"Sakura! Syaoran! I'm glad you finally showed up, I thought you guys wouldn't come." greeted the owner of the Daidouji house, also the host of the party.
"Oh Tomoyo! Of course we would come, I wouldn't miss it for the world." Sakura hugged her best friend then looked back at Syaoran.
"Could you get a drink for me? My throat doesn't feel so well." He nodded and went to get the drink, leaving the two girls alone.
"So, do you really have this many friends Tomoyo? Since I've never met half of the people here." teased Sakura.
"Well, actually most of them are the heirs from my mother's friends, so I don't really know them that much either but my mom said it would be better to invite them to, you know, get closer with them I guess... Anyway, nice dress!" Tomoyo changed the topic and made Sakura blushed a little.
"Thank you, your dress is also gorgeous." Then the fashion-crazed girl whispered in her ears.
"Hey, so... Last time didn't work so well, huh?"
The double date four days ago, Sakura and Tomoyo's plan to get their boyfriend closer didn't succeed since the girls were busy choosing their clothes while the boys just watched them with amusement. Eriol tried to make some conversation but Syaoran ignored it and used his cellphone most of the time. At the end of the day, both Sakura and Tomoyo got their clothes but no progress at all for Syaoran and Eriol. And at night Sakura called her best friend and she suggested that they should move on to another plan.
"Sakura, here's your drink. Sorry I took a long time, didn't know what to choose since there's so many kind of drinks here." Syaoran came back and gave the drink to his girlfriend.
"Hi Tomoyo, how are you? Nice party by the way, I thought you would messed it up." The wolf guy smirked while his almost-sister just hit his shoulder.
"Shut up, I'm actually a pretty decent event organizer you know. Eriol also helped me and gave me some tips since he has his own experience. If you were the one who helped me, then it would be a big mess." said Tomoyo in her not-so-nice voice tone.
Sakura just giggled and when Syaoran was about to reply, the amethyst-eyed girl looked over to the front door and found her boyfriend. He was standing and looked like he was searching for someone, probably his girlfriend.
"Hey look! Eriol's here. ERIOL! I'M RIGHT HERE!" Eriol heard the shouting voice then he approached Tomoyo and the others.
"Good evening everyone, sorry I was late because I had something to do first. Mind if I join you guys?" Syaoran was about to reply again but got interrupted by Sakura.
"Of course you can! But I need to go to the bathroom with Tomoyo first, so you should just wait here or talk to Syaoran or anything you want, okay? Tomoyo, c'mon!" She pulled her best friend's arm and both of them just suddenly went out of sight from the boys.
"Hi Li... So, how are you?" Eriol asked but Syaoran only gave a short rude reply without even looking at him.
"Hey, looks like our girls are wearing the dress that they bought few days ago huh?"
"I guess so."
"They look really beautiful."
"Well, I think they still look beautiful even in their Pjs, but yeah they are." Eriol laughed.
"Hahaha you're right, they are very beautiful indeed." then Eriol tapped Syaoran's shoulder.
"You know, Tomoyo's a very amazing woman, she never fails to impress me. I always feel so lucky to have her." He caught Syaoran's attention with his last sentence.
"Damn right you are. She's one of a kind, probably why Sakura loves her so much. Do you... Wait no, I mean why... do you love her?" Eriol was surprised, never knew Syaoran would ask something like that. "Wow, good question." He thought for awhile.
"Honestly, I don't know. We both know very well that she's very kind, cute, caring, sweet, highly intelligent, beautiful, meticulous, annoyingly perfectionist and also very melodic (AN: The description isn't mine, I took it from CCS wikipedia website.). But I don't really know which side of her that makes me fall in love with her. Probably... Everything?"
"Everything?"
"Yup. Or probably nothing, I don't think I need a 'reason' to love her."
"Then what if someone doesn't understand why you are in love with her?" Syaoran gave his famous serious face.
"Do you know someone who doesn't?"
