Girl Power!

"To the left!"

Kakashi ducked and spun a kick to his left side. His sandal met a jaw of an enemy shinobi and a follow up kick sent him hurdling into another pair. He heard a roar behind him and glanced back to watch as Guy sent another three through the wall with an assortment of kicks.

"I'm at forty-six to your forty, Kakashi! It looks like I'll be winning th-"

With a flick of his wrist kunai penetrated the throats of a quartet of shinobi. The silver haired Jonin shot forward and shoved his palm into the nose of another shinobi and followed it up with a stream of fireballs at his three partners. After the show he turned towards his long time friend with his head cocked. "Did you say something?"

Guy began to burn with a youthful flame. "That was so hip of you, Kakashi!" he shouted. "If I cannot pass you then I will run-"

"To your right."

Guy quickly spun and crushed the cranium of his would be attacker. He grinned at his work.

Kakashi scanned the area and sighed. "Alright, we have section A, C, and D clear. The clans are located in B, G, and I so we should head to E and then F."

His partner nodded with a smile. "Leave it to you to come up with a youthful idea."

The cyclops sighed. "And I swear your youthful talk is aging me."

The two dashed to the next arena. The powerful men made it to the arena in a silent race. Kakashi was silently disgruntled that his colleague made it there first.

"I don't believe it…"

Kakashi caught up to Guy and looked at the scene. He whistled at the situation. A number of the invading shinobi lay on the ground, all dead.

"It looks like some form of weapon did this. Maybe a gun."

Kakashi nodded. He looked towards the stands for a hint to the culprit. Among the sleeping people he saw a person sitting, looking around at the scene with interest. He chose to rush to their side.

When he was a few meters away from the figure he quickly took in her features. The lady was looking at him with big black orbs that complimented her blue hair well. Her shirt consisted of a green shirt that didn't cover her midriff and some very small shorts. Her puffy hair was tied up with a ribbon.

Guy coughed behind the two which made Kakashi quickly regain himself. "Who are you?"

The girl tilted her head at the question. "Why I'm Launch. And you are?"

"Kakashi." He turned towards the dead shinobi. "Any idea what happened here?"

The woman shook her head. "Not at all. I was watching the fight when these feathers began to fall. One tickled my nose, and the next thing I knew I woke up here.

The Jonin eyed the girl with curiosity. 'Hmm… it doesn't seem she's lying. Maybe the genjutsu put her to sleep and she deactivated it subconsciously.'

Guy walked up to the two with a grin. "Hello, fine damsel. I am Might Guy, the Green Beast of Konoha!"

The girl giggled at his over the top introduction. "I'm Launch! And this is Kakashi!"

The man laughed once more and patted his friend on the back. "Yes he is! I am amazed at your resilient presence! You survived the battle with no scars!"

Launch looked at him in confusion. "I watched the fight, not participated in it."

Kakashi rubbed his temples at the comment. The girl was really dense it seemed. "Look, I'm going to need you too get away. It isn't safe here with enemy shinobi in the area."

Launch shook her head. "With two strong boys like you around I'm more afraid for the bad guys!"

A large bead of sweat rolled down the cyclops head, only growing larger as his companion laughed heartily. "As you should! Any enemy foolish enough to break into Konoha will meet my righteous fury!" He followed the statement with a show of taijutsu.

Kakashi groaned as the blue haired beauty began to clap with a laugh. A glance towards Guy's blushing face showed that the man was trying his best to impress the girl. 'You've got too be kidding me…'

The Hatake quickly turned as he heard a distant shuffle coming from the stairs connected to the arena. The man dashed in the direction, grimacing as he heard a vaguely familiar cry followed by a thump on the ground.

He neared the scene just in time to raise a kunai and slice the throats of a woman standing over a form that looked much like his best friend. The bandaged boy lay with a happy expression at his savior.

"Thank you, Kakashi Sensei!"

Kakashi nodded at Lee. It was then that he noticed the three other shinobi that lay unconscious in the area. "Had help?"

