Her Own Demise

My worst fears have become true. The observations I made of the young woman leading to today have not failed me. I knew she was strong, but she was much stronger than I had anticipated. The muscles in her body expanded with increased blood flow, making her grow into a powerful human. Without that knowledge beforehand, she was an underestimated opponent. With training, she could be as indomitable as Kai. If she worked hard enough, she could be as impregnable as Zane.

But knowing how far she's already come added to the conclusion I've come to.

The insurmountable beauty she possessed was the key to my troubling visions. I have only encountered such beauty once before. Never did I think I would come across a being like her again.

With her almost inhuman abilities and beauty, I couldn't stop myself from shedding tears. My visions in the spirit smoke made sense now. Something truly was here. Her presence and energy was its gateway. How could I have not sensed it the moment she appeared in our lives? All the signs have been apparent.

Macca's physical capabilities and beauty made her the perfect host for the entity. There was no stopping it. No amount of training could alter her destiny. Nothing could be done to prevent the inevitable.

The most devastating part was that she wasn't responsible for her future. She wasn't the entity, the entity was its own spiritual embodiment. Macca was its next victim, and there was nothing I could do to keep her protected from it.

A shadow hid away my face as I silently grieved for the woman my pupils have grown a relationship with. Her destiny was about to catch up with her. It was only a matter of time before she was taken away for the rest of her existence, and Zane's impending doom would be set in stone.
