A smile spread on Regulus' face. That's my boy. He thought.

The goblin looked steadily at the Black heirs. "There are the wills of your families, which was the main reason why I called you three here." Griphook said.

Many looked hopeful.

"Their wills were sealed after you three were placed in the care" Here Aires gripped Leo tighter "of the Dursley family. Only you three would be able to open them as we need direct kin of the deceased present." Griphook said.

"Hopefully they can get Sirius out." Dorea sniffled.

"Open them." Aires said thickly. Griphook pulled four sealed scrolls out and onto his desk.

Many people looked confused.

"In order to open these will I need three drops of blood from you for each scroll." Griphook said pulling a small silver needle out. Harry had to use six drops for both of his parents, Leo dripped his blood on his mother's will and Aires left three drops on his father's will.

The future parents mentioned winced badly.

The scrolls glowed silver and gold, before the ties and seals melted away. They all looked carefully over the wills of James Charlus Potter, Liliana Sofia Potter, and Shizuka Kagawa Black.

"Isn't Kagawa your maiden name?" Lily asked. "In Japan is Surname and First name only. So I guess I had to leave a middle name here in England." Shizuka said awkwardly.

Aside from money, properties and heirlooms they found out - "He didn't betray them!?" Harry bellowed.

Shizuka held Sirius tighter. Remus growled as his eyes turned gold. That rat destroyed the pack. His wild side howled. James had a look of dark fury on his face. "Sirius is like a brother to me. He'd never do that to us." Dorea said furiously "The ones who put them there are- are" "luridi brancodi cani bastardi?" (filthy sons of bitches/bastards)Liliana finished, her eyes Avada Kadava cold.

Leo was a bit better, his dad was only framed, but he was still locked away.

Sirius whimpered. He heard enough about Azkaban, he didn't want to experience it for himself.

Aires wasn't listening to them. He was reading his father's will in total shock.

"Why?" Regulus asked sadly.

Inside was a message to Aires.

Arcturus looked at his youngest grandson. "I believe you should read this Regulus." He said before passing the book to Regulus. Regulus took the book with shaking hands.

To my son, Aires Rowan Black,

I leave all my fortune and belongings, as well as a cottage in Ireland where I met your mother. Aires, I'm terribly sorry about not being there for you, but no matter what anyone says, I love you from the bottom of my heart and will always do so. Please take good care of your mother. She is a gentle and wise soul who taught me many important things in life. I only hope you will grow to be a better man than I was. Should you come across some old… associates of mine or even some of our family (sans Uncle Sirius and the Tonks), don't get involved with them and don't let them get to you. I know you will make me proud no matter what you do, but I'm not sure if I could ever make you proud. I've made many mistake in my life and most likely tried to atone for that far too late. I only want you and your mother to be safe and happy. Best of luck little star.

Love,

Your Da, Regulus Arcturus Black

P.S. I have only one request; there should be a key in your trust vault. It opens a chest in my family home. Inside the chest are some of my most prized possessions. There you will find a letter, please give that letter to your Uncle Sirius; it holds what I never got the chance to tell him while I was alive.

Regulus gave the book back to his grandfather before he went to hug his big brother, ignoring the looks he was getting.

Aires wiped his eyes with the extra-long sleeve of his shirt.

Regulus did the same with the sleeve of his robe.

Thankfully, no one else brought his tears up. Aires clutched the message close to him.

Sirius gave his brother a tight hug.

After several minutes, Griphook got everything straightened out. "I believe we have enough to get your guardian a trial this time. I will send owls to let you know the progress." "Could you just send them to Aires?" Leo asked nervously with a sniffle.

"Why?" Barty asked.

Griphook raised an eyebrow. "I think someone wants to keep Papa stuck in Azkaban and we should be as discrete as possible." Leo said scratching his cheek.

Dorea smiled. "That's the cunning trickster we love about Sirius." She said.

Griphook nodded. "I will also get in contact with a friend of your guardian's as well as some other friends and family." Griphook told them.

"I hope I'm there too." Remus said fiercely.