The boy shook his head with a smirk that mirrored Guy. "No! Me and my amazing crutches quickly dispatched the evil enemies!"

This caused the man to blink. He was aware that the boy's stamina and taijutsu were unmatched but this? This was unreal.

"Well, good job I guess." He tilted his head in the direction he was coming from. He could sense enemy shinobi entering the area, but they were much below his rival's level. "Your Sensei is that way, we can go th-"

"ACHOO!"

Kakashi and Lee both glanced at the sound. Seconds later and they heard a woman scream, followed by a rapid series of shouts from a woman and a seemingly terrified Guy.

"Is… is Sensei alright?" the genin asked with fear in his eyes. He could feel the killing intent radiating off of the woman.

"I… don't know…" Kakashi responded honestly. The way Guy was quivering, he must've been in danger.

Two seconds later and the youthful Might Guy was sprinting their way. Kakashi silently awed at the speed, more than certain that he couldn't dream to reach it. The man scooped up Lee bridal style without stopping. "Run Kakashi! It is not safe!"

"Wh-"

"RUN!"

The man was gone. Kakashi watched him run off, frozen to the spot. What just happened? He'd never seem Guy so afraid in his life!

The man froze as he heard a gun cock behind him. He slowly turned and was met with an oddly familiar woman. Her appearance resembled Launch, but she looked more… angry. Her eyes were narrowed and her mouth formed a strong frown. Her hair was also blonde. Maybe this was a sister of hers?

"Yo," he said with an eye smile and a wave. "I'm Kakashi. And you are?"

The woman glared. "Doesn't matter. Move to the side and I'll let you go, Skinny."

The man groaned. He should've listened to Guy. He gazed into her black eyes and frowned. Unfortunately for her, his sharingan began to spin.

The girl frowned even deeper. "What the hell is wrong with your eye? That shit is weird."

His eyes hardened. Whoever this was, they seemed to be immune to genjutsu. Things had just gotten even more interesting.

The man sighed as he walked to the side. He nodded in her way with another hidden smile. "As you were, milady."

The girl watched him for a few moments. She slowly walked past, keeping her gun pointed at him. When she reached the other side, she took off in a sprint.

The man stayed rooted to his spot. That was… odd, to say the least. No need to dwell on it, he was sure to see her again. He then thought of her bluenette familiar.

It was odd. The girls resembled each other closely in appearance; Hell, they even wore the same clothes. He decided to run and check on her whereabouts.

A few minutes and incapacitated shinobi later and he was in the arena. He gazed thoroughly and still couldn't spot the lady. That was odd.

He glanced to another arena and saw Hiashi putting a beating on a sound shinobi. A few yards away was Tsume clawing into another and Shibi standing still as his bugs devoured a trio.

This caused Kakashi to hide his eye once more. He couldn't get tired now, not when his elders were fighting. One thing that Minato drilled into his head was too keep his older shinobi from fighting, unless it was necessary. He knew that they were strong enough to defend themselves but it was more of a mantra to him now.

With a quick shunshin he was in the stands, striking down shinobi with and unnatural speed. All fighting stopped as this beast appeared and gave deadly blows with ease. After the quick and brutal dispatch of eleven shinobi the man stopped and stood with one hand in his pocket. The other was held in the tiger seal as he stared at the enemy shinobi.

The man's lone eye itself put fear in the shinobi. They all knew who he was from bingo books, but to see it in person was a whole different story. Many of the men were shaking in their boots.

"Boo."

With a howl the group dropped their weapons and ran. It was merely seven of them left. He then turned to the clan leaders.

"Yo."

Tsume smirked. "You like to play the late hero too, huh? You are just like your Sensei."

Shibi nodded. "We did not need your help, but are thankful for it as it is."

Kakashi eye smiled. "It is nothing. Was just in the way, is all."

Hiashi nodded. "Our side is clear. Yours?"

Kakashi nodded in return. "Yes. Should we head to the village?"

