A/N: Sorry for such a long delay. I am back now, I have a computer finally and access to internet. I have noticed a lot of my InuYasha stories need editting. I will definately be doing so. Kikyko Sesshomaru Part 3: Showdown

Chapter 14

"DAD," I shouted at him trying to get his attention as I threw the sword to him. The Tetsusaiga flew through the air and landed on the ground far from father.

"Crap!" I said noticing Takemaru shift his eyes to the sword.

"The sword get it," he shouted at the merchant, the man pulled the arrow out of his shoulder and darted for the sword.

"MOM..." I shouted at her, I turned and ran back to her.

"HIRAIKOTSU..." we heard as Sango's weapon flew through the air.

"Sango," mother said as she and Miroku ran to her side.

"We have to get InuYasha to snap out of his state Kagome," Miroku shouted running at the merchant. He threw a sutra at the merchant stunning him before he could reach for my father's sword.

"Yeah," I said as the man froze in his spot.

"AHHHHH," Kikyko shouted again as Takemaru's grasp around her tightened.

"InuYasha," Miroku shouted at him also trying to gain his attention. Father hissed and snarled at Sesshomaru, who stood in front of him about to unleash his poison claws, he cracked his hand to the air.

"Any attempts to take this child or this sword... will result in her demise... I will end her life," Takemaru said stopping everyone in their tracks. Sesshomaru wavered and jumped away from father, he looked over at Takemaru and with one quick flick of his wrist he unsheated his Bakusaiga.

"I don't think so," Takemaru said disappearing quickly from Sesshomaru's path. Sesshomaru's attack left dust in Takemaru's place.

"Drop the child, and fight like a man," he said again.

"TAKEMARU," father hissed under his breath he lifted his hands to the air and ran at him.

"InuYasha," Takemaru said also shifting so fast disappearing and reappearing before father could even strike him.

"I meant what I SAID..." Takemaru shouted at him tightening his grasp around Kikyko's neck.

"INUYASHA, DON'T ATTACK HIM YOU WILL HURT KIKYKO," Miroku shouted to looked over to us, his eyes were dark, he wasn't himself, he didn't even know who we were... its like he didn't even care or notice Takemaru had Kikyko in his grasp.

"Kagome we have to end this," Sango said as she swung Hiraikotsu over her head.

"Don't Sango, I know exactly what I need to do," mother said shifting her quiver off her shoulder.

"Inuko, stay here..." Mother said as she lifted her bow to the air again. She wasn't aiming for Takemaru she was aiming at father.

"Mom what are you doing?" I shouted at her noticing what she was about to attempt.

"MOMMMA," Kikyko shouted again as Takemaru shifted away from Sesshomaru again. Sesshomaru looked over at mother at the sound of her arrow against the bow and jumped from her path.

"MOMMMA..." Kikyko shouted again, a huge beam of light emitted from Kikyko's body severing Takemaru's arm releasing her from his grasp.

"Aaaaahhhhh, you stupid child," Takemaru shouted as Kikyko fell to the ground. She was shaking and tears covered her face.

Just as Takemaru was about to charge Kikyko and strike her with his sword, Sesshomaru charged him striking him with a powerful attack using Bakusaiga.

A beam of white light and Sesshomaru's attack intertwined together and struck Takemaru filing the air with smoke ending Takemaru. Kikyko looked at Sesshomaru as the dust cleared she had her hand in the air and was breathing heavily.

"What did she do..." I said nervously to myself.

"Kikyko... has spiritual powers?" Miroku said bewildered. Mother dropped her bow and looked at her.

"She did that... we... we didn't even know," mother said shock and panic struck her face.

"KIKYKO GET AWAY FROM THERE, COME HERE..." Mother shouted at her. She lifted her head to mother and looked at her. But before she could stand to her feet and run to us, father cocked his head to Kikyko and charged at her.

"NOOOOOOO DAD DON'T..." I shouted at him. I ran trying to get to Kikyko before he did.

"INUYASHA STOP," mother shouted and lifted her arrow aiming it at father.

"NAAARRRRAA..." father hissed and struck Kikyko to the ground with his claws. His hands clasped against Kikyko's arms.

"NOOOO," both Miroku and Sango shouted running towards father.

Mother shoot her arrow and it flew through the air striking father.

"Uhhhhh," father was tossed to the ground by mother's powerful arrow. I slide to the ground grabbing Tetsusaiga and tossing it to dad's side.

"Kikyko, Kikyko..." mother shouted at her shaking her. She wasn't moving, she was covered in blood and wasn't moving. I slide against the ground and came to her side.

"Sister," I said tears welled up in my eyes.

"Uhhh," I heard dad say, he sat up and looked over at us as we hovered over Kikyko.

Sesshomaru sheated his Bakusaiga and looked at father.

"You slayed your own child, a mortal girl, even I Sesshomaru would never do such to any child..." Sesshomaru said touching a hand to his Tensaiga.

Mother held Kikyko in her arms she was crying and shaking her to wake up. Sango held her hands to Kikyko's arms to make her bleeding stop.

"InuYasha, what have you done..." Miroku said in almost a monotone voice. Father looked at his hands, they were covered with Kikyko's blood.

"What have I done," he said to himself. I looked up to Sesshomaru as he came towards us.

"Set her down," he said to mother. Mother looked at Sesshomaru as he unsheated his Tensaiga.

"Her life will be spared," Sesshomaru said striking his sword over Kikyko's body.

"Sesshomaru... thank you," mother said to him as Kikyko opened her eyes.

"Momma," she said sitting up.

"Kiki..." mom said to her wrapping her arms around her.

"What have I done..." father said to himself again as he looked to us and then to his hands.
