They want blood, and that's what they get when the newest twist is announced: for the 117th Games, tributes will be Reaped as pairs of siblings. Luna Brimstone hasn't spoken to her brother in two years, and she longs to see him; at last, it seems her wish could finally come true.

The Pairing happens every three years in post war Panem to help renew and increase the population of the country.