Tsume nodded. "I have to see how the pups are doin'. I smell that Kiba made it home, and Hana is fighting that way. I'm worried about the young."

"Then you all hurry back to your clans. I can handle the village." The man disappeared away the same as he came.

Naruto bit off more than he could chew. Although he was more than confident he could beat this guy, it was quickly changed when he realized the man's hidden potential.

He wasn't a specialist in any of the three main branches of jutsu. No, this guy had control over rocks. Not just pebbles, but rocks bigger than even he. He dodged to the side as a boulder came careening at him from the left.

With a shove that came from Jiraiya's seal training he cleared over a tree, landing on the opposite side. The long fight with this man was giving him a better understanding of his new found strength.

The tree was crushed as a jagged slab of earth tore into it. The young Uzumaki turned and faced his pursuer.

"Finally done running, eh?" the man asked with a smirk. "Good, I was getting bored. Was thinking about toppling that mountain with those ugly faces."

A low growl escaped his throat. He was not going to let this man destroy the Kage!

"Shadow clone jutsu!" In a serious of pops the boy was surrounded by his clones, which each began to sprint towards the enemy. His opponent clapped his hands together before slamming them into the ground.

"Doton: Mini fukusū no gōremu (earth style: mini multi golem jutsu)!"

To Naruto's surprise rocks of all sizes began to channel around the man. Some of the projectiles destroyed some clones as they gathered at his feet and began combining with clicks into rock creatures of all sizes that ranged from the size of a cat to the size of the genin. With low chattering the beasts, now twelve of them, all raised their clubbed hands at the remaining rush of clones and began shooting pebbles at a rapid pace. The area was filled with the sounds of projectiles whistling, the grunts of shouts coming from the hit clones and the pops as they were destroyed.

The real Naruto grunted. It was strange, almost as if he could feel the pain that his creations experienced before their demise. As the last of his clones were dispatched he jumped away into a nearby tree.

Much to his surprise the tree began to shake viciously. He glanced down and saw one of the larger golems punching his have with a large fist. The boy threw down an exploding tag that destroyed it, yet alerted the others to his spot. "After him!"

With a game plan in his head, the blonde began to shuck tags as quickly as he could. The forest was full of the sounds of destroyed rocks. Dust filled the air as the last of the constructs were destroyed.

An exhausted Naruto landed on the ground. He cautiously kept his eyes open to make sure that none of the creatures began to reassemble. When nothing happened he turned his gaze back onto the attacker. "Not so tough without your rocky friends are ya?"

The man flipped a hand in the air. "In case you didn't notice, I allowed you to do that. I could've destroyed you without a moments notice, but it is amusing watching you uppity genin get that feeling of accomplishment, just to rip it away from you." The scarred man held his palms in front of him and a whip appeared in them. The long weapon dangled to the ground, and when he cracked it the genin jumped. "Now you're in my world!"

Naruto barely had time to scream as he was assaulted. The weapon cracked on his shoulder and right side in seemingly the same moment. The boy burst into smoke a second later.

"You know, those clones can get real annoying," the smirking man yelled into the trees. He knew the boy was near, the only question was where? With a surge of chakra the whip grew to an extremely extended length. "If you don't come out, I'll just rip down this whole freakin' forest!"

With a mighty roar the man began twirling the weapon around him. It started looking similar to a Hyūga'a rotation, but it then surged in width. The nearest trees were shredded in a matter of seconds. The man stopped his spinning, but kept the weapon swinging beside him. "I can do this all day!"

An angered Naruto glared from his spot in a nearby bush. His right shoulder was actually hit. Quick thinking caused him to switch with his clone at the last second, but he swore that he could feel the side that the clone was hit in hurting as well.

It must've been his imagination he told himself. A new area of trees were destroyed and then another as the boy thought of a plan. There was nothing that he learned this last month, except getting stronger.

And then he remembered his very first lesson with Jiraiya.

