Chapter 3
Vexen POV
'This day would be going by much faster if Marly was here.' I thought to myself as I was still curled up in my blankets. Just as I was about to go to sleep I could hear the doorbell ring and my mother answer it. I thought nothing of it until I heard her say that Marluxia was coming up to see me, and I immediately sat up at hearing that. 'Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh.' I thought nervously as I tried not to think of how sexy Marly probably looks.
There was a knock at my door and I knew who was standing behind it. "Vex, it's me. I'm coming in now." and with that I could see my door slowly creak open to show that Marly was there and that indeed he did look sexy in his long sleeved pink shirt that matched his beautiful pink hair and faded blue jeans. Marluxia carefully closed my door before he started to speak. "Um, I know you might...not w-want to hear this coming from me, and it's completely okay if you h-hate me for this." Marluxia was so nervous that he was stuttering, he's so adorable. "I just want to say...that I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I never meant to hurt you...it's just that I was so overwhelmed from you telling me that you love me. Don't hate me please, I wouldn't be able to take that." Now I was the one who was overwhelmed by all of this as Marluxia started crying after he was done with what he needed to say. I hated seeing my best friend crying and I wanted to make it stop, so I did what I knew would help. I got out of bed, walked over to Marluxia, and cupped his face gently in my hands so I could kiss him.
This obviously surprised him since he didn't move any closer or farther away, but soon enough I could feel a pair of hands cup my face too and a pair of lips press against mine. When we pulled away I could see that Marluxia's cheeks were stained with wet tear tracks and he was breathing heavily. "I'm so sorry Vexy, I love you so much." I just wanted to grab Marluxia and push him down on my bed so I could have my way with him. "Oh my god, you just admitted you love me back. I can't help but think someone might've out you up to this." "Well, I might have gotten some advice from Leon and Cloud." said Marluxia shyly. "I love you too Marly, you're so beautiful." I then leaned in to kiss him again.
