Sophia couldn't stop thinking about what had happened between her and Sebastian. Although bizarre it was very enjoyable. The fact still remained that she couldn't let anyone know. She had limited time to redress to serve breakfast so she had to hurry. Sebastian was no doubt waking the master and his guests. Once ready, Sophia heads to the kitchen with a new tension in her body. Damian from the manufacturing company had stayed over and Sophia had seen him at a party that she wasn't supposed to be attending. Sophia wipes her hands across the front of her dress to smooth out any wrinkles. Mey-Rin is already there and setting the table. She gives Sophia a dirty glare but doesn't stop to say anything. Sophia rolls her eyes; she had much more important things on her mind today. Hopefully Damian along with all other guests' was leaving today.

"Are you alright?" asks Baldroy

"What?" asks Sophia.

"You look like you've been up all night." Says Finnian.

Sophia laughs it off.

"Why would I have been up all night?"

"The wind was especially loud last night I know I was restless." Says Baldroy

"Yeah I never heard wind like that before." Adds Finnian

"I heard it too." Says Mey-Rin

She comes into the kitchen behind Sophia.

Sophia does her best to ignore the group.

"Did you set the places already?" asks Sophia

"Yes I did Ms. Lazy. If you hadn't been late you could have helped." Says Mey-Rin.

"I wasn't late." Says Sophia.

"Didn't you just get here? You're a whole five minutes late."

"It's no big deal geez Mey-Rin." Says Baldroy

Mey-Rin calms down a bit.

"No Baldroy. Mey-Rin obviously has a problem with me and it's been a long time coming." Says Sophia

"What do you mean a long time coming?" asks Mey-Rin.

"You don't like me I get that. I don't really care all I want to do is get my job done."

"As do I." says Sebastian from the entrance behind Mey-Rin.

Everyone looks at Sebastian stunned.

"There is no time to spare standing around." He says.

"I agree." Says Mey-Rin

Sophia has to hold back her response to Mey-Rin.

"Mey-Rin, ready the meal with Baldroy. Sophia please change the linen's in the bedrooms."

"Yes Sebastian." Says Sophia

Sebastian was back to his normal self, checking his watch for the time, and acting as if nothing had happened. Sophia could keep a secret she was good at this. She leaves feeling a little relieved that she didn't have to work next to Sebastian after last night. At first she wanted to be close to him and know all of his thoughts and feelings, now she wasn't so sure she could handle it. Sebastian was nothing like any man that she had ever met literally.

Sophia goes to the room Alois occupied to clean. Claude is already there putting fresh sheets on the bed.

"Wow. Okay." Says Sophia.

"Since me and my master where guests here I decided that this needed to be done." Says Claude.

"You didn't have to I was coming to take care of it." Says Sophia.

"Don't bother." Says Claude

Sophia rushes over anyway to assist Claude with tucking in the sheets.

"Where are the dirty ones? I mean the ones from last night?" asks Sophia.

"My master didn't soil them if that's what you're wondering." Says Claude.

"No. I apologize that isn't what I was trying to say. I must have forgotten my manners." Says Sophia.

"Right." Says Claude

"Is there anything more that I can do for Master Trancy?" asks Sophia.

"It's quite alright I believe I have everything covered." Says Claude.

He still hadn't told Sophia where he placed the sheets from last night but she figures it better not to pry. Even Claude was a head butler so his status was higher than hers so she had no right to question him or his actions.

"Okay then I will move on to the next room." Says Sophia.

Claude doesn't reply but he watches Sophia walk away. After Sophia leaves Claude's tongue sprouts out and he licks the bridge of his nose. Sophia could feel Claude's eyes on her as she walked away. Something was weird about him but she couldn't put her finger on it. Sophia goes on to Damian's room he is just coming out into the hallway.

"Have you come to clean?"

"Yes sir."

"I could get use to a beautiful woman cleaning after me." He says

"I'm no one special." Says Sophia.

"According to whom?"

Damian takes Sophia's hand in his and looks her in the eye.

"You look familiar. Have we been acquainted?"

"No." says Sophia nervously.

"Hmmm. I think I'd remember such beauty."

Damian looks at Sophia from head to toe with lust in his eyes. Sophia tries to pull away but he holds her hand tightly now.

"What is your hurry? Surely you can make time to have a conversation and perhaps…."

"Miss I think you forgot to tidy Master Trancy's room." Says Claude.

Damian stops in the middle of his sentence with his mouth open.

"Yes right away."

Sophia pulls away and goes around Claude and into the Master's guest bedroom.

Her heart was hammering against her chest. She had seen Damian before he was at a party and she had attended under a false name to get the chance to see what it was like to live in the shoes of the upper-class. Sophia can remember it like it was yesterday. Ms. Wiser had gotten sick and couldn't attend. Sophia's job was to pass the invitation along to Ms. Wiser's cousin but instead she kept it for herself. Ms. Wiser had plenty of expensive gowns that she once wore when she was young and healthy. Sophia knew she kept them in the back bedroom and wouldn't miss one if it happened to disappear. Besides that old bitch treated her like dirt why couldn't she get something for her trouble? So she stole a gown after putting Ms. Wiser to bed and snuck out to have the night of her life. No one else knew so who could tell on her? She just didn't expect to run into Damian again. He was all over that night at the party too. How in the hell did he not recognize her? She wasn't dressed half as fancy now though. That night she had stolen well borrowed a broach and diamond bracelet to wear with her dress. She danced, drank and slipped out of the back door to head home before midnight. She had such an incredible time. She was treated so much differently by everyone when they thought that she was one of them.
