"I knew those parts you got from those cons at Mammago's wouldn't hold up," Peyj said as he looks over his ship that is now split into it's two parts, the hovercraft and the spaceship half, together form the Beluga. Which is now resting in the hanger of the building. He could use a pocket-optimizer-drone or P.O.D. for short that will repair the ship but repairing something broken would only be a patch up till it broke again.
After he lay claim to a good source of kerium he started the IRIS Network company in Waves with Jade. He's still Mr. Fix-it around the company building and been busy today in fixing things that needs some fixing. Peyj using his knowledge of photo-voltaic cells, he thoroughly clean, polish, and upgrade the solar panels on the roof of the building. He also clean and rewire some degraded circuits he spotted. Array efficiency improved by 50 percent. The solar panels were installed to help power the building and they sell the surplus energy to the city, as well kerium does power many things it's a good idea to have another source of energy handy. And now he's going back looking at his ship which is now broken.
"Well we can still use the hovercraft half and it isn't like we don't have another ship," Jade said she and her uncle.
"True," Peyj said as he looks at his baby.
"Don't worry, I'll call the other ship and ask for them to pick up some parts after they deliver the cargo," Jade said.
The other ship is being used to deliver a shipment of kerium to another planet. Double H and Hahn both humans are making the delivery. Seeing it's in the Galaxy Council section of space that's well patrolled, it be a safe trip. The company makes it money by shipping cargo from one place to another with the kerium mine which is being run by Peepers being the main export.
They also have a deal with the Nutripils Factory Enterprise and transport pallets of K-Bups a synthetic food in the form of small purple balls, to merchants in the independent villages on the planet. Which Mei a female Krang is currently handling this month's shipments and picking up a new hire from one of the villages. The transport truck she's using has a auto turret on it for protection, which Peyj had to go through much red tape to just have it installed. (1)
"Nino has the vaporators ready to be ship to Land of Wind," Secundo said who is a AI who is in charge of keeping the company running smoothly. He appears as a projection within the building.
"Great the farms there will pay much to get one," Peyj said. The farms in the Land of Wind have to deal with farming in a desert, which water is costly seeing how it's under the control of Stampade and his gang. The farmers need water that Stampede provides for a price, usually in the form of half their crops to feed his city. The vaporators which capture water from the air would give the farmers some relief with the price of water.
"About time we get something for them," Jade said as the vaporators have been gathering dust for awhile now. Nino who work in the computer room have been trying to find buyers for them.
"But of course it be tricky with it being Stampede's lands," Peyj said.
"Don't worry the gangs know better to kill G.C. citizens," Jade said.
"True but only the ones working for Stampede," Peyj said as there have been gangs popping up made up of the native people and ninjas. The Buzzards have been making the news lately and are located in Land of Wind. They're former Sand ninjas who survive the takeover and fled into the desert. There they form into raiders who rob and kill anyone to survive. At first people thought that they were rebels fighting to reclaim Land of Wind but people quickly realized that they're only looking out only for themselves.
"Well Stampede does have those drones patrolling the farm areas to protect the farmers," Jade said.
"I still don't understand why they stay," Peyj said.
"They don't want to live in either G.C. or the Krang, or they don't want to leave the place they called home for all of their lives. And that Stampede is paying them to grow the plants needed to make spin," Jade said.
"Oh yeah he's the one who is producing all the drugs on this planet that can be made here," Peyj said thinking of what spin does to people. Using refine kerium and different compounds made from different plants and chemicals, then cooking it all together makes spin a drug that people can't stop themselves from taking. (2)
"From what, I heard spin is more damaging to the natives of this planet because of the high amount of kerium already in their bodies. It's a good thing that before we found this planet that the plant that's needed to make spin isn't found on this world," Jade said. She still doesn't understand how kerium which is harmless on it's own, can be made into a harmful drug.
"Which is why Stampede is only shipping the plants off planet to be made elsewhere," Peyj said as Stampede doesn't want the natives of the planet getting hook on spin and dying off. It would just invite both the G.C. and Krang to turn their attention onto him.

Elsewhere -
Hinata look out the window of the truck she's riding in, staring at all the alien races that now walking around Waves. Mei the driver had unloaded a shipment of K-Bups at the village and pick her up for her new job at the IRIS network company. Which she found out is more a delivery company then anything else. The owner does have a claim on a rich kerium mine but besides that the company does odd jobs here and there. Hinata had pack her things and filled her synthetical-atomic-compressor or S.A.C. to it's limit and pack the rest of her things. She didn't look back as they left as the village isn't her home just a place to live.
"You haven't seen that many different races have you?" Mei ask as they stop at a red light.
"No, I haven't. The ones, I see are just traders and raiders," Hinata said,
"Well get use to it," Mei said.
"Yes, I will," Hinata said as she's finally out and seeing the world instead of being stuck behind the wall around the village.
"I hope you'll be able to help with the work that needs to be done," Mei said wondering why Peyj agreed to hiring someone from one of the independent villages on the planet.
"I learn how to repair and maintain machines on my own and what, I can get a hold of to learn," Hinata said.
"Really?" Mei ask.
"I repaired this S.A.C. myself," Hinata said patting her S.A.C. that's on her belt.
"Alright then," Mei said as she figures that's why Peyj hired her as he needed someone besides him who knows how to repair machines.
Hinata spied the police building where Tsuande said Naruto work at. As she stared at it she wonders what he's up to and how he is. It's been so long since she last seen him and how much both of them have changed. She use to had a crush on him when she was younger but with all she has gone through as he has as well... At least they could be friends as she had always wanted to be, and here she didn't have her father or clan preventing it anymore. Yes she's free to do as she wants now as she would never return to the village. She will make a new start here while looking like she's trying to complete the mission given to her. And there's nothing the Leaf Village could do about it now she's in the G.C. controlled lands.

Author's Notes -
1 –Seeing how little in the show the transports have any weapon systems on them. I'm guessing it takes alot of cutting red tape just to have one installed. As many transports carrying kerium don't have much in defense.
2 - Spin is like meth and very harmful.
