A/N:
Oh my goodness… I'm so sorry for taking so long to update. Two weeks on a cruise killed my muse. It was dead. This has been a fight to get out. I'm so sorry. Hopefully, I'll have an easier time with Wednesday. It's really just been awful trying to write anything Harry Potter related, not that the cold I've been suffering from for the past week or so certainly helped. Nor did starting University again, freakin' school. Anyway, here's the update!

The Adventures of Skull and Ri
9.6: Italy, France, and Money, Oh My! Part 6
Ri-chan's bridal shopping group dramatically expanded with the inclusion of Hermione, Ginny, both the twin's wives Alicia and Angela, Percy's wife Audrey, Fleur, Gabrielle, and of course Mrs. Weasley. Even little Victorie got to come as did Audrey and Percy's daughter Molly.
"Oh that's lovely," Mrs. Weasley cooed as she watched Gabrielle hold a piece of ivory lace done in roses and baby's breathe over the cream corset Ri had wiggled himself into, forming a sleeveless turtleneck. The corset fitted over a princess-like ball gown skirt that was just layers of gauzy chiffon layered over one another from a deep almost golden candlelight ivory to a transparent white, the train the top layer and sweeping back a good two meters (six feet) and covered in embroidered flowers stitched in silver and gold thread.
"The almost yellow tone will look great with the colors you've chosen so far," Nana said as she and the other Mafia women and Fleur poured over accessories and accents. They'd already laid out a number of cloth flowers, jewels, more lace, hair pieces, and accents to test. A squeal from Ginny had them all turning as Hermione came in with an absolutely gorgeous veil of mix of candlelight white with silver and gold edging pinned to a hair accessory made of tiny mixed roses from deep purple and lavender to pearl yellow and delicate ivory white, small pearls and what looked to be a silver buttefly.
"Hermione!" Ri gasped, "That's gorgeous." The women who who didn't have their hands full converged on her excitedly, exclaiming and looking over her find.
"I put it together with a few things from what I knew you picked out," Hermione told Ri modestly, "I hope you like it."
"I love it," Ri confessed and Fleur immediately cast a quick hair charm to pull his hair up into a perfect chignon. Mrs. Weasley carefully took the elaborate hair pin, the flowers and its accents formed into an elongated oval with the veil, in at least three layers, streaming from the back, and placed it carefully in Ri's hair before taking the upmost layer of lace on the veil and pulling it forward and over Ri's face, making him blush.
Victorie put it in the best terms.
"You look like a princess, Uncle Ri."
They all unashamedly cried.

Hallelujah. There was a light of inspiration. Thank God. Anyway, please review and let me know what you think. I am so terribly sorry about the wait!
