Merlin I'm so sorry! It's been ages since I updated. I wrote this a while ago but it took a while for me to get it exactly the way I pictured it. Anyway, hopefully you enjoy!

It was March of nineteen ninety-seven, the first Monday of the month. Percy Weasley sat twisting his hands together as the Bridal March started playing on the organ. The collection of people inside the church rose to their feet and Percy quickly followed. The entire room turned to see the bride walking down the aisle arm-in-arm with her father and followed by her bridesmaid.

Wow, Percy thought, his mouth dropping somewhat in shock, she looks… amazing.

Audrey was dressed in light blue that went so perfectly with her eyes it must have been some kind of reflection. Her hair was spun so artistically around a main bun with numerous curls falling down her back that it must have been done by angels themselves.

While everyone else's attention was on some girl called Twiggy, Percy Weasley was entranced by the bridesmaid. The bridesmaid turned and grinned at him.

Even on her wedding day Twiggy was curious to see how her brilliant plan to make Percy Audrey's plus-one for the wedding would unfold. But as she saw a tall red-head approach Audrey and the way her friends face lit up, Twiggy knew this was the guy the brunette spent hours describing for her.

She wondered if Audrey would be able to repay the bridesmaid favour to her sooner than she had expected.

"You look really… Er, you look- eh- That dress really matches your eyes," Percy all but blurted out.

"Why thank you, it took me a while to get the colour transfiguration just right, but I'm glad someone noticed. But who might this dashingly well-dressed young gentleman be?"

"Who? Me? Why my dear lady," Percy bowed deeply at the waist with a sweeping gesture, "I am Percival Ignatius Weasley the first." He took her hand and kissed it.

"Why Sir Percival you are quite the charmer!" Audrey laughed, "And I do believe you just made a joke Percy, congratulations! How does it feel returning to the world of humour?"

They both laughed.

Dinner had finished and Percy and Audrey having danced for the last five songs, fast and slow, took their leave onto the balcony where the moon looked especially bright tonight. Audrey had added a silk shawl to her clothing that billowed with every breeze, it reminded him of something out of a cheesy muggle movie, but at that point Percy really couldn't care less. He couldn't help stopping to admire her.

She turned around and, spotting his eyes on her, asked with a giggle what was so fascinating.

"You," he answered. She hadn't been expecting such a serious answer but out on the balcony, at night, feeling as happy as she did. She really couldn't think of a better time to talk to him.

The two years they'd spent getting to know one another all came down to this moment, as Percy stepped towards her and they lent close and closer still. For the first time in a while, Percy had a reason to smile.

This chapter is still... not exactly the way I would want it. Something just doesn't seem right in there somewhere but I decided I'd left it so long I should give something to quench any curiosities as to how they lovely couple are getting along! Please review, if you know what I mean about something missing then suggest a change and I'll see if I can fit it in. Thank you for your patience!
