The following scene takes place on Thor's first day on Earth. After finding out about his hammer's location and parting ways with Jane, Erik and Darcy he is now going down the street.
THOR
(mumbling)
Twelve miles east of here. [referring to the location of his hammer]
Thor stops walking. He looks into the blue sky. Thinking... Then:
THOR
By Odin's beard! Which direction is east!
LITTLE GIRL
Are you a moron?
THOR
(looking down at the little girl on a pink bike)
Didn't your parents teach you to respect the elders?
LITTLE GIRL
Didn't your father teach you simple survival rules?
THOR
My father taught me a lot, especially how to fight monsters and to beat up spoiled little brats like you.
LITTLE GIRL
You're not making friends with that attitude of yours, you know. By the way, east is in this direction.
THOR
Thanks. Can you tell me where I can get a horse?
LITTLE GIRL
Ask the pet shop owner over there.
THOR
For a spoiled little brat, you're very helpful.
LITTLE GIRL
You're still not making friends.
