The train home was packed with students all excited for the Christmas holiday. Pictures were being taken, Zonko and Weasley products being used all over the place, students running up and down the train, and singing Christmas carols. In Harry and Erin's compartment everyone was laughing. Hermione, Ginny, Luna, Neville, Viktor, and Mira were all sitting together. Ron was off somewhere with Lavender. "Say pumpkin juice!" Colin said coming by with his camera smiling wide.

Everyone leaned into the middle and yelled, "PUMPKIN JUICE!" before Colin snapped the picture and hurried on.

"So, Ginny, what do you expect?" Neville asked when they flopped back into their seats. "Boy or girl?"

"I wouldn't mind either, to tell you the truth," she said running her hands over her large stomach. "I just want to have the baby and be done with it. This last month has been hell. I just want to meet this little one. Donovan is taking a few months off at the Ministry to help out and I'm planning on asking Fleur if she'd mind looking after the baby when I go back to school and Donovan has to go back to work."

"D'you think she will?" Neville asked. "She always seemed a little prissy to me, but you know her much better than I do."

"She's not so bad once you get to know her. She's not prissy at all. She told me that all she wants out of life is to be a wife and mother. I'm excited that she's marrying Bill. They fit each other well."

Erin rushed off the train seeing her dad their waiting for them. She hugged him tightly while he said in somewhat of a surprised voice. "What are they feeding you at Hogwarts, love? Why you're almost as tall as I am!"

"Nothing you didn't eat during your time there."

"Which means I should of eaten more." He said jovially before hugging Harry, "Harry my boy! You must not be eating what Erin is either. She must have grown a few centimeters since September."

"I've had to let out my robes lately." Erin admitted.

"Well, let's stop of at Diagon Alley and get you some new ones, can't have you growing out of them." Sirius said putting his arms around both of them and leading them to where he parked his motorcycle.

Harry hadn't really noticed Erin had grown that much. She was nearer to Sirius' height though. And he had to look up a little at her when they were standing next to each other. It wasn't a big deal though. Erin and Harry were both wearing Muggle clothes and bundled up for the cold. It was snowing lightly outside, but it didn't matter what the weather was. Sirius would drive that motorcycle no matter what was going on.

"Next stop, Diagon Alley!" Sirius said happy to have Erin and Harry back with him again.

Diagon Alley was crowded, of course, this close to Christmas and the Hogwarts Express coming in. They headed right for Madame Malkin's. It was like a zoo in there and they took a ticket and joined the queue. It didn't take long once Erin was measured and Sirius put in the order for more school robes. The young assistant looked relieved that the order was an easy one. School robes weren't something you could really mess up.

The three of them left the shop and headed down the street to Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes. That shop was crowded too with students buying everything and parents looking for gifts their children would actually like. George saw them and made his way through the crowd towards them. "See you're back from school! It's a madhouse in here. Isn't it wonderful?"

"You and Fred seem to be doing great business." Harry said.

"We are! We've had to hire three more for the holiday rush! Lee's here, of course, and Alicia is around here somewhere…we hired Seamus on as well when he came in earlier. Let's go upstairs, easier to talk up there." They followed up to the twins' apartments and settled down on the sectional sofa while George got them some tea and biscuits. "Fred and Mira are around here somewhere. Did they tell you the news?"

"No," Harry said shaking his head as the plate levitated in front of him with biscuits on it. He took one. "Thank you. What news?"

"Fred and Mira got married few months back."

"I thought Mira was only 16." Erin said confused.

"No, she's 17." Sirius said sighing. "What I have to say won't leave this room." They all promised. George knew most of it, but he wondered if Sirius would tell him anything new. "Mira is my niece and your cousin, Erin. She's the daughter of Regulus and your mum's sister, Dorcas. It was kept secret so no one would know her true identity."

"Why wouldn't they want her identity known?" George asked.

"Because that would mean there was another girl that prophecy could pertain to." Erin said. "Mira is both Black and Lyancomp, just like I am. If Voldemort ever found out he wouldn't both with me. Mira would be easy for him to get his hands on."

"I never thought of that." George said worriedly.

"We have to make sure that information doesn't get into the wrong hands." Sirius told them. "The world depends upon it."

Erin and Harry were ushered into Grimmauld Place later to find it decorated for Christmas and there was music in the air. "I can't believe this…how did you do this, Dad?" Erin asked Sirius when he came in.

"I had a little help." He said. "Kreacher! Erin and Harry are here!"

The house elf appeared wearing a clean towel and had a wreath on his head. "Mistress is home!" He said moving a little faster than usual.

Erin picked Kreacher up swinging him around. "I can't believe you both did this! It's wonderful!" She said giving Kreacher a kiss on the forehead.

"Mistress is happy with Kreacher!"

"Of course I am!" She put him down and they went further inside. "Where's Grandmum's portrait?" Erin asked noticing the wall where her portrait had always hung now had a new portrait of a winter scene with Santa and his sleigh flying around in the sky.

"Finally got the old cow off and burned the portrait." Sirius said proud of himself. "Remus sent word. He'll be here for Christmas. Everything's prepared, so it's to be the best holiday ever!"

The tree was put up in the library complete with moving ornaments and a Santa sleigh flying around it. Soon the house would be hopping. Sirius had invited everyone he knew to a Christmas Eve Party. Since the Order wasn't meeting here anymore, Sirius was planning all sorts of things. The house had a lot of bad memories associated with it, but he found that cleaning and new decorations (and of course getting rid of that horrible portrait of his mum) had made the place new again. Living here with Erin and Harry-part time, was just what he needed. He didn't plan on living here forever. After all Erin would be going to America after she graduated and he intended to go with her. And after that they probably all move to Lyancomp Estates. This place had so many memories and now there were good memories, but he didn't want to live here always. Erin would understand, but then she always did.