"I would also be careful around Albus Dumbledore." Griphook said as the boys stood up to leave. "Why?" Harry asked.

"Excellent question." Moody said.

"He's the one who casted the protective charm in the first place, the one to officiate the wills, sealed the wills, and took money out of your accounts to give to the Dursleys, as well as some other family artifacts." Griphook said.

Everyone exploded in a storm of anger. Magic cracked and shook the room, while Dumbledore stand ins were destroyed one after another.

The boys grew pale. Their soon to be headmaster did this to them?

"That and more." Moody muttered to himself.

The boys nodded. "We won't mention any of this outside this room." Aires whispered to Harry and Leo as they left Griphook's office.

"Especially if you have Hagrid with you." McGonagall said sternly.

"Yeah, you saw how Hagrid protected Dumbledore." Leo whispered back. Harry nodded.

"CONSTANT VIGILANCE!" Moody barked causing many people to jump out of their seats.

"One more thing boys." Griphook said before closing the door. "Dumbledore can read minds."

"Oh." Bellatrix started. "Sweet." Andromeda continued. "Salazar." Narcissa finished.

If the boys were pale before, they went paler than that.

"Understandable." Many conceded.

"Good news though is that now that you officially were placed back into the care of your families when you dropped your blood, protection charms will prevent him from reading your minds." Then the door closed.

"Well there's that." Frank said.

"Was it too much to ask to be a normal wizard?" Aires asked throwing his arms up.

"Apparently yes." Augusta said dryly.

That got a wet chuckle out of Leo.

And Sirius too.

Harry looked at Leo. "You ok, Lee?" He asked tugging his sleeve.

"Aww, how sweet." Many women gushed.

"I guess" Aires gave him a look "ok, not all that good I guess." Leo said.

"Déjà vu." Sirius said. "How many times have Prongs and I done that?" Remus wondered aloud causing a round of chuckles.

"I mean my papa is still here and I might get him back." Leo said.

Sirius smiled.

Aires felt a wash of sadness take over Harry. "That's good." Harry mumbled.

Everyone winced.

Aires slung an arm over Harry's shoulders. "We're still family Harry." Aires said.

His parents and grandparents smiled sadly.

Leo winced a bit. Aires and Leo still had a parent left. Harry didn't.

"We can change all this." Xenophilius said airily. Many actually agreed with him.

"So you're a cousin and my god brother." Leo said with a smile, slinging his arm around Harry's too.

Sirius and James shared a grin.

"Let's get our shopping done." Aires said. Leo groaned. "C'mon it might be fun." Aires said. "Riiiggghhhtt." Leo said sarcastically.

Everyone laughed at that.

Harry laughed. "You two sound like a married couple." Harry said.

Their fathers spluttered.

"I call being Daddy." Leo said. "Harry, you're the baby." Aires just hit him upside the head.

"Don't even think about it." James warned seeing the two shit eating grins his friends wore.

Harry laughed. "Let's go you dolts."

"OI!" two brothers shouted.

He said leading them both out with connected hands.

His mother and grandmother gushed at his cuteness.

Hagrid was outside the gates still looking a bit green. "Wha' took so long?" He asked the boys.

"Hopefully one of them can lie." Barty said.

Leo spoke up. "Very long boring talk about proper spending, making sure you use money wisely, blah, blab blah… just some boring lecture not to waste our families' money." Leo lied smoothly.

"Like father" James started. "Like son." Remus finished.

Harry and Aires were great but they happened to be the worst liars Leo ever met, and that was saying something.

Dark looks spread at the remembrance of the Dursleys.

Hagrid gave an understanding nod. "Aye, important that." He said gruffly. "Migh' as well go ge' yer uniforms." Hagrid said. He led them to Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions.

"Boring." Many boys moaned.

"Listen boys." Hagrid said "min' if I go fer a quick pick me up? Those carts do a number on me." Hagrid said.

Regulus had an unreadable look on his face. "Is he leaving the boys alone to drink?" He emphasized the last word coldly. "Hagrid's great, but not the most responsible." Sirius admitted.

