Koga turned her head, eyes wide, a gasped "No!" escaped her lips. Amor thrust his hand toward her, placing his palm against her abdomen.
Eden gasped and tried to remove the gravity spell on him as he called: "Koga!"
Koga flinched as her body tingled—she could feel the wave of Dark Cosmo as it touched her skin. Her ears rushed and blood pumped, her Cosmo reacted but not in a way that Koga expected. A part of her felt strange, it felt rightcorrectwholecompleterepairedenhanced wrong.
Koga groaned at the unexpected Cosmo, feeling it as it began to fester inside her.
"Awaken, Abzu-sama!" Amor called, grinning.

Koga whimpered at the Sark Cosmo and sudden it exploded, throwing her back. She hit the ground with a grunt.
Eden managed to raise his head when Koga climbed to her knees as Amor laughed. "Now my sister's dream... no, our dream, has come true. Now then. Awaken, Abzu-sama!"
Koga stumbled to her feet, a hand against her stomach, where Amor had shoved the Dark Cosmo into her. There was a familiar spot growing on her much like Medea and Amor but it wasn't the only thing—she could feel it. Feel as it clashed against her light Cosmo.
"W-what…?" Koga quivered, her hands shaking as the dark Cosmo continued to grow.
Amor's lips parted in shock at seeing Koga had been unaffected by the Dark Cosmo. Whatever he had planned had failed. Eden's eyes were drawn to the mark that continued to grow up her breast plate.
Koga felt something strange, something that wasn't the Dark Cosmo stir. Strangely, it didn't frighten her as much as she thinks it should.
"Why? Why didn't it work?" Amor murmured in shock.
Suddenly the marking dissolved, vanished from Koga's body and she felt her Light Cosmo settled but now it felt odd. Almost like her Light had absorbed the Dark, been tainted by it.
"Putting that inside you should have finished this!"
Koga glared up at Amor. "Guess your plan failed."
Amor's brows creased slightly in panic? Anger? Koga wasn't sure but it was most probably one of them.
"I don't know what you intended, but I'm just fine!" Koga raised her fist. Maybe. She felt mostly fine at least—whatever happened to her Cosmo made her feel warm, powerful. Enhanced.
Amor shifted his body. "I shall accept that. True, this was not a part of the plan. However, the result will not change one bit!" Amor glared before raising his Cosmo.
"Bloody Balletto!" Amor attacked Koga, she swiftly jumped out of the way as the attack hit the place she had once stood. Another attack suddenly banished the smoke and Koga deflected it with her arm as if it was nothing.
"M-My attack was..." Amor stared in disbelieve.
Koga stared at the hand she had used to deflect his attack, she felt her Cosmo at a shocking level. "My power is overflowing..." She raised her Cosmo, her form glowing with a tainted white. "My power, my Cosmo, is far greater now." She stared at her hand in confusion as her suspicion was confirmed.
"That is the power of darkness." Koga closed her fist and her head snapped up to Amor as he continued. "It's all too late now. Don't tell me you've forgotten. You chose and accepted the darkness. Someday, that darkness will overcome you. That hasn't changed at all."
Koga stood tall, rising her Cosmo and she responded, "No matter what you say, I am a Saint of Light! And I will defeat you with my Light Cosmos!"
"Pegasus Ryu Sei Ken!"
Koga attacked, Amor in turn blocked it with his arms. 'Answer me, Sister. What... what is happening? Why does she not fall into darkness? Answer me, Sister!' There was an explosion and Amor flew out the top, floating in the air.
"Resound, Requiem of Darkness! Gravity Concerto!"
Glowing blue rings appeared around Koga's wrists and two crossed over her chest, forcing her still, unable to move as Amor readied for another attack. A groan of pain tore from Koga's throat.
"That should hold her for a while." But Amor was proven wrong as Koga crossed her arms the best she could, raising her Cosmo higher. It overpowered the rings wrapped around her, there was an explosion of pink and blue mist.
Amor stood up straight, a gasp leaving his lips, eyes bulging in complete disbelief. "I'm losing faith in myself... I never thought you'd break my techniques so easily." Amor hummed, amused by what he had witnessed, but it was just a façade. 'Answer me sister... I know you can hear me, sister!'
Koga stared down at her hands again as she continued to glow. "I can feel the infinite power... is this because of the Dark Cosmos he put inside me?" She mumbled, closings her fists and eyes, she bowed her head. "But I swore not to give into darkness. I will defeat your plans with the power of light!"
'Sister... why., Amor stilled in realisation. "I-It can't be... My sister would abandon me, as well?"
