Summary: this is a rewrite of Dino Thunder it starts just after the teens go home after finding the Gems.

Chapter 38
The other Dino Rangers heard Kira and turned to look and saw Dr. O was awake.
"Guys where am I and why aren't you out fighting that monster and where is Justin and Selena?" asked Tommy.
"We'll answer the questions in a minute Dr. O but first Ethan call Hayley let her know Tommy's back" said Kira.
Ethan left the room while Kira started to answer Tommy's questions.
"Ok to answer your first question you are in a hospital, do you remember the experiment you done on yourself?"
"Yes to make myself fully visible again" said Tommy.
"That's right well there was a side effect and the machine exploded causing you to lose consciousness and you ended up in Coma" said Kira.
"Oh" said Tommy.
Ethan came back in and said "Hayley's on her way and she called the others"
"Why were you 5 here and not out fighting that monster?" asked Tommy.
"The Terrorsaurus absorbed the Dino Gems Energy we can't morph" said Kira before adding, "We went out their without our powers and got destroyed the only reason we got out alive was because of Storm Blaster and Lightning Cruiser their laser blasts seemed to hurt the Terrorsaurus"
"So Justin is fighting it alone?"
"No his Turbo Powers failed when he tried to Morph so he left with Kylee, Cassidy, Devin and Adam to reenergize the Turbo Powers in Angel Grove then Selena disappeared and Lightning Cruiser drove off, I guess it went to Angel Grove but we don't know what happened to Selena"
"Is the Terrorsaurus still out there?"
"Yeah Jason, Billy, Kim and Ashley went to fight it"
Just then the door opened and in came Dana.
"Tommy it is so good to see you are awake" said Dana.
"Trust me it feels good as well after what I went through" responded Tommy.
"What do you mean Dr. O?" asked Kira.
"I went through tests where I had to pass to advance and in the end they gave me 3 black stones" said Tommy as he felt in his pocket but there was nothing there.
"Hey Dr. O when did you get your Dino Gem Back?" asked Conner as he saw the bracelet on Tommy's arm.
"I don't remember it must have happened during the challenges I faced to get back here, anyway how are the others doing in their fight with the Terrorsaurus?"
"They were in trouble until the Pink and Blue Zeo Rangers arrived to help, but then they all got took down" said Dana.
"Rocky and Kat are their?" he asked.
"Yeah they came out of a green portal" said Dana.
"Dana please get me the discharge papers I need to get their ASAP"
"Ok Tommy" said Dana as she left to go and get the discharge papers.
"Meanwhile guys get ready we'll be heading out to the fight as soon as I sign the paper work"
"Uhm Dr. O do you think that's a good idea since this thing can take out the power of the Dino Gems?" asked Kira.
"No I don't think I know listen to me we need to get there before the Turbo Rangers get back"
"But why?" asked Conner.
"Rocky and Kat" said Tommy.
"Oh I get it we'd better hurry over their because they will probably be on their way back to the fight" said Kira as she realised what Tommy was talking about.
The Door opened and in came Dana and Hayley followed her in after just arriving at the hospital.
Tommy explained to everyone why he wanted to head out to the fight and after everyone agreed that his reasoning was right they left the hospital. Tommy was driving his jeep and the other Dino Rangers were listening as he told them that once they reached the fight they were to see if the 6 downed Rangers were ok and after they nodded in understanding Tommy activated his Zeoniser.
"It's Morphing Time Zeo Ranger 5 Red" called Tommy.

Meanwhile at the Terrorsaurus fight the smoke was clearing from the laser blasts that took down the Terrorsaurus and their sitting in the middle of the road was Lightning Cruiser and Storm Blaster, and in front of them stood Justin, Kylee, Selena, Devin and Cassidy.
The 6 de-morphed Rangers looked at Justin wondering what he was going to do.
"You 5 have no power and I will destroy you" said the Terrorsaurus.
Justin nodded to Devin who understood the silent message and the 5 of them pulled out their Turbo Keys.
"SHIFT INTO TURBO" the 5 of them called out together.
"MOUNTAIN BLASTER TURBO POWER" called Justin.
"DESERT THUNDER TURBO POWER" called Selena.
"DUNE STAR TURBO POWER" called Kylee.
"WIND CHASER TURBO POWER" called Cassidy.
"RED LIGHTNING TURBO POWER" called Devin.
Then where the 5 of them stood now stood the Turbo Power Rangers.
"Auto Blasters everyone" said Justin as they all brought out the Auto Blasters and fired at the Terrorsaurus who flew backwards and hit the ground hard.
"How I am unbeatable" growled the Terrorsaurus.
"Not anymore we have found your weakness and will now take you out" said Justin.
"TURBO RAM CANNON" called the 5 Turbo Rangers.
"What is that toy supposed to do?" asked the Terrorsaurus.
"You're about to find out" said Cassidy.
"Ready, Aim, Fire" the Five Turbo Rangers called together and they fire the combined power of the weapons at the Terrorsaurus blowing it up.

