This is a sort of retelling of death note with Sayu Yagami getting the death note however she has no aspirations of being a goddess and even fewer regrets when using the notebook.

Can it be moral to kill someone? Well, what better stress test to that question than a notebook like this. The prodigy child of the country is not the one to find it. Instead, it falls in the hands of his average, oblivious, ordinary sister... Maybe her brother can help with the answer?