"No problem." Leo said. "Hope you feel better." Aires said. The boys walked in.

Arcturus looked at the two Malfoys. "What is it Arcturus?" Abarax asked in a drawl.

Draco Malfoy

That got the older Malfoy by surprise. Lucius' mouth hung open. "I have a son?" "Welcome to the club." James said.

was bored waiting for his fitting for his school robes. Then three other kids came in.

"The boys?" Liliana asked. Arcturus chuckled at the next line.

A messy haired boy was there, and two pretty girls stood next to them.

Sirius and Regulus spluttered. Lucius had a bad feeling about this. "IT'S NOT FUNNY!" Sirius said with a red face. "It is." Barty said between laughs. Regulus gave him a frosty look.

"Hello" he said "Hogwarts too?" "Yes." the messy haired boy said.

"At least my son looks like a boy." James said smugly to his friend. Sirius growled at the stag animagus.

"My father's next doors buying my books, and mother's up the street looking at wands." Draco said.

"That's nice." Shizuka said. Lucius looked to his side at the looks he was getting.

"That's nice." The pretty girl next to him said. She gave a nice smile and had pretty dark grey eyes.

Lucius ran his hand down his face. Abarax shot his son a look that said 'Really?' Sirius head- desked. Shizuka smiled. Everyone else laughed at the fact that Leo is a boy, or cooed at how cute this must look.

"I'm also thinking of getting a new broom. I'm sure I can get Father to buy me one.

"Excuse me?" Lucius asked.

The first year rule is stupid, I'm sure I can smuggle it in somehow." Draco said quickly.

"Please don't tell me…" Sirius said with a look of horror growing on his face.

He knows Pansy likes to talk about new stuff she was going to buy; maybe, this girl would like talking about it too.

"NOOOOOO!" Sirius wailed, falling out of his seat. Abarax covered his eyes with his hand. Lucius face-palmed.

The messy haired boy, their brother Draco guessed, frowned a bit. Can't afford a new broom? Draco wondered.

"No." James said. "Draco sounds kinda like a brat." Bellatrix said.

It was awkwardly quiet. "Have you got your own broom?" he asked. "No." the dark haired boy said.

"I must rectify that this time around." James said with a convicted look in his eyes.

"Play Quidditch at all?" He asked. "No." The dark eyed girl said.

"BOY!" Regulus yelled "He's a BOY!" "Do the boys even know what Quidditch is?" Barty asked. James and Regulus looked horrified. "SACRILEGE!" James yelled before flopping onto the table.

"I do, Father says it's practically a crime not to play for the House team." Draco said importantly.

"Stop looking at me like that."

The pretty girl next to him hummed.

"LEO IS MALE!"

"Know what House you'll be in?" Draco asked.

"He's nervous."

He never had this much trouble having a conversation unless it was with Crabbe and Goyle.

"Ugh." Every Slytherin student groaned. "They reproduced?" Regulus moaned.

"No." The girl

"BOY!"

next to him said."Well no one knows what House they'll be in but I know I'll be in Slytherin." Draco said proudly.

"Aww." Bellatrix and Narcissa cooed.

"Slytherin?" She asked cutely with a tilt of her head.

Sirius sat up from his place on the floor. "Shizuka, why is my son confused for a girl?" He asked placing his head in her lap. "Because he's a beautiful boy." She said petting his hair.

"Yeah my family's been in Slytherin for generations!" He was proud of that, not the heat in his cheeks.

Abarax groaned and leaned his head back. "I blame you Lucius." Was all the man said.

"Imagine if I was in Hufflepuff, I'd leave as quickly as possible." Draco said.

"There's nothing wrong with Hufflepuff." Ted huffed. "I know dear." His wife said with a kiss on the cheek. The Marauders mimed gagging.

He knew his Father wanted to send him to Durmstrang, but Mother wanted him close to home.

"Durmstrang has no Dumbledore."Lucius said. "But it is very far away." Narcissa said.

