New Quirky Students of 1-C

Chapter 1: Introductions

It was currently the weekend after the first week of class at the prestigious U.A. High School. All of the students have gone back to their homes, to rest up for the next week. The hallways, the classrooms, and the training facilities were quiet, aside from the occasional janitorial workers cleaning up the floors.

However, in one of the conference rooms, Principal Nezu sat quietly with his hands clasped together. He was waiting for the teachers.

"They should be here by now…" He said to himself.

After a few more minutes, all of the teachers he had called began to appear. Some were in costume, like Thirteen and Snipe, while others were in casual clothes, like Present Mic had his hair tied back and was wearing jeans and a black jacket. Midnight was wearing tight jeans and a simple T-shirt. Even All Might was there, but in a simple white T-shirt and green jeans. Nezu waited a bit when the latter two had arrived.

"I thought Eraser was coming with you." He commented.

Both Midnight and Present Mic quicky looked back outside to check.

"I thought you called him!" Midnight asked.

"I did!" Mic retorted. "But it's not like I have a homing signal on him!"

"You talking about me?" Aizawa's voice suddenly said.

The two teachers turned the left and saw a really shoddy looking man. He was wearing some very baggy pants and a black hoodie. His hair looked like the head of a mop and messy. He also had a cup of coffee he got from a local coffee shop down the street.

"Really, Aizawa?" Midnight sighed. "I get it's the weekend, but you should at least be presentable."

"That's rich, coming from you." Aizawa replied bluntly.

Midnight pouted a bit at the remark while Present Mic chuckled as he quickly combed some of Aizawa's hair so his face was visible.

"Alright, there you go!" He laughed. "Now you look like yourself!"

Aizawa muttered under his breath as he took a sip from his cup of coffee. He then followed Midnight and Present Mic into the conference room. He said something of a 'hello' to All Might before sinking into his seat.

Once Nezu made sure that every teacher was present, he coughed into his hand and began to talk.

"Sorry to call you in on a fine weekend." Nezu apologized. "But I have something important to announce. It concerns the Hero Course."

All of the teachers leaned in closer. It was rather unusual for the Principal to make any sort of announcements this early in the school year. Especially after classes began. Nezu noticed this, but he continued talking without hesitation.

"As you know, we have received an overwhelming number of applicants this year." He stated. "And more than a handful of those students proved to be more than what they appeared to be."

The most noteworthy examples the teachers turned to upon hearing that comment was Katsuki Bakugo, who, despite his rough demeanor, scored the highest out of everybody, placing first. They also remembered Izuku Midoriya, who, unbeknownst to the students, scored zilch on his points, but scored high with his rescue points. With a Quirk that All Might himself passed down himself nonetheless.

"With that said, it is quite disappointing that some of the students that could've made it were cut short, even if it's by a hair's width." Nezu went on. "And after a long time thinking and conversing with school board…"

Nezu paused for dramatic effect. All of the teachers leaned forward. They were very intrigued by what Nezu had in store for them all.

"I have decided to add another Hero Course Class!" Nezu finally revealed.

At first, the teachers didn't know how to respond, and so they began to whisper among themselves. After a bit of discussion, the teachers began to ask questions.

"But, Principal Nezu." Cementoss said. "The year has already started. How could we add this class when we know that the students of this class will be behind in terms of material?"

"I took that into consideration when I made this decision." Nezu responded. "The students will be studying the material that they'll miss on their own. Thus, by the time this class is established, they'll be all caught up with the material."

"I already assume you've already chosen the students for this new class?" Snipe asked.

"Yes. 20 students." Nezu smiled. "I looked through all of the students' applications, even those that were through recommendations."

"Principal Nezu." Ectoplasm spoke up. "If you don't mind me asking, what made you make this decision?"

"Well, as you all know, the Villain community have slowly escalated their activities as of late." Nezu replied. "If we could just bump out more graduates from here, the world just might become a safer."

The teachers had to agree on that much. Unbeknownst to the students, the Villain underground have made finally begun to make their moves on the world. It was only a matter of time before they set sights on a much bigger target.

"Any other questions?" He asked. "Or objections?"

The teachers slowly talked amongst themselves again. But after a bit, they had nothing else to say about this decision. So, they quieted down and responded one by one.

"No complaints here." Present Mic said.

"We respect your decision, Principal Nezu." The teachers one by one all said.

Nezu then closed his eyes, and breathed in. He then stood up from his chair and walked to the door.

"Then it is time I introduced the homeroom teacher of this class." Nezu replied.

He then reached the doorknob, and opened the door. Then, a young man entered the room. He looked a bit taller than Midnight. His hair was true blue, with his eyes were of the same color. The teachers studied the man that stood before them, as if they had never seen this man before.

All Might, however, was dumbfounded by this revelation. He knew who this man was. With a quick belch of blood, he stood up and walked towards the man to greet him.

"My, my!" He smiled. "It's been a while, old friend!"

"Same goes for you, All Might, sir." The man smiled back.