"Well, no... Maybe her mom, or one of her close friend." Eriol got confused.
"You think so? I thought they like me..."
"Yeah. Just take care of Tomoyo as good as you can, or you might get a kiss on the cheek from my fist." threated Syaoran. Then Eriol started to get what Syaoran was talking about.
"Oh, I get it. You're jealous, aren't you?" asked Eriol. He realized that Syaoran might feel threatened by his presence since he's the guy who usually take care of Tomoyo but now that Tomoyo has Eriol as a boyfriend, Syaoran was afraid she wouldn't need him anymore.
"No! I'm not jealous. I just don't think you're the one for her. Who knows, maybe tomorrow you'll break up with her just because you'll meet a 'gorgeous' girl in this party tonight." explained Syaoran anxiously. He was planning to tell him but he never knew that it would be now.
"Like hell I would do something like that!" Eriol shook his head. "Besides, there are some gorgeous girls in this party but Tomoyo is the most gorgeous one, you know." stated Eriol, who later realized the girls had been gone for awhile.
"By the way, why did she and Sakura take a long time in the bathroom?" Syaoran shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know, aren't girls always like that?" Eriol suddenly had a bad feeling.
"Hey Syaoran, let's wait for them in front of the bathroom. You know, just in case they couldn't find us since you know how big Tomoyo's house is." Syaoran agreed and both of them went straight to the front door of the bathroom. Later they saw Chiharu, one of their friend who came out from the bathroom, then Syaoran went to her.
"Chiharu, hey! Did you just go the bathroom?" Chiharu nodded. "Yeah, I actually just went out. What's wrong Li?"
"Oh, did you see Sakura and Tomoyo?" asked Syaoran.
"Oh yeah I did, I used the bathroom right after them."
"Really? Where did they go after that?"
"I don't know, I'm sorry. Are you looking for them?"
"Yeah, they've been gone for awhile." both Syaoran and Chiharu looked around but still no sight of the girls. "Well, I'll go searching again for them. Thanks Mihara!" then Syaoran ran back to Eriol.
"I asked Mihara, and she said they were no longer in the bathroom." told Syaoran. "What? Then where are they now? Wait, let me call them." Eriol took his cellphone from his pocket and dialed Tomoyo's phone number right away. Unfortunately, she didn't pick it up. He also called Sakura but no answer from her. "None of them answered my call." Syaoran sighed.
"Geez, where the hell are they?"
"Eriol just called me. He's probably wondering where we are." uttered Tomoyo who got a missed call from his boyfriend five minutes ago. "Oh, tell me about it! Syaoran left 7 missed calls and 4 texts within three minutes, he must be so panic." then Sakura turned off her cellphone.
After they went to the bathroom, both Sakura and Tomoyo moved to Tomoyo's bedroom to hide from their boyfriend. This is actually their second plan to get Syaoran and Eriol closer. First, they would get together. Then Sakura would ask Tomoyo to go with her then they would hide so that the boys would need to work together to search for them.
"Look, Tomoyo, I know you might feel bad about this. But this is a very good chance for them to bond! I mean, they will be looking for us together, then they will have a talk, then they will get closer, and later we can have a double date in peace! Even better, Syaoran's sister complex will be gone! Forever!" said Sakura excitedly. Then Tomoyo suddenly laughed.
"You know, this get-Syaoran-and-Eriol-closer plans actually remind me of my own match-making plans I used to do with Meilin for you and Syaoran."
"Wait, you made plans to get me and Syaoran together?" asked Sakura.
"Of course, if it weren't for those plans, you and him would still be best friends by now."
"Well, thanks then, I guess..."
Both Sakura and Tomoyo laid on the bed and happily started chatting with each other, meanwhile the boys were busy looking for them.

AN: Sorry for the short chapter yet a long wait, somehow I couldn't write good enough and this chapter is actually pretty bad for me. But I decided to upload it since I feel bad to those who were waiting for it. Maybe someday I'll edit it, but for now just enjoy this one~
