Hey pearls! Finally got up to publishing a new chapter. I accidentally deleted this chapter and I forgot to write it down like I usually do, so sorry I took so long and this one might not be a good chapter. Anyway thank you to Adagio C. for wishing me a happy birthday! Thank you SO SO SO much! I was thinking about writing a new fanfic when I get this one straightened out. It'll be a hunger games one based off of the song roller coaster by Luke Bryan. If you've heard of the song, then obviously you know that I would be modern day. But if you haven't, listen to the song and watch the music video and tell me what you think! Anyways... ONTO THE STORY!
Disclaimer: is it really necessary to have one of these things? You already know that I don't own anything... *cries*
Once we get to our table, everyone takes some food. They pass out two pieces of bread with a circular piece of meat in between. What is this?
"What? You've never seen a hamburger before?" Christina asks me.
"Is that what it's called?" I answer.
"Here. Put some ketchup on it." Four says while passing me some red sauce that I now know the name to.
"Thanks." I put some 'ketchup' on my 'hamburger' and take a bite. "Oh my God! This is AMAZING!" I say and Christina and two boys laugh. Four even smiles a bit.
"If you think that's good, then you should try the cake." A tan skinned boy says as he sits across from me. "The names Uriah."
"Tris."
"Yeah I know who you are."
"How?"
"You're the first jumper and Shauna's cousin."
"How do you know I'm her cousin?"
"Very curious now are we? Dauntless is a small faction and news travels quickly. Plus, she told my brother and he told me."
"So you're brother is I'm guessing Zeke...?"
"Yes. I'm suprised she told you about us."
"I'm don't know what Shauna sees in Zeke. And I don't know how anyone is gonna see anything in you." Four says playfully. Irish gives him a pout and he looks so ridiculous that I start laughing.
"Anyway, I should be going. Nice to finally meet you." Uriah says looking at me. "Shauna wanted me to tell you that she will be coming by the dormitories to have a little and I quote 'cousinly reunion'."
I laugh at this. "Okay. Thanks."
"No problem. Bye." Uriah says and walks away.

Everyone continues to talk until Four gets up and tells us to follow him. I learned that the two boys (who were laughing when I took a bite of my burger) are named Will and Al. We walk for a few minutes until we stop at a door a few hallways down. He walks through the doors and we follow suit.
"These are the dormitories. You will be staying here for the next few weeks. You will be down at the training room at eight in the morning and leave at six at night. You will have a lunch break in between. If you are late, then you will face consequences and let's just say that Eric takes things more seriously than I do. If you don't know where the training room is, than oh well. That's your fault for not paying attention. Ask someone." Four tells us and walks out.
I look around and take a bed like everyone else does. I take the box from under my bed and look through it. I have: a watch, two pairs of yoga pants, two singlets, a pair of combat boots, one camisole, a pair of blank pajama pants with dauntless flames on them, three pairs of socks, a brush, a pack of ten hair ties,a toothbrush and toothpaste. The basic necessities I guess. I'll go out and buy other stuff later.
As soon as I finish looking through the box, Christina comes over with Will and Al.
"Hey guys." I say, greeting them.
"Hey Tris. What's up?" Chrristina asks.
"Nothing much just lookin through my box. What are you guys up to?"
"Nothing. We just came over to talk." And we do for about thirty minutes until we hear someone screaming "TRIS!" We all look at eachother confused until Shauna comes running into the dormitories and over to us. She trips over the box and stays on the ground for a few minutes. I start laughing and she turns he head to glare at me.
"Thanks tris. I feel the love." She says.
When I finally compose myself and she sits next to me on my bed, I finally speak. "Well, you do have a way at making an entrance."
"Haha very funny. I could always tell them what happened that one time at the reunion." She says, gesturing to my new friends.
"And what would that be?"
She leans over and whispers "I don't know. Just have an embarrassed look on your face and apologize."
"Okay, I'm sorry."
"Much better. Now are you going to introduce me to your friends or what?"
"Oh yeah. Shauna, this is Christina, Will and Al. Guys, this is my cousin Shauna."