The two men shook hands firmly like old friends. The other teachers were rather confused.

"All Might, you know him?" Aizawa asked.

"Yes." All Might replied. "And considering his status, this class is in good hands."

He patted the man on his shoulder, and then sat back down. Nezu closed the door behind him, and stood next to man.

"Let me introduce him for those who don't know." He said. "His name is Ryusei Yukaru, but you may know him better as…"

Nezu revealed the true identity of Ryusei, the teachers were astounded by the presence he suddenly projected. After all the teachers introduced and greeted Ryusei, Nezu quieted them down and continued explaining what is going to happen for the next few days.

"Alright." He declared, handing out papers to all of the teachers, including Ryusei. "Over the next few days, I will require your assistance in making sure this new transition will happen smoothly."

And on that note, the meeting was over. All of the teachers left one by one, but not before saying a term of farewell to Ryusei. All Might waited outside the conference room as Ryusei had just a bit more briefing to talk about with him. A few minutes later, Ryusei came back out with a file in his hands. All Might saw that the file was labelled 'Class 1-C'.

"It's certainly going to be a challenge." He chuckled. "I, myself, have had some difficulties in teaching."

Ryusei looked back at All Might with a chuckle of his own.

"All Might, I think I'm perfectly fine." He said. "I've led others into and out of battles. Teaching will be nice change of pace."

All Might couldn't help but laugh when Ryusei said that.

"I've said the exact same thing, old friend." He smiled.

After that brief exchange, Ryusei and All Might went their separate ways for the day. But as All Might walked down the hallway, he heard something he hadn't in a long time.

"Let's say go!" Ryusei's voice said.

All Might had no choice but to look back and smile at his old friend.

'He's still says that, huh?' He thought as he continued to walk.

(Cue the Transformers Armada theme)

Izuku, Iida, Ochako, Todoroki, and Bakugo appear onto the screen with the rest of their classmates, along with Aizawa and All Might standing beside them.

A bright light shine on them. They cover their eyes as they see an ensemble of silhouetted figures. The figures get into battle stances as Ryusei, in costume, drops down from above in front of them. His figure towers the silhouetted figures, almost rivalling All Might's height. This is Class 1-C.

Then, as the music slowly ends, the silhouetted figures all charged towards Class 1-A, and then the screen is blinded by a bright light. Taking the place of the light is still a yet silhouetted pic of Class 1-C, along with the title.

(Several weeks later)

Despite being a large school, nothing stays a secret forever in U.A. So, the rumor that the Hero Course is getting another class was the buzz as of late. Needless to say, the Hero Course Class 1-A were the most fired up. This was their first piece of big news ever since they completed their battle trials last week.

[Keep in mind this story takes place before the USJ Attack]

It was before class, and the students were taking this chance to discuss what kind of students would be in this new alleged class. They were abuzz with excitement.

"Oh, man!" Sero smiled. "You guys heard about that new class rumor?"

"Yeah we did!" Mina cheered. "More new people! I'm getting excited just thinking about them!"

"It's going to be quite a show, alright." Kirishima smiled. "I really wonder how they will be!"

"Hope that class gets more pretty ladies." Kaminari teased, flexing his fingers. "Hoping to work my magic on them."

"You sound so sure of that, don't you?" Ojiro said dismissively.

Other students have comments about this new class rumor.

"I hope that class has just girls…" Mineta wished.

"You really have no shame, do you?" Shouji remarked.

As the students continued talking with each other talk with each other, Bakugo decided to add in his two cents into this new class debacle.

"What matters if they show up?!" He yelled in his usual loud manner. "Even if they arrive, they'll just be nothing more than footsteps for my prowess!"

The excitement from earlier dissipated just like that. All the students in Class 1-A had a week to get use to Bakugo's rambunctious behavior, but sometimes it was getting annoying. Iida was the first to speak up about this.

"Bakugo!" He snapped. "That is not a manner befitting of a student of U.A.! When these new students arrive, we must give them a warm welcome!"

"Oh, they'll get a warm welcome, alright!" Bakugo sneered, prompting some sparks off his hands. "From my fists!"

Iida continued scolding Bakugo for his behavior while Izuku and Ochako moved to talk on their own.

"So, Deku!" Ochako smiled. "What do you think about this new class rumor?"

"Well…" Izuku pondered, with his finger on his lips. "We have to assume they were in the entrance exam…"

Izuku then spiraled into his mumbling. As he mumbled into his deeper thoughts, Ochako listened in quietly. Somehow, she found this part of Izuku very charming and likeable. As he continued, Aizawa entered the classroom in his usual monotone manner.

"Morning, class." He said in his monotone voice.

All of the students quickly quieted down and assumed their seats.

"Good morning, Mr. Aizawa!" The class all called.

Aizawa just sighed and sat his papers down on his desk, and scanned the room. He coughed into his hand and then made his announcement.

"Alright, let's not beat around the bush here." He said. "I'm sure you have heard of the rumors of a new class. And let me just say this."

