Betrayal

"Persistent you Fink rats are." Fawful scowled.
"Just give up, Fawful. We're just keep coming and coming until you both are stopped." Mario
"You don't know when to quit do you?"
Even though Dimentio had a smile on his face, you can still hear the malice in his voice. Who can blame him? He's was this close to become Supreme Ruler of Worlds again, only to have Mario and his friends appearing in front of him.
"Quit? We don't even know the meaning of the word." Daisy
"Then by all means, let me provide you a definition!"
Dimentio wave his finger and toss an energy sphere at them. Mario, Peach, and Daisy quickly dodged the attack. He turned to Fawful and Midbus.
"Keep them busy and stay clear from the Triangle" he ordered.
Fawful smirked. "Pleasure it is."
Midbus got into a fighting stance just as Fawful took out a brand new Vacuum Helmet. Once it was on top of his head, two rocket-jets appeared from the side and started carrying him around. The Heroes got into a fighting stance. There was a brief moment of silence before the fight began.
Fawful made the first move. Using his new Helmet, he fired two small missiles at the Heroes. All three of them dodged it. Midbus was next. He rubbed his foot on the ground before charging at them. That too was dodged.
The Heroes spilt up into two groups. Mario took on Fawful while the girls took on Midbus. The pig minion may be big and strong, but they were small and quick making the match somewhat even.
Dimentio stood in the sidelines, keeping watch with the process of the Chaos Heart. Out of the whole process, it was the Gem of Form that required the most time. He took a glance at the battle behind him and scowled.
It may not look at it, but the Heroes were winning the fight. Midbus may be strong, but he was brain-less. The princesses were mocking him with their game. Of course, the pig was getting frustrated but that was just part of their plan.
Fawful wasn't any better. The man in red had already figure out his attack pattern, and had taken the precaution of avoiding them while landing a few hits himself.
He turned back to the Triangle and sighed. It was only a matter of time before the bean would be defeated and then Dimentio will have to take matter into his own hands.

Fawful fell on the ground roughly; his Vacuum Helmet felling next to him. His newly constructed device sparked madly from severe damage. Fawful grunt as he stood up. He glared at the red plumber.
"Looks like I won again Fawful." Mario
"You haven't won yet, hero"
Before Mario could do anything, a transparent square surround him. He gasped in surprise. He tries to free himself but it was no use. Dimentio flew over and landed in front of him.
"You may have defeated my partner, mustache, but you are far from winning."
A loud noise drew their attention. Over at the second battle, Peach and Daisy had successfully knock Midbus out cold simply by having him run himself into a wall. Dimentio stood his head disappointedly.
"Like watching paint dry, I grew tiresome of this."
Before they could realize what was happening, Peach and Daisy suddenly found themselves trapped just like Mario. Fawful was picking himself off the ground when a square appeared around him and Midbus as well.
"What?" said a surprise Fawful. "What is going on? Why is Fawful in box?"
Dimentio was in the air again as he went to address to his distress partner.
"We have shared a good run, Fawful, but I'm afraid our time together is over."
Fawful tilt his head in confusion. "What do you mean? Fawful is not understanding"
"Well understand this; I no longer need you, your usefulness is over. Once the Chaos Heart is created, I will rule over all worlds by myself…for myself."
That Fawful understood. The green bean turned red with anger. "What? You…You FINK RAT! You dare cross double Fawful."
Dimentio smirked. "Yes, I do."
Fawful growled. "Clown will pay for betrayal!"
"I highly doubt it."
Dimentio snapped his finger and in a blink of an eye, both Fawful and his minion Midbus were gone.

Far away from Ancient Ruins, the water was calm and gentle. Suddenly, a small shockwave ring in the air followed by the sound of screaming. Two big splashes disturbed the gentle waves. The ones who caused it disappeared under the water. But they soon resurfaced as they came up for air.
"Grah! I have much fury! How dare the clown of laughter cross double Fawful" Fawful growled.
"What we do now?" Midbus
The pig minion had a point. Dimentio had teleported them far from the Ruins. They could see nothing but the open sea of the Muda Kingdom. They didn't have boat or even a small raft. They couldn't swim to shore for the distance was too far and exhaustion would get them before they could even get a glimpse of land.
"Fawful…is not sure yet. But Fawful will think of something." The green bean ensured his minion. "He will not success. Clown will not get Heart of Chaos. Instead, Fawful will make sure he gets a dish full of failure!"
Midbus frowned but didn't say anything. He wasn't sure if they were going to make it this time. As the two villains float aimlessly on the open sea, a large shadow came over them. They look up to see what was causing such a big shadow and gasped at what they saw.
Hovering over the night sky just above their heads was a very large aircraft. The aircraft looked much like a flying pirate ship, with large propellers and rocket-engines. Place on the bow of the ship was the head of a familiar figure.
"Wait… Fawful is familiar with that face."
"Midbus too,"
The airship came to a stop and started to land in the water. Fawful and Midbus bob quickly swam out of the way. Once the ship has landed in the water, someone from the top deck appeared and called out to them. "Hey, Fawful"
Fawful looked up to whoever it was that called him. At the sight of this figure, Fawful's eyes widen from shock and surprise.
"You!" The figure smile at the beanish's expression and replies,
"Need any help?"