The boy bit his thumb and went through the practiced seals. He surged as much chakra as he possibly could and shoved his hand into the ground. "Summoning Jutsu!"

In a flash, Naruto noticed that he was now looking over the trees. He was standing over the toad boss, Gamabunta.

The large creature raised his eyes to the boy atop his head. "Jiraiya's kid? The hell do you want?"

The blonde waved his hands in the air in exasperation. "It's a bad guy! Get him!"

The boss lowered his eyes to the lone ninja shivering at his presence. He lowered a webbed finger and flicked the man. The figure was sent screaming as he flew through trees and was indented into a nearby boulder. "That's it?"

Naruto whooped in joy. He himself defeated a Jonin! Oh boy, the stories he would tell!

With a grunt the toad turned around, gripping his sword. Naruto fell from the swift movement and landed face first on the beast. "What was that for?"

"Don't you see?"

Naruto raised his eyes and saw a beast that was just as large as the toad cackling in delight. He froze at the presence.

"W-what's that?"

The boss exhaled from his pipe. "That, my friend, is a problem. Hang on tight kid, the rides going to get bumpy."

Before Naruto could react he was miles high in the air. His shrieks were heard for miles as they traveled into the area of the monster.

When close enough so that the beast heard them the toad stopped. The monster turned his gaze towards them and glared with golden eyes into Naruto's. With the setting sun his eyes seemed to glow.

"Oh, some more toys eh? I haven't had toad in ages!"

The summon grunted. "Sorry pal but I guess that's going to continue to be a wait." With practiced speed the summon rushed forward and swung his weapon at the beast, but was surprised as his blade became stuck in the belly. He jumped away in time to avoid a swipe, leaving the sword where it was.

"Haha! Wasn't expecting that, huh?" The beast patted his belly. "This kid has some pretty cool benefits to say the least. I guess I have enough time to show you the perks."

The large toad jumped away once more as sand began to collect at his feet. With a quick water jutsu he turned it into useless mud as he landed in a slide, only to jump away once more when a ball of sand came his way.

Naruto looked in a daze. All of the movement was beginning to make his head spin. The continuos dodging was much quicker than he was used too.

"Hey kid." The boy groaned in response. "See that kid sleeping in his head? I'm going to get you close enough to knock him awake. If what I think is true, that should finish off this battle."

The boy groggily rose to his feet with a nod. The toad silently admired his bravery but didn't mention it, not wanting to boost his ego. "Get ready. I'm going full speed in 3…" The toad jumped over a duo of wind bullets. "2…" He threw jutsu of his own too meet the next wave as he stuck a foot in the ground, knocking up sand and trees alike. "One!"

Sasuke jumped to the right to avoid a giant fist from killing him. This game of hide and Giant Fireball was getting old and the monster wasn't slowing at all. It was going on for five minutes and he wasn't tired yet, thanks to Kakashi's training.

He sent another Fireball towards the creature and noted that it was a little smaller. He reached into his pocket and quickly gulped down a ration pill. He made a mental note that he had two left. He would only eat one more and save the other for the dobe.

Sasuke was sprinting from tree to tree, continuing the game of dodge and attack. The last attack had him clutching his ankle weakly. He couldn't get off of the tree fast enough courtesy of a weak branch and twisted his ankle pretty bad.

With a grunt he applied pressure and then continued running at a slower pace. Thinking on his feet he threw a few shuriken with wires into trees behind him. He grinned in satisfaction as the beast toppled forward, his legs being split from the speed it was traveling. With a grin he turned and faced the monster, gripping his wrist.

The creature growled in defiance as he sprinted towards it, hand glowing and screeching. It opened its palms and sent an array of sand projectiles at him with he dodged with difficulty.

His smirk turned into a grin as he closed in. The expression left his face however as the golem clenched his hands together and struck the ground, causing the earth to shatter and he to be sent in the air. He released the jutsu and threw a kunai into the tree behind him, swinging along the thread. He saw the beast raise once more, his hands stretched out towards him. It was then that he noticed that the blast wasn't meant for him.