He remembered that argument pretty well. ("Narcissa-"

She blinked. Lucius smiled at her. Bellatrix congratulated her on a good match.

"No Lucius. He stays close to home. We won't see him that much when he starts going to Hogwarts, and it would be even less at Durmstrang." "You have to admit it's a good school." "Yes, but he's going to Hogwarts." "Dear-" "Hogwarts." "Yes.").

"Whipped." James and Sirius coughed. "Si, mi amore?"(Yes, my love?) "Honma, anata?"(Really dearest?). "Nothing." the two animagi said.

The boy just hummed. Dang it! He just got a conversation going too!

"Aww." Narcissa cooed. Lucius wanted to face palm himself again.

Draco saw a large wild looking man holding three ice cream cones outside the window.

"Oh boy." Abarax groaned.

"I say look at that man!" Draco exclaimed. "That's Hagrid." The boy said. "Oh, I've heard of him, he's some sort of servant isn't he?" Draco asked.

"I take responsibility for that one." Lucius said.

"He's the Gamekeeper." The other girl said. "Same thing. I heard he lives in a hut, and can't use magic." Draco said casually.

"This will get ugly." Narcissa said.

"I think he's brilliant." The boy said frigidly. "Do you?" Draco sneered back. This boy was beginning to annoy him.

"Great." Their fathers said dryly.

"Why's he with you then? Where are your parents?"

Many people winced.

"They're dead." The boy said shortly. "Oh, sorry." Draco said feeling awkward.

"Don't blame him." Barty said.

"But they were our kind weren't they?" Draco asked. "They were a witch and wizard if that's what you mean." The boy said.

Lucius and Narcissa ignored the looks they were getting.

"I really don't think they should let the other sort in, do you? They're just not the same, they've never been brought up to know our ways. Some of them have never even heard of Hogwarts until they get the letter, imagine. I think they should keep it in the old wizarding families." Draco said.

"He got that from you." Sirius said with a frown.

Then the boy and the dark eyed girl were done.

"So they just leave Leo behind?" Sirius asked dryly.

They left and went outside to go to the Games keeper.

"Knew it."

Draco looked at the grey eyed girl, but she gave him a heated glare.

"Trust me that can be terrifying." James said. Remus nodded.

Then she was done with her fitting as well.

"Ok, now go." Sirius said. "Afraid not Sirius." Arcturus said. Sirius flopped back into his seat.

"Er-" Draco said awkwardly "see you at Hogwarts." She stopped and gave him a surprised look.

"What?" The future Mrs. Malfoy asked.

"What?" Draco asked nervously. "That's got to be the nicest thing I've heard from a schoolmate." She said.

Sirius winced.

"Really?" Draco asked in shock. She nodded. "Why?" "Hardly anyone ever cared about me or my family." She said with a sad smile.

Remus looked sad at how Leo was treated.

Nice going Draco He thought.

"If he's like Lucius, he can't deal with tears." "Cissa!"

He looked around nervously. He saw a box of ribbons that cost three knuts each.

"Why?" Sirius asked suspiciously.

He took out the money from his pocket and held it out to Madam Malkins. "One ribbon." He said.

"Malfoy what is your son planning?" The white sheep of the black family asked. Lucius was hoping his train of thought was wrong.

She brought the box and he picked a silver ribbon, which he gave to the girl.

"Oh, Godric no…" Sirius trailed off in shock. James and Remus were barely holding back their laughs.

"What's this for?" She asked tilting her head.

"That's what I want to know." Sirius growled. Shizuka covered her mouth to hide her giggles from him.

"A promise." Draco said.

"A promise?"

"Promise?"

Sirius was too suspicious of the new Malfoy to be happy with the similarity.

Draco nodded. "Father gives Mother small gifts when he makes a promise" Though it's usually it's jewelry "and if he breaks the promise she returns the gift." Draco said feeling his face heat up.

"Aww!" Many women cooed(the men did too, but it was mockingly). Lucius went pink in the face. Abarax groaned into his hands.

