Chapter Two: Let's Hit the Road
Caroline was waiting for Dean. She just finished packing and this time she didn't forgot the curling iron. She was happy, now she was going to have a brand new start with the man she loved. They'd hunt demons, spirits and all those creatures he had told her about. They'd be so happy together.
She heard a knock on the door. Her heart raced, it was him. It was finally him, all she wished for. She opened the door. When she saw him, his cute smile, she just knew this was right for her. She ran through the door in his way, "Dean! Oh my god, you have no idea how much I've missed you," she said, "I can't actually believe we're doing this," he answered. Only then she noticed Sam behind him, she hugged him, "Hey Sam, I missed you too." They talked for a little bit and then Dean got her bags and put it in the Impala.
When she got into the car she started thinking about how would her life be after they left. This was the first time she was actually going to leave Mystic Falls and never look behind. She was ready for the days that were coming. Better than that, she was looking forward to it.
When Dean turn the car on she asked, "Well, what's the job this time?" Sam opened that day's newspaper: the headline was "Serial killer attacks again". She was confused, why would this be a job for them? Right after that Dean explained that in all cases, the victims were inside their apartments, the alarm was on, no signs of struggle. This was a case for them. "Well, let's hit the road then!"