It was for the tree he was attached too.

With a grunt he let go of the wire and landed roughly in a bush. He rolled back to his feet once more. His eyes were beginning to hurt, a side effect of overuse. He disengaged them for a moment too rest.

A quick glance proved to him that the beast was knocking down trees looking for him. With ease he sprinted as quickly and silently as his aching limb would allow.

Once clear of the beast the boy took a rest in a nearby oak tree. He heaved in as much air as he could to prepare for his next move.

"Narutoooooo! Goooookuuuuu!"

The boy flinched at the shout. What the heck was going on? He had finally found a spot to rest and now that was ruined. This was proven true as the earth began to rattle from the golems approaching stomps.

"Nar-"

"Quiet!" Sasuke shouted as he sprinted towards the girl. With only a glance quick enough to know she had black hair he gripped her wrist and dragged her along.

"H-hey! Who are you? I'm a princess you know!"

Sasuke grunted. "In a second you're going to be a pancake if you don't shut your mouth! There is a monster following us!"

The girl stomped both feet into the ground, dragging up the earth as she pulled to a stop. Sasuke turned to glare at her and was met with one just as intense.

It was then that he noticed her clothing. The girl wore s blue bikini with pink gloves, boots, and a helmet with a rather large blade upon it. He ignored the beauty for the moment as he continued to glare. "What do you think you're doing?"

"My friends are in their! I'm going to save them!"

Sasuke growled. He noticed that the creature was too close. He either had to run now or fight with the girl. "Fine. Any ideas?"

She smirked. "I've been training with Papa, I'm ready!"

The two jumped apart as a trunk crashed into their position. Sasuke threw shuriken while she sent her blade forward, which each ricocheted away, the blade returning to her helmet. The monster roared and Sasuke noticed that it grew.

"Buy me time!" he yelled as he dashed away. The girl jumped in the way of the trailing beast and crossed her fingers.

"Akuma! Kyodai Jutsu (Demon art: Giant Jutsu)!" Sasuke's eyes widened as the girl grew to a size that matched the creature. She gripped hands with it and they both began to push for dominance.

Sasuke took this time to gather up a chidori.

The girl lost the test of strength when a head butt hit her in the helmet. At her lapse of focus the creature sent a kick to her stomach that sent her sliding a few yards. The girl quickly jumped back with a kick that connected and caused the rocky construct to falter in its step.

The beast was zapped with a ray from the helmet the caused half of its face to fall off. Not to be bested it struck full force with a back hand which caused her too topple to the ground, reverting to her normal form. With a roar the golem raised its fist to finish the fight.

"Chidori!"

Before it could react, Sasuke struck the monster in the back with his attack. A loud screech escaped its mouth as the electricity flowed throughout. Sasuke retracted his hand and the creature fell into a mountain of rock and dust.

The Uchiha quickly knelt beside the weak girl and shoved a ration pill in her mouth. She stirred awake and smiled at him. "We did it!" she screeched as he was pulled into a hug.

The boy flinched as he was squeezed, too shocked to pull away. The girl let go and began blushing. "I'm Chichi! And you?"

The boy looked away to hide his own blush. "Sasuke."

The girl smiled once more. "Ok, Sasuke! We have to go and save my friends now!"

The boy nodded. Although he hated to admit it, he was interested in how his teammate was doing in his fight.

The Uchiha ran in the direction the boy's were, but halted as he heard a thump behind him. He turned and was greeted with a face that he was secretly happy to see. He was angry at the body that lay at the boy's feet however.

"What are you doing here Neji?"

The Hyūga gave a rare smirk at the boy. He lowered himself into his clans traditional stance. "Shouldn't it be obvious? I'm here to prove once and for all who the real prodigy is."

Sasuke returned the smirk as he moved into the stance that he saw Naruto use in their battle. His eyes spun to life as the two Kekkei Genkai stared into each other. With a silent signal they sprinted towards one another.
