilightSky15: I'M ALIVE! Hello readers! *crickets chirp* Okay, okay! Sorry I haven't updated this story in…*checks last update* almost a year, but I have a few very good explanations as to why, one of the main reasons is: I have mild Cerebral Palsy.

That's the main reason I take so long to get chapters posted. I have a hard time typing, which is why I asked people to help me type this story out. Sometimes it takes me an hour or more just to get one page typed out because I have to one finger type and it sucks. That's why my mom promised me that she'd get me the Dragon Naturally Speaking Program when I got to collage. So it would be easier for me to type. But until then it might take me a while to get chapters out, so be patient, okay?

Raven woke up with a groan.

What happened?

The last thing she remembered was fighting that giant black creature with her frien-her friends! Maddie!

She quickly sat up, wincing when she got slightly dizzy, and looked around; she noticed she was in a cobblestone alley.

"This can't be Bookend," She thought "I don't recognize anything."

Raven looked up when she heard a seagull cry and watched as it flew away "And I definitely know there are no seagulls around Ever After High." She said as she picked herself up off the ground. Upon standing she heard a groan from somewhere nearby. Taking another look at her surroundings she spotted a figure laying behind some crates, as she got closer she noticed it was Dexter.

"Dex!" Raven exclaimed as she ran over to him.

Dexter sat up, rubbing the back of his head; Raven knelt down in front of him.

Dexter squinted in confusion "Raven? Is that you?"

It was then that Raven noticed Dexter's glasses were missing; she quickly looked around in what dim lighting she had and found them laying not too far from where Dexter had landed. She quickly cleaned them off with the hem of her skirt and placed them on Dexter's face. Dexter blinked as his vision came into focus; he blushed when he saw Raven kneeling in front of him.

"Are you alright, Dex?" Raven asked in concern when she saw his face tint red.

Dexter jumped with a bit of a start "Uh, yeah! I'm fine! Just a little sore is all. What about you? You're not hurt, are you?"

Raven shook her head, "No, I'm okay, just a little sore myself."

Dexter nodded and looked around "So, where are we?" He asked in confusion.

"I don't know, I was just going to find out."Raven replied as she stood, extending a hand to help Dexter up, "Come on."

Dexter blushed, but took her offer to help him up. Once they got their barrings they both left the alley together. Upon leaving the alley they ended up on a busy market street; what confused them though was that everyone around them was dressed differently; the women wore long dresses with huge skirts and the men wore tights and vests.

"What is this place?" Raven wondered aloud.

"I'm not sure." Dexter said with a shrug.

"Let's go." Raven said as she stepped onto the busy street.

Raven and Dexter walked around trying to find a sign or at least something that could tell them where the hex they were. As they walked Raven noticed all the odd looks they were getting from the people around them.

"What if they know that I'm the daughter of the Evil Queen?" she thought fearfully "What if no one will help us because of who I am?"

Raven was suddenly thrown out of her thoughts by Dexter asking if they were lost, looking up she noticed she had unintentionally led them to a port and what was worse was that a pirate crew that was made up entirely of skeletons was stepping onto the dock. Raven gasped quietly and grabbed Dexters hand so they could try to slip away before they were seen, but as luck would have it they were quickly spotted and surrounded.

((Start Pirates of the Caribbean - He's a Pirate [Extended]))

"Aye, now what have we here?" a gruff voice asked.

Just as the circle parted to let the one who spoke through the moon became covered by a cloud and the pirates returned to normal. Raven and Dexter watched as a large man with shoulder-length blonde hair and a thick, wiry beard that was wearing a black coat with dozens of buttons lining the front and cuffs over another and an extravagant tattered black hat with a large black feather sticking out of it walked up to them; Raven also noticed a small gold medallion hanging from his neck.

"They're a defiantly not peasants, that's for sure." A pirate commented, noting the way Dexter and Raven were dressed.

"So, ye be royalty…" The leader said when he noticed their crowns. He did a mocking bow to them; Dexter was at a loss and didn't know how to respond. Raven glared at the pirate.

The leader stood up straight and grinned at them "Take them men; they may have what we're looking for!"

The pirates smirked and laughed darkly as they started to close in on Dexter and Raven.

Dexter's face turned a bit red when him and Raven ended up back to back "What do we do Raven?"

Raven was scared as well until she remembered her magic "Get down!" She exclaimed. Dexter quickly did as told and ducked before Raven sent out a strong blast of magic. When Dexter and Raven both opened their eyes they noticed that instead of being surrounded by pirates they were surrounded by frogs.

Raven grabbed Dexter's hand as they both started running back into town.

((Start Nights of the Cursed - Kingdom Hearts II Music [Extended]…again))

They had gotten a good distance from the port when they accidently ran into someone, throwing all three of them to the ground.

"I'm terribly sorry; I guess I wasn't looking where I was going." A male voice said.

Raven shook her head to clear it, "It's alright, it was totally our fault, we were the ones running." She said as her and Dexter picked themselves up and dusted themselves off.

The man did the same before looking at them oddly "Are you both new in town? I've never seen you before."

"Um, were actually not from around here." Dexter admitted, pushing his gasses back into place.

"Really?" the man asked curiously, noting their strange clothing "Where are you from?"

"A place far away from here…" Raven answered lamely.

The man nodded in understanding "I see, so I'm guessing you two already have a place to stay."

"Not exactly…" the two fairy tales mumbled.

"You two can stay with me if you have nowhere else to go." The man offered.

"Well, we wouldn't want to impose." Dexter hesitated.

The man shook his head "It's no trouble at all."

Raven smiled "Thank you Mr…?"

"Turner, William Turner, but call me Will."

"Thank you, Will."

"Right, well I was just on my way home if you want to follow me."

The two nodded.

Later that night Raven collapsed onto the bed in the guest room she was staying in with Dexter staying in the room right next to hers, she was exhausted. With everything that had gone on that day Raven had been able to suppress her worry about her friends but now that things had calmed down her worry increased. Where all her friends okay? Were they dead? What happened to Ever After? Raven sighed as she fell asleep thinking about how they were going to get home.

Truth be told I've had this chapter written down on paper since last school year, but just never had the chance to type it up. I got it done anyways though so ha! Anyways stay tuned for Chapter 6!
