"Why is that none of you tried to seek me out after my presumed death." Tom hissed.
He had decided that conquering the world as a charismatic young man would be easier, than a deformed humanoid snake.
"My-my lord, the ministry was after us, we had to stay hidden and the mark had faded, I-I thought you were dead." A death eater, Rockwood spoke up.
"Perhaps, from now on you shall learn that you do not think!" Tom snarled.
"Yes my lord! Sorry my lord!" Rockwood, quivered kneeling in the floor.
"Pathetic, rise you sniveling fool!" Tom snapped.
"So these are what death eater meetings are like." Draco mused out walking into the room, with Harry on his trail.
"Intruders!" Yaxley shouted pointed his wand at the two, "It's Potter, attack!"
"Hold your fire!" Tom ordered.
"But my lord it's Potter."
"I know who it is."
"Are death eaters always this obvious?" Draco sighed, "If so I see why you had so much trouble capturing Harry."
Harry grinned, walking toward Tom and his throne. "I know that you pathetic excuses for death eaters don't like me and I certainly don't like you, but I have removed myself from Dumbledore's cause for a better…alignment." Harry trailed off winking at Tom. "I am your new second in command, along with the beauty better known as Draco Malfoy. Any objections, none I thought so."
Seeing as their lord had not objected, none of the death eaters made any objections.
"I know you two feel as though, with all that I've taught you, that you can handle Dumbledore, the order and whatever he throws at you. We'll your wrong. You may be more advanced than other teenagers, but you guys are still teenagers, faced against adults with years of experience you will lose, you'd put up a good fight but you will lose." Tom said. "So when you're out shopping for your new school supplies, be careful. Just so you know what you'll be dealing with here." He said giving them old newspapers.
"What are these?" Harry asked.
"Old Daily Prophets, after your reaction to the first article, I made sure you wouldn't receive any more until I was sure you were ready." Tom answered, "This is to prepare you both, with the type of backlash and reception you'll be receiving."
'Harry Potter Seduced By the Dark?'
'The Malfoy family is profoundly known for their looks and seduction skills. Could it be that the youngest Malfoy put his skills to the test and seduced Harry Potter to his side. If so are we doomed? It is also speculated that Harry Potter was in a relationship with you-know-who himself. What is really going on. Has our savior abandoned us for the throes of the dark.'
Harry rolled his eyes throwing the paper on the floor.
"Those reporters don't know anything." He muttered.
Draco grabbed the newspapers scanning through the article head titles. 'Sex Ring?' 'Age difference' 'Unusual relationship'
"Look it doesn't matter what they think it only matter what a think we can't let them get to us." Draco said.
"He's right. You've trained us we'll we can handle anything they throw at us." Harry added.
"Just be careful don't get separated and look after each other." Tom warned.
"So where to first princess?" Harry asked, looking at the list Tom had given them.
"We've had this chat before neither you nor Tom are allowed to call me princess or any other cutise nicknames. I am a Malfoy, we are dignified, feared, and respected." Draco lectured, crossing his arms.
Harry grinned staring at his husband? Bond mate? Boyfriend? It didn't matter they were together and that's all that mattered. Draco was currently pouting at him with his eyebrows furrowed.
"I can't help it sweetie." Harry said, cutting off Draco's protest with a kiss. "You're adorable."
Draco's second form of protest was cut off yet again as Harry pulled him into another kiss.
"Hello is anybody here?" Draco called out walking into a dark shop.
"I don't see why we have to buy our wands here. Why couldn't we have gone to Ollivander's instead." Harry complained.
"Because. All of Ollivander's wands are connected to the ministry. They'll be able to track us and monitor what spells we use that's why." Draco answered.
"Still think it's a waste of time." Harry muttered crossing his arms.
"Why hello dearies." A old cooed hobbling in from the back. "What can I do for you two."
"We're looking for some wands." Harry said.
"I see, well unlike other shops I tend to sell wands in a unconventional way. Hold out your hand and your wand will come to you. Now seeing as most people don't come here for their first wand I'm assuming you've had wands before. I'm warning you don't be surprised if your new one is exceptionally different from your old one. Most wizards don't realize that as they grow their magic increases and they need new wands to keep up with it." She said. "Now who wants to go first."
Harry bit his lip, he may have been married to the dark lord himself and a member of the notorious Malfoy family, but he was still wary about being in a shop in Knockturn Alley.
"I'll go first." Draco shrugged.
"No I will." Harry protested. He may have been scared but he'd be damned if he'd let anything happen to Draco, plus Tom would kill him.
"Whatever." Draco muttered.
Harry held out his hand closing his eyes, and felt a rush of power flow through him. He opened his eyes to see him holding a long dark wand.
"Well I'll be. Thus is a rare one. 13 1/2 inches, unyielding cedar(1) with lethifold(2) blood." The old woman said. "You'll be a powerful wizard."
"My turn." Draco said, holding out his hand seeing a pale wand fly into his hand.
"Interesting." The lady whispered. "Another rare catch. 11 inches, flexible, willow(3) with manticore(4) venom.
"Now that that's done." The woman said. "50 galleons."
"50! Ollivander only charged seven at most nine. This is highway robbery." Harry protested.
"Ollivander never gave you unique wands like mine." The lady glared, narrowing eyes. "Now are you going to pay or is there going to be an issue."
"Harry just pay the lady." Draco said, fingering his new wand.
Harry turned to protest, but caught sight of the small smile on his boyfriends face and let out a small sigh. It's not like they didn't have the money. He groaned fishing out his money and paying the lady who snatched out of his hand greedily counting them.
He scowled at her leading Draco who was to enthralled we with his wand to notice, outside.
Author's Notes
1.) Cedar wood wand carriers are believed to have strength of character and unusual loyalty. The cedar wand finds its perfect home where there is perspicacity and perception. A wielder of the cedar wand is one you wouldn't want to cross, especially if you hurt the ones they love. The witch or wizard who is well-matched with cedar carries the potential to be a frightening adversary, which often comes as a shock to those who have thoughtlessly challenged them. I felt this most fit Harry's personality.
2.) Its appearance resembles that of a black cloak roughly half an inch thick, although it gets thicker if the Lethifold has recently digested a victim. It glides along the ground and other surfaces in an unknown form of locomotion, in search of its prey, humans. It attacks its prey at night, when the target is asleep, and suffocates and digests it in its bed.
3.) Willow is an uncommon wand wood with healing power. The ideal owner for a willow wand often has some (usually unwarranted) insecurity, however well they may try and hide it. Many confident customers insist on trying a willow wand (attracted by their handsome appearance and well-founded reputation for enabling advanced, non-verbal magic) the willow wands there have consistently selected those of greatest potential, rather than those who feel they have little to learn. It has always been a proverb that he who has furthest to travel will go fastest with willow
4.) A Manticore has a human-like head, a lion's body, and a scorpion's tail with a stinger. A Manticore's skin repels all known charms, so it is effectively hard to subdue a Manticore with magic. It is known to be capable of human speech, and is considered a sentient beast.