The girl looked at him. "What's your promise?" She asked.

"Do tell." Sirius growled. Remus leaned over to James. "Imagine if Padfoot actually had a daughter." James tried not to laugh, but a few snorts escaped him.

"That I'll see you at Hogwarts." Draco said nervously. Did he catch something, he's not feeling well.

"Aww. He has a crush!" Alice gushed. Sirius had a nervous twitch in his eye and a fake smile on his face. "Yes, a crush on his male, second cousin." Sirius said dryly.

"Sirius Mother and Father are second cousins." Regulus said. "Thank you for reminding me. Now kindly shut up."

"Well at least your crazy relatives won't try to arrange a marriage between them." Shizuka said. All members of the Black family gave her a look. "We have some pretty crazy people in the family." Andromeda said.

"Uncle Pollux would support it." James said. "My brother Pollux knocked his wife up at thirteen." Dorea said dryly. "That was Walburga." Arcturus said. Regulus shuddered. "STOP TALKING!" Sirius yelled.

"That's so adorable." Madam Malkin cooed at the girl as she straightened her mauve dress. The girl went red in the face.

"MAN UP LEO!"

"Let me help you with that." She said before she tied the girl's hair up with the ribbon.

Sirius wilted.

"Aw, it suits such a sweet girl like you." Madam Malkin cooed while clasping her hands together.

"It's ok, Sirius." Shizuka said comforting the sulking Gryffindor.

"Wha—I—I'm no-" She spluttered before her brother dragged her outside.

"Nice timing Harry."Charlus chuckled.

After he saw them leave he just realized something. "I don't even know their names." He groaned into his hands.

"I hope Draco learns they're boys soon, or this will be incredibly awkward." Lucius said. "Awkward for you guys, this is pretty funny." Bellatrix said with a laugh.

Outside Madam Malkins, Aires and Harry were laughing themselves silly

As did a stag animagus and a werewolf.

with mouths full of ice cream. "It's not funny." Leo said with red cheeks.

"It isn't." His father said.

"Yes it is." Aires insisted.

"I would guess that's payback from when it happened to Aires." Regulus said with a smirk.

Leo glared at him before licking his chocolate and raspberry ice cream with chopped nuts.

"Yum." Barty said.

"What's wrong?" Hagrid asked. "Nothing." Harry lied. They went to a store that sold parchment and inks.

"Ugh. It just got boring." Frank said.

The color changing ink cheered Harry up. "Hagrid what's Quidditch?" Aires asked. "I've been wondering about that too." Harry said. "Blimey, I keep fergettin' how lil yeh know." Hagrid said.

Their fathers wilted.

"Don't make us feel worse" Harry said as he wilted. "Sorry, anyway, Quidditch is a sport yeh play on broomsticks. "Kinda hard t' explains." Hagrid said.

"No it isn't!" The Quidditch enthusiasts protested.

"I was told that those from muggle families shouldn't be allowed in." Harry explained when Hagrid kept asking what was eating at him. "Yer no' from a muggle family." Hagrid said. "Besides, plenty muggle-borns do well at Hogwarts. Lily Evans, Mrs. Dursley's sister, was a brilliant witch. Brightest in her year."

Lily beamed.

"What happened to her?" Leo asked. "Went missin' after th' war. Wouldn' blame her fer leavin' though." Hagrid said.

No one noticed Snapes' sad look.

"What are Slytherin and Hufflepuff?" Harry asked. "School houses. There's four. Some say Hufflepuffs are all duffers but-"

"OI!"

"I bet I'm in Hufflepuff then." Harry said sadly. "Hufflepuffs aren't bad though. Hard workers they are." Hagrid said.

"Thank you!"

"Better a Hufflepuff than a Slytherin." Hagrid said.

"HEY!" "Hagrid!"

"Why?" Aires asked. "You-Know –Who was one." Hagrid said. "You-Know-Who went to Hogwarts?" Harry asked in shock. "Years an' years ago."

"Really?" Many students asked. "Everyone in our generation went to school with him." McGonagall said. Jaws dropped.

