A/N: ok...first off just wanna reply to Dramatic-Demon: Yeah pretty much because he's being an idiot, but i'm hoping not to have too much of him in this story. :) ..4th chapter!
Chapter 4
Severus could feel nothing but anger. He threw Ron a paticularly nasty glare.
"I-I'll see you at school, Hermione," Harry said quietly.
Hermione nodded, "I'm really sorry, Harry," she whispered.
"Not your fault," he muttered, and then he and Severus were gone.
HPSSHPSSHPSSHPSS
Harry-" Severus began.
"Just don't, Sev, please," Harry begged.
"But, Ha-"
"I don't want to talk about it. Let's just forget it ever happened."
"Harry-"
"i SAID I DON'T WANNA TALK ABOUT IT! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!" Harry screamed, and then stormed up to his room.
Severus sat down at the kitchen table. He would not cry, he told himself. He felt tears, and he cried.
HPSSHPSSHPSSHPSS
"Why was I like that with him? It's not like it's his fault, right Hedwig?" Harry was currently pacing around his room talking to his owl. Hedwig wasn't really saying much back, but it was comforting to talk to her.
Harry sighed, for the fourth time in the last hour he felt his eyes beginning to flood with tears. "I've been such a bloodey git to him! I've got to apologize!" he said to Hedwig, and then hurried downstairs.
HPSSHPSSHPSSHPSS
"Sev?" Harry said quietly.
Severus looked up, aware that he probably looked like hell, but not caring.
"I-I'm s-so s-sorry! It's j-just, R-Ron r-ruined everything and..and I-I t-took it out on you!" Harry sobbed
Instantly, Severus got up from his place at the kitchen table and wrapped his arms around Harry. "I know, Harry, I know."
Harry never did know where the lasty few words he said came from; they just came.
"I love you, dad."
Severus froze. Had Harry Potter really just said that?
Harry, realising he had created a terribly akward moment, began to quickly apologize.
"I'm sorry! I honestly don't know where that came from! I-"
"Harry, calm down. It's fine." Severus said and then he hugged his son again.
