Andorra has just finished her last college year with all the other countries, and has been living with her parents for some while now. She decides finally that she wants to go out and be a roommate. After going to live with Spain, her college friend -and crush- she suddenly goes through a lot of changes, and a run in with the other countries, or 2p's.
