When Erin finally woke up school had been in session for a few days already. She was really sorry about everything that had happened. Hermione was in her bed with a huge book open on her lap when Erin woke up. Hermione looked over hearing her stirring. "Oh, good, you're finally awake! How are you feeling?" She asked closing the book with a thud wincing a little as she slipped her legs out of the bed. Erin was confused seeing the large yellowish bruises on her legs before the girl arranged her nightgown to cover them.

"I don't know…what happened?"

"You had a Dark Vision." Hermione told her seriously. "It was awful. You started screaming and when we tried to wake you up you started thrashing everywhere and fighting us. From what I've been told you threw me right into a wall."

"I am so sorry—" She began trying to get up.

"Stop!" Hermione said getting up and hanging onto the nightstand between the beds. "Don't move, yet, Madame Pomfrey or Louisa should be in soon to see you. And don't be apologizing!" She said in that slightly motherly tone of hers. "You couldn't help what happened. A Dark Vision is no joke. We didn't know what was happening." She groaned a little sitting down on the side of Erin's bed to keep her lying flat and because it took a lot out of her to go even that little bit without her body complaining. "McGonagall came in and told me what happened after I was knocked unconscious. And how on earth did you manage to help Harry after having rocks fall on top of you in the Chamber of Secrets, I'd like to know!"

"Bloody hell if I know." Erin told her feeling a little dizzy after trying to sit up a little. She wasn't going to fight Hermione on this one.

"Or when you were hit by the mountain troll."

"I was unconscious several days after that one. That probably explains away some of it." She sighed. "Now, what happened?"

"Oh, right, well, after I was knocked out Parvati ran to get McGonagall. The 7th year girls ran into the room to help Lavender try to contain you. They attempted a protective circle…really advanced magic," she sounded pretty impressed. "Anyway, Parvati found Snape, who was patrolling the corridors and he rushed up sending Parvati to get McGonagall and Fawkes who showed up as soon as they could. Without Fawkes I'm not sure they could have contained the magic that was coming off of you. We've known you could do wandless magic for quite a while, but obviously no one else was really aware. Tonks got there after she heard and she broke through whatever it was that was happening. That's when the magic inside of you that was building up exploded out of you like an earthquake or something. Snape said it was good they were able to bring it to an end as soon as they did because the last time it happened they weren't so lucky. Your mother had a Dark Vision while she was at Hogwarts. From what I gather everyone at Hogwarts at the time was hurt, even the ghosts and the portraits. The girls managed the circle with Fawkes' help and contained the blast. Everyone in the room was hurt pretty bad, but they don't blame you."

"Well, I blame me!" Erin told her. "I was the one that had the stupid vision!"

"Erin, it's not your fault! Even Snape said it wasn't! It sometimes happens to seers and it must have been just a horrible vision! McGonagall said that your mother saw her own death, which would scare anyone! But especially since she was killed by Voldemort!"

Erin just looked up at the ceiling. "Where's Harry?"

"He's in class. He's going to stop by afterward to bring me the assignments. We're keeping yours as well so you can get them done when you're feeling up to it." She paused biting her lip. "What the Dark Vision…was it about Harry?"

"In a way," she sighed.

"You know Dark Visions aren't recorded like other prophecies. No one knows why."

"I'm only going to tell it once, so whoever wants to hear it has to be here when I tell it."

Madam Pomfrey allowed Erin to sit up after examining her, but only with help. It would be several days to weeks before Erin was allowed to leave. Sirius, Tonks, Remus, Harry, Ron, Dumbledore, McGonagall, Snape, Mira, and Fred were all there with her, as well as Hermione, of course. Everyone found a seat while they could. "It's all right, Miss Black." Dumbledore told her. "Just go slowly, we right here."

Erin nodded a little taking Harry's hand. He held it smiling a little looking apprehensive about what she was going to tell them. "I was home, but not at Grimmauld Place or anywhere like that. I was at a house…it also wasn't Lyancomp Estates…it was our home though…mine and my four children's…and…Dad and some others. I'm not exactly sure who. I knew when I was seeing the vision, but it's hazy now. Anyway, I was up late…afraid and anxious because I thought at any moment there would be witches and wizard's there attacking the house to drag us all out and kill us. They weren't Death Eaters…I know that…they were Dark Wizards, but not Death Eaters. It was around dawn when I heard someone outside and went to look. I saw Mira there." She looked to her cousin, who was looking quite sad, Fred's arms around her thin form. "I went down to let her in and I knew it was bad news the moment I saw her. She told me that they took him in the night and they didn't know where…I knew who she was talking about and she tried to stop me from leaving, but I wouldn't listen…I had to know and see it for myself. I Apparated to Godric's Hollow and went to the cemetery. There, in the light of dawn, I saw an open grave, it had been blown apart, the coffin was in shambles and the body wasn't there. They'd taken him, just as Mira had said." She felt the sick feeling in the pit of her stomach and took a deep staggering breath forcing herself not to throw up. "The headstone was cracked with a lightning bolt shape…" she told them closing her eyes and forcing the bile back down. "The headstone read 'Harry James Potter'."