"Pegasus Sui Sei Ken!" Koga sent a powerful light attack towards Amor, while he stared wide eye; shock on his face at the realization that had overcome him.
"Has she been using me as a tool, too?" Amor was then engulfed in the light of Koga's attack.
But Amor was hardly scratched, leaping out of the way last moment. "You tricked me... so even your brother is no more than a pawn to you?"
Amor looked up, his face morphing into an ugly rage. "I admit, I didn't see it coming!"
Koga tsk-ed, confused about what he was talking about.
"Fine... then I've a plan of my own. I don't care what my sister desires! I'll kill all of you, and I'll rule this world!" Eden finally managed to climb to his feet, breaking the rings that had held him down.
Koga glance at him. "Eden..."
"I'm sorry." Koga blinked.
They were startled by Amor's sudden rise in Cosmo, he flew at them and the Saints held their arms up in defence. Amor attacked Eden first, sending the Orion Saint flying.
"I'll kill you and my sister!" Amor screamed as Eden's form hit the wall. Amor turned towards Koga. "And then you, too!" Koga glared at him, biting back the urge to rush after Eden.

As Yuna, Souma, Ryuho and Haruto landed on Mar's surface. They immediately witnessed an explosion in the distance.
"That's exploding Cosmo?" Ryuho asked.
"Let's hurry!" Yuna rushed out, having a small glance at Ryuho and the others nodded.

Amor ran rushed at Koga as she did him.
"If you're dead..." Amor yelled.
"If I can defeat you..." Koga gritted her teeth and they clashed. Light and Dark Cosmo flaring all around them and exploded, sending the two flying apart.
The mist and dust cleared and Koga caught sight of a large tree. A gasp escaped Koga's lips as she saw the figure merging with it. It was her mother, Athena.
"Mum!" Her voice was a whisper, unable to move her eyes away. Koga fought the urge to cry at the sight, she was frozen to the spot.
"Mum..." At the sight before her, Koga was cruelly reminded of what had happened when Mars had appeared at their home.
"Koga." Athena smiled even as she was engulfed by Mars' Dark Cosmos.
Finally tears weld up in Koga's eyes; her fist's loosened into nothing. Taking a step forward, she stumbled over her words. "Mum. It's me... It's Koga. I'm... I'm coming for you. I'm coming for you!" The second time her voice was louder, firmer, and she began to run.
She scrambled up the hill until she reached the top. The closer she got, the more her Cosmo reacted in a subtle way. She didn't understand—she didn't understand what was happening to her.
Koga reached her hand out to place it on Saori's cheek when something inside her seemed to snap in half. She pulled her hand back and gripped her hair tightly, body quivering as she stumbled backwards.
"Mum… I don't understand what's happening to me." She whispered, body nearly convulsing as her insides bubbled. She'd felt it before. She felt it back in the House of Pisces and again a mere ten minutes ago.
She felt as this... this power—this Dark Cosmos began to build up under her skin until she just couldn't… couldn't keep a hold of it, despite her rapid attempts at tugging and tugging at it not too.
She cried as finally, the build up of Dark Cosmos exploded from her, overtaking her light.
Amor stared. "Th-this... this explosion of incredible Dark Cosmo..."
"Mum..." Koga reached out again, but stepped back instead. She can't let herself get any closer, she knew what Dark Cosmos could do.
She glanced at her hands and torso, watching as the dark patches returned and stained her white armour.
Koga fell to her knees. "This can't be happening!" She rested her forehead against the dirt, clenching at her chest as her heart beat painfully. "My heart... my heart is being crushed..." She gasped out in pain, back arching.
She squeezed her eyes closed. "Damn it!" she muttered, "I... I am Koga! Athena gave me her light." Koga held her head up again, she could feel the colour leeching from her skin leaving a grey tone and her eyes burned with tears. "I am Pegasus Koga!"
She pushed herself up but her foot slipped and the remaining hold she had snapped as her mind was engulfed in the darkness.
"Koga!" Yuna cried as she and the four arrived in time to watch another burst of Dark Cosmo exploded from Koga's form. They gasped.
As the Dark Cosmos receded it revealed a standing Koga. She stood tall, head tilted skyward as the remaining Dark Cosmos uncurled, forming into the shape of wings.
They all noticed the grey skin, the red hair all combed back to reveal the entirety of her face. She lowered her head to displaying pricing ruby red eyes.
Amor gasped, staring in fear. "This... this is the God of Darkness, Abzu!"
"Abzu?" Yuna repeated to her friends. Abzu shifted before zooming towards Amor and punched him in the torso, Dark Cosmos shot out the other side of him as he gasped for air.
