"Meow"
Inside the box was an orange and white tabby kitten.
"Aww!" I pick the kitten up and press it to my face. "You're so cute! Yes you are! Look at me kitty. MUAH! Aww I got a kiss from the kitty!" Kyoya kisses the top of my head then just stands back and watches me as I go on complimenting the feline.
"Is she okay?" Tamaki asks Kyoya.
"I assume so. I've never seen her act like this but her mother and sister warned me of this particular behavior she has around cats." The maid comes by and hands Kyoya his glasses. He casually pushes them up before continuing. "So yes, she is perfectly fine."
"Oh, uhhh, okay."
Eventually I stopped gushing over the kitten and handed the hosts their presents. They all had looks of confusion on their faces.
"What is this?" The twins asked. I grabbed Hikaru's monkey one from him and started to explain.
"Ok ready?" They nodded their heads and I inhaled deeply. "It's a pillow, it's pet, it's a pillow pet!"
(Gonna skip stuff)
The day continued on with people coming in and out of the house. Kyoya and I refused to leave our spots on the couch and we didn't even get changed. We just sat there talking and he rubbed my belly.
About 5 o'clock the maid informed us that dinner was done. After dinner though, we had a driver take us to a well lit neighborhood to see the Christmas lights. The lights were beautiful. There was even one house that had a holographic Santa in the window and moving gingerbread-men along the fence. All the lights on that house turned on and off to the beat of the music that it was programmed to. We encountered a few more house like that as well. After about an hour or so, we went back home to lay in bed and talk some more. Abound 10 o'clock we laid down to sleep, and I, as usual was cuddled to his chest. No nightmares came to me that night.