"No somebody fire the Hydro Regenerator" growled Mesogog.
"Right Away Boss" said Louie Kaboom as he activated the machine causing the monster to grow before it could give the taken power back to the Dino Rangers.

"We need the Rescue Zords" called Justin to Devin since he would have to activate them.
"Right we need Rescue Zord power now" called Devin.
"Lightning Fire Tamer" called Devin.
"Wind Rescue" called Cassidy.
"Thunder Loader" called Selena.
"Siren Blaster" Called Justin.
"Star Racer" called Kylee.
"Initiate Rescue Megazord formation" called Devin as the 5 Zords became the Rescue Megazord.

In Mesogog's fortress he was watching and could see that the Terrorsaurus was going to be destroyed.
"Louie get in there and help the Terrorsaurus defeat those Turbo Rangers and take the Tyrannodrones with you to deal with the 6 other powerless Rangers" said Mesogog.
"Right away your Evilness" said Louie as he and the Tyrannodrones went through an Invisiportal that lead him straight to the fight.
The minute he landed the Hydro Regenerator activated and made Louie Kaboom grow as well.

The 5 Turbo Rangers watched as Louie grew until he was standing beside the Terrorsaurus.
"What now Justin?" asked Devin.
"We are going to have to take care of both of them as fast as we can" said Justin.
The Rescue Megazord began fighting off both Louie and the Terrorsaurus but was soon in trouble as the two monsters got the upper hand and the Rescue Megazord hit the ground hard.
"We need another plan any ideas anyone?" asked Devin.
"Justin what about the Dragonzord could we call it without the Dino Thunder Powers being active?" asked Selena.
"That might just work since it was originally part of another team" replied Justin.
"Well try it and see if you can even get the Dagger" said Kylee.
"Right I call up on the power of the Dragon Dagger" called Justin.
The other four Turbo Rangers watched as seconds later there was a shimmer in the air and the Dragon Dagger appeared Justin played the tune and activated the Dragonzord who made its way to the battle field and while it distracted the Terrorsaurus and Louie Kaboom the Rescue Megazord got back to its feet.

The remaining Dino Thunder Rangers had reached where the Tyrannodrones were attacking Rocky, Kat, Jason, Kim, Billy and Ashley, and joined in evening the numbers a bit. Kira found a space away from the Tyrannodrones after she had just defeated the 4 that had attacked her when she turned and called Justin on her Dino Bracelet.
"Hey J do you want me to get behind the Controls of the Dragonzord?" asked Kira.
"Good idea Kira I'm sending you the Dagger so you can enter the Zord" said Justin.
The Dagger appeared in Kira's hand and she jumped into the Dragonzord and knocked Louie Kaboom away from the Rescue Megazord.
Kira was ready for Louie Kaboom to attack in revenge but as Louie came towards her a Red flash flew by her and took out Louie Kaboom.
"What in the world was that?" asked Cassidy.
The Red Flash lands and revealed the Red Zeo Battlezord.
"It's Tommy showing off" said Justin, as the Red Zeo Battlezord fought Louie which freed the Dragonzord to help the Rescue Megazord to deal with the Terrorsaurus.
"Artillery Power Now" called all 5 Rangers as is twin cannons appeared.
"Finger missiles lock on and fire at the same time as the Rescue Megazord" said Kira
"Artillery power lock on and fire" they called as the Artillery Cannons and the Dragonzord's Missile Fingers fired at the Terrorsaurus and destroyed it.
Seconds later Louie Kaboom flew backwards and exploded after the Red Zeo Battlezord had repeatedly fired laser blasts at it and was over the two monsters had been destroyed and the stolen Dino Gem energy returned to its rightful Rangers.
Inside the Rescue Megazord Justin and Selena could feel their Dino Thunder powers reactivating and with a flash they sat in the Rescue Megazord wearing their Dino Thunder Suits.

Meanwhile in his fortress Mesogog was angry that he had not only Lost Elsa and Zeltrax but now Louie Kaboom was gone Maligore was still out searching for his targets that he had sworn would take out the Rangers, Mesogog walked to the Workshop to see if the Zeo Zords were still their but as he thought they had taken them with them but what was left was the suits that Zeltrax and Elsa had worn. Mesogog took them with him to his lab and began to try and reanimate them and this time he added some Dino DNA to them so they would remain loyal to him and so that they would be fully evil and not still have some humanity in them.
"Rise Elsa, Rise Zeltrax" said Mesogog as the two formally empty suits once again became Elsa and Zeltrax.
"What is your wish Master" they said together.
"What it has been since day one" growled Mesogog before continuing and saying "Returning this planet to the age of the Dinosaurs.
Elsa was now infused with the DNA of a Dilophosaurus and Zeltrax was now infused with the DNA of a Velociraptor.