The Golden armour cracked and Amor was thrown vilently backward into a rock, blood slid from his mouth and nose. "A-Am I really going to die... just like this?" Amor slid down from the rock and fell to the ground. Dead.
Haruto spoke in shock. "She killed Amor in one strike?"
"Is that really Koga?" Souma asked in disbelief.
"Abzu... that's what Amor called her." Ryuho correct.
Abzu titled her head, the Dark Cosmos acting like its own entity as it curled around her and brushing against the dark red hair.
"What a terrible, vast Cosmo. I feel a darkness even greater then Mars'." Haruto murmured, feeling uneasy.
The Dark Cosmos disappeared from sight, but was still plainly felt by the four. Abzu finally moved again, turning to face the tree where Athena was being held. The four gasped when they saw who was up there.
"Is that... Is that Athena?" Yuna asked in shock.
"That's—that's Athena?" Souma choked.
Abzu took a step forward.
"Koga?" Yuna called, voice shakily as realisation began to set in.
It clicked for them a moment later that Abzu was staring at Athena with a wicked look in her eye.
"No!" Haruto ordered. "Protect Athena!"
The four rushed toward Abzu.
"Koga-chan!"
"Wake up, Koga!"
Abzu ignored them and continued walking.
"This Cosmo..." Haruto started. "She's the God of Darkness, Abzu, now?"
Souma sped up, levelling with Haruto and sent him a look, saying. "I refuse to accept that. Don't let her attack Athena! Otherwise, she won't be able to return to the old Koga!"
Abzu seemed to glide along with an impossible amount of grace, her shoulders movements defined and her chin held high.
Ryuho spoke this time. "We'll protect Athena and save Koga-chan from this darkness!"
"Koga!" Yuna called again.
Souma jumped into the air and went to attack Abzu. "Koga!"
Ryuho followed his lead. "Koga-chan, Stop!"
Abzu looked to the corner of her eye to see the two Bronzes Saints coming towards her. Suddenly Souma and Ryuho were thrown back by a strong gust of wind and Abzu hadn't even moved a muscle.
"What did she do?" Yuna cried as she watched the two hit the floor, "I didn't see a thing!"
Haruto's reply was simple. "Don't try and fight her up close! Just try and keep Koga away from Athena!"
"Right!" Yuna nodded and Haruto jumped into the air to attack while Yuna stood where she was.
Abzu gave a small wave of her hand and the attack vanished, the familiar gust of wind hit Haruto and sent him flying too.
Abzu stared at them for a few moments with an apathetic expression before turning back towards Athena and the tree, continuing her walking.
"Hmm, ironic, is it not, Athena? Back then, you did a good deed, saving this child of darkness and here is the result. The child you saved is about to kill you." Medea mocked. "In the end, those that dwell in the darkness never leave it. Your kindness was the cause of this." she chuckled again, as she watched 'Koga' slowly making her way towards the Goddess
Abzu stopped as a hand landed on her shoulder plate. "Koga, wake up! Say something!" Souma cried. "Koga!"
Abzu spun around and grabbed Souma's wrist before he had a chance to move it, Abzu raise her Cosmo as her grip tightened. She raised her arm straight up and Souma was lifted, blasted with Sark Cosmo before she threw him.
"Souma!" The other three called out to him in shock and horror. Abzu stood up straight again and turned towards the tree.
Ryuho took the chance to run towards her.
"No, Koga-chan!" His arms wrapped around her waist making Abzu stop again. "Don't do it!"
Abzu seemed to fault slightly, Ryuho noticing it. Abzu growled and eased Koga's consciousness back to sleep, their host wasn't going to get in their way of getting rid of Athena. Abzu glance over her shoulder and down at the boy in anger.
Her red eyes lit up, releasing a high amount of Dark Cosmo onto Ryuho, in which he screamed and fell to the ground, body seizing unable to take it. Abzu, deciding to deal with the rest before they bothered them again, turned to face them with a small smirk on her lips as she looked towards Yuna and Haruto. She zoomed toward them, hitting Haruto first then kicked Yuna out of the way. Abzu stared after Yuna for a few moments, before she started walking again.
Souma gasped out from his position. "Don't..."
Haruto looked toward Koga. "K-Koga... what are you doing?"
"No..."
"Koga!"
Abzu stopped abruptly as an attack hit the ground before her, causing red dust to fly into the air. Abzu's gaze moved upwards towards the attacker with a tilt of her head.
As the smoke cleared, Yuna cried out the name of her person: "Eden!"