They all say some form of hi and we all talk like we've known eachother for years. When we all atop laughing from a funny story Will told us,I turn to Shauna.
"Shauna?"
"Yeah?"
"Why did you come down to the dorms?"
"Oh right. Well, I was gonna take you shopping and discuss some stuff."
"Did you say that you guys were going shopping!? Can I come?" Christina yells.
"If you want to." I respond.
She squeals and the three of us walk out of the dormitory leaving Will and Al behind.
More skip bc I don't really want to make up what stores they ho into and I don't think k you guys care either lol
Twelve stores and seven shopping bags later, we go to Shauna's apartment and we are greeted by a guy who looks like Uriah. This is probably Zeke, I think to myself.
"Hey Shauna. Who are they?" He asks.
"This is Tris," she says while mentioning to me, "and this is her friend Christina."
"Nice to meet you guys. I'm Zeke."
"Nice to meet you too." I say.
"Well, I better leave you girls to get Tris looking pretty for my main man." Zeke says and leaves.
"What did he mean?" Christina asks. Me and Shauna look at eachother and sigh.
"Can you keep a secret?" I ask her.
"Of course. Why?"
"Okay. I'm gonna tell you something that NO ONE can know. Promise me you won't tell?"
"I promise my lips are shut."
"I know Four and we're kinda together."
"What!?"
And then I explain the whole thing. After I finish the explanation, she squeals and gives me an "As that's so cute and tragic." Which makes me laugh. "So are you guys actually cousins?"
"No. Anyway, we should probably get me ready."
"You need to look nice but i hardly doubt that he will be looking at your clothes."Shauna says. This causes me to turn a deep shade of red and them to laugh.
They finally decide on something for me to wear. They put me in a black flowing top with chain straps, a black strapless lacey bra with matching underwear, leather leggings and knee high heeled combat boots that make me taller by three inches. I'm now pushed into the bathroom so they can do my hair and makeup. When I look in the mirror, I see a beautiful version of me. I look like myself, but more mature and my age. I have cat eye effect with black eyeshadow, light blush covering my cheeks and red lipstick which makes my lips look plumper. My long butt length hair is curled ever so lightly at the ends.
"I think this is the best I have ever made anyone look." Shauna says.
"Me too." Christina responds. They squeal and jump around the room while I'm still in shock about how beautiful I look. "Well are you gonna sit there or are you gonna go find your man?"
I turn get out of the chair and smile so wide, that I can't feel my mouth. "Thank you SO much you guys!" I say and hug them for a few moments. When we pull away, I ask "where is his apartment?"
"Oh right. It's on the other side of the Pit near the Chasm. I might as well bring you there since I have to drop Christina off at the dorms and I'm going to pick up some food anyway so come on." Shauna says while we walk out the door.
As we walk through the hallways and Pit, I can feel people staring at us. "Why are people staring at us?" I whisper to them.
"They're not looking at us. They are looking at you." Christina says.
"Oh." Is all I manage to says. I feel self conscious now.
We stop in front of an apartment a few moments later. "Here we are. Have fun!" Shauna says, making me blush. As they walk down the hallway, Christina looks back at me and shouts "Be safe!" Making me blush even more if that's possible.
I'm about to knock on the door when it opens and someone pulls me in, closing it behind me. I look up and stare into those breathtakingly beautiful sapphire eyes.
"I missed you. It's so hard not to be able to touch you with all those people around." Tobias whispers in my ear. He then takes my earlobe in between his teeth and starts to suck on it. I moan and realize that I'm still pressed against the door. Oops, I hope know one in the hallway heard that.
He starts to trail kisses down my neck and I can't take it anymore. "Stop teasing me and give me all you got, number boy." I tell him.
I feeling smile against my neck as her trails kisses up to my mouth. He stops and his lips hover a centimeter above my own. "As you wish."
And so he does.
That's it for this chapter. I hope you guys liked it. I felt like putting a little something in the end of this chapter for ya. I tried to make it longer too.
I put a quote in this chapter from a different book/movie. I didn't realize I did until I reread it. If someone gets the quote and correct movie, I'll give you a shout out.