The class tensed up. Was there going to be another class, or was it all arouse?

"There is." Aizawa finished. "Starting tomorrow, another Hero Course will be joining us."

All of the students tensed up and got excited. The prospect of meeting new students was something new for all of them. Granted, the only new students that they encountered are each other, but the point still stands. Aizawa got into a glare as the students calmed down.

"This is honestly a good sign for you." Aizawa continued. "It just goes to show how competitive this scene can be."

"Alright, and now let cut to the chase." He added. "These students will be arriving tomorrow. And we've been selected for their Battle Trials."

At that remark, Iida raised his hand.

"Battle Trials?" He asked. "Do you mean we will be doing combat training against them?"

"Yes." Aizawa replied bluntly. "After their orientation, they will join you for a special lesson for us to see their abilities firsthand and be graded just like you were."

When Aizawa finished, he paused for a few moments to let the students talk among themselves.

"Well, would you look at that!" Kirishima commented. "Looks like we will be training against these guys after all!"

"Such a nice change of pace too." Kaminari added. "Up until now, we've only been training with each other. It'd be nice to fight against students we've never met before!"

"It sure is exciting!" Sero smiled. "But remember the old saying: be careful what you wish for!"

Now. Aizawa clapped to get his students' attention. All of the students quickly simmered down so Aizawa can continue.

"Now, with that out of the way." He moved on. "It's time I introduced you to three of the new students."

Everyone looked puzzled.

"But I thought they weren't coming in until tomorrow?" Ochako asked.

"These three were granted special entry." Aizawa replied, motioning the three students over from the classroom door.

One by one, the three students entered. They were very good-looking to say the least. They already had their U.A. uniforms, thus were currently wearing them. One student was a girl, with blue eyes, and a streaking blue hair that went down her back like a waterfall. She currently had her hands gently placed on her stomach, very formally. She also had a pair of glasses on. And something to note, her legs from the knee down were just a pair of tire axles with wheels in place of her feet. Another student, who had his arms crossed, had sunglasses on his head, and his hair was black, with fire orange highlights. He projected confidence. The last student looked like a traditional high school student. He had his hands on his sides, and his hair was black. However, the one thing of note is that his eyes are mismatched. His left eye was red and his right eye was blue.

"These three are of the twenty students that will be joining U.A. tomorrow." Aizawa said. "Introduce yourselves."

The girl rolled forward. Her hair flapped slowly in the moving motion.

"Nice to meet you all!" She greeted with a smile. "I'm Fumiko Irashigi. Pleased to meet you!"

All of Class 1-A smiled and greeted back, at least one of the students is nice enough. Mineta, on the other hand, was freaking out.

"She's a glasses girl!" He squealed.

Fumiko rolled back, and then the boy with the sunglasses on his head stepped forward. He coughed into his hands for a second, and then began to speak.

"Bonjour à tous." He said in fluent French, surprising everyone. "Je m'appelle Akira. But everyone calls me Hot Rôd."

The students got really confused by what he said.

"Ut… what?" Ochako uttered.

"Hot Rôd!" Akira responded, making an O shape with his hand.

"Hut Rud?" Momo repeated.

"Hot Rôd!" Akira repeated.

"Hot. Rod." Aizawa repeated. "It's just his French accent. It just gets in the way."

"Is he French?" Mina asked.

"No, he just likes the accent." Aizawa remarked.

Akira turned his head to Aizawa. He got really triggered when he just said what he did.

"Non, non, non, monsieur! You have it wrong!" Akira corrected. "I hate the accent! But I can't get rid of it! I'm stuck with the accent!"

"Does it look like I care?" Aizawa responded coldly.

Akira scoffed in frustration, and then stepped back. Fumiko stepped forward to speak for him.

"Please excuse him." She replied with a laugh. "He just gets really… triggered… when someone talks to him about his accent."

The students all had a good chuckle with that. Akira pouted and sulked quietly. Then, the final student stepped forward. He scratched the back of his head, and a bit of his hair shot up like a cartoon. He then smiled and looked at Class 1-A.

"What's up, guys?" He asked. "The name's Sento! I'm what you might call a genius physician!"

"Genius physician?" Momo asked.

"Yep." Aizawa added. "Sento was actually interning at the Tokyo Institute of Technology in the Physics department when he was accepted here."

The class awed silently. Even for someone with a Quirk, getting any kind of entry into the Tokyo Institute of Technology was quite hard. You'd have to be incredibly smart just to get along with the people inside. With that said, Sento smirked and backed up to the other students.

"So, these three students are of the twenty others that will be joining tomorrow." Aizawa explained. "Try not to start a fuss, alright?"

He eyed Bakugo in particular, who just brushed the warning aside. Then, the three students waved them goodbye, and then left just as the bell rang, signaling the end of the class.

And throughout the rest of the day, unfamiliar faces popped up all over campus. However, they were strictly told not to interact with them until after school. But that moment never came, as all of the new students just disappeared once the final bell rang. They'll just have to wait until the next day when the new Class begins.
