Jeremie's POV

Unlocking gates and firing some arrows was something Jeremie could handle. But looking brave and confident in the face of all these spectres..well, good thing Aelita was not looking back at him.

Jeremie mentally cursed at XANA each arrow he had to fire. He had an unlimited supply of them, but firing them made Aelita more confident in him. He would hate to disappoint her if he were to fail. It was all XANA's fault that he was trapped away like this. But why put him there? This seems to be a normal XANA attack, noting too special really.

Ulrich and Odd forced the security guards back as they found the locking mechanism. Odd smiled as he turned to Jeremie.

"Care for another go?" Odd said, pointing to the box. Jeremie nodded and pressed the button on the side of his glasses. Lines of codes in red appeared around the box. Jeremie's glowing blue hand soon re-wrote them to break XANA's lock on it. The gates opened as the crowd cheered. The guards began to help people out. Yumi grabbed the others as she spotted a waiting cab. She quickly talked to the guy as the others huddled around Jeremie.

"So, to the lab and to Lyoko. Good luck in getting there Jeremie. Worse come to shove, Aelita can run the controls. We will find and free you Einstein, count on it." Ulrich said as Yumi came back.

"He was waiting for someone else, but since he did not want an arrow in his tire..he going to take us to the factory. It's going to cost us all that money you had saved Jeremie." Yumi said with a small sigh. Jeremie waved it off.

"Knowing you guys get their alright is worth it. The money was saved for emergencies anyways." Jeremie said with a small smile. Aelita waited no time to pull him into a hug. It was the first time that Jeremie wished he wasn't in spectre form. He so wanted to feel her warm hug to remind himself why he was fighting.

"Stay strong...for me." Aelita said before Yumi pulled her away. Jeremie stood there and watched the cab pull away with his friends in a deep breath, he turned and looked around. He spotted a nearby outlet for the gardeners of the mall and ran to it.

"To think I may be able to travel this way..." He mumbled as he scratched his head. Jeremie pressed the button on the side of his glasses for help. Lines of codes flared to life, showing Jeremie a ton of information. His eyes swam around until he spotted a line of red. Zooming in, he saw the codes of sending spectres around. Jeremie grinned as his blue glowing hand inputted himself into the codes.

Jeremie looked down as his body began to squeeze into the outlet. He kept his mouth shut as he found himself as a single bolt of electricity, surfing the network of cables. He zoomed from hub to hub, transformer to transformer, even one grid to the next.

Jeremie knew he was close when he stumbled onto an area he was unable to access. He could see XANA's sign blocking him out. He rammed hard against the barrier until it let him pass. Jeremie could swear he could hear XANA's cries of pain in the distance as he kept going.

Soon, he began to re-form in the familiar lab. His head kept spinning as he leaned against the chair. He blinked his eyes as the sound of the alarm was ringing around him. He stumbled around a bit as he heard the elevator doors open up.

"Ah, that cabbie must of gone fast...you guys-" Jeremie started to say, but his words cut off as he looked to who was there.

"I been waiting for this chance Belpois." A dark voice came to Jeremie. A massive blade pointed at him from a familiar face.

William. William in the lab, possessed and in his Lyoko form.

Before Jeremie could say anything, William grabbed him and threw him into the elevator. He soon joined him and brought them to the top floor.

"Run...if you dare. I shall kill them when they get here." William darkly said, grin stretching across his face. The XANA symbol on his head pulsated quicker as Jeremie looked. The second the doors opened up, Jeremie ran for some cover. He ducked behind some boxes as the sound of metal being dragged echoed around him.

"You always wanted a chance to fight me, didn't you? A chance to be like your friends and fight instead of coding...Here your chance to be the hero! Or be the loser that could not help his friends live!" William called out, looking around for Jeremie.

So that's it. XANA wanted to keep me out of William's way of attacking the others. He knew I would of found a way to give the others their Lyoko powers to fight him. It was all for this... Jeremie thought to himself as he notched an arrow. He jumped out and took aim of William.

"I won't let you hurt my friends!" Jeremie yelled, sending the arrow straight at William.