They went into Flourish and Blotts, a book store where books of every kind was stacked to the ceiling. Aires was in heaven.

Regulus chuckled.

He kept staring at the large leather books, the small silk covered books the same size as Tawny, books with symbols and some with nothing in them at all. They bought their school books. Aires got three blank journals ("One for writing, one for drawing, one for planning.").

"Planning what?" Sirius asked excitedly.

Hagrid had to drag Leo away from the Curses and Countercurses volume.

Sirius and Shizuka laughed hard.

"Bewitch Your Friends and Befuddle Your Enemies with the Latest Revenges: Hair Loss, Jelly-Legs, Tongue- Tying and Much, Much More by Professor Vindictus Viridian." Aires read the cover. "I wanna curse Dudley!" Leo whined.

"THAT'S MY BOY!"

"I'm no' sayin' that's a good idea, but yeh can't use yer magic in the Muggle world unless under special circumstances." Hagrid wouldn't let Leo buy a collapsible cauldron,

"Why would you want one?" Snape asked incredulously.

or Harry a gold cauldron. Well the list did say pewter. They did buy some nice brass scales, crystal phials, and a nice brass telescope.

"Ok then."

The apothecary was pretty interesting. Aires didn't like the smell 'cause it gave him a headache ("It reeks of dead stuff."). Leo was pretty grossed out by a jar of slimy eyes.

"Lovely." Remus said dryly.

Harry liked it though, and was looking forward to Potions lessons.

"Hopefully they have a good teacher." Dorea said.

There were barrels of slimy things, jars of organs, bundles of feathers, strings of fangs that hung from the ceiling.

Snape looked happy at the description.

They got their basic potions ingredients, then they went up the road. Hagrid took them to Ollivanders: Makers of Fine Wands since 382 B.C. to get their wands.

"Finally!" Many people cheered.

The shop was small and shabby looking. Leo looked at the wand in the display window carefully. It had a lilac colored haze around it.

"Hmm." Shizuka hummed.

Harry's hair stood on end; he could feel the magic tingle in the air.

"That's a pretty powerful boy you got there." Moody told James who puffed up proudly.

Aires could feel many things; it felt ancient, and somewhat comforting.

Regulus blinked.

They stepped into the shop and the doorbell chimed. No one was there. Hagrid sat on a spindly chair, which collapsed.

Chuckles and giggles echoed in the Room of Requirement.

Harry looked at all the boxes that piled to the ceiling. Aires was twitching; the dust and still air seemed to be filled with magic.

"Strong empathy." Moody said in surprise. Regulus was a bit nervous.

"ó lá go lá, mo thuras, An bealach fada roham." Aires sang softly to pass the time.

"What's that from?" Alice asked. A note shaped like a dormouse unfolded itself. Book of Days-Enya

"Welcome." A soft voice said from behind them. Aires jumped harshly.

"He always does that." The current students complained.

Hagrid looked sheepish when he remembered the chair. An old man with large eyes that shined like moons looked at them. He looked at Aires. "Hello." He said nervously.

"It's kinda creepy." Remus said.

"Ah, Aires Black. I had a feeling I would see you." Mr. Ollivander said softly.

"How did he know that's Aires?" Regulus asked.

"How do you know I'm Aires?" He asked confused.

"Anyone else creeped out or is everyone used to it?" Barty asked. Mixed answers were said.

Mr. Ollivander just smiled. "You have your father's looks, but your mother's voice." He explained.

"Huh. So he sound like a girl." "SIRIUS!"

Then he looked at Leo. "And you must be Leo Black. You look like both of your parents; though I must say you have your mother's hair and skin." He said.

"Huh. So he looks like a girl." "REGULUS!" "You two are idiots."

"And you, I most definitely was expecting Harry Potter. You look remarkably like your father, but with your mother's eyes." Mr. Ollivander said.

James just smiled happily.

Then Mr. Ollivander looked at Hagrid. "Rubeus Hagrid. How nice to see you… Oak sixteen inches, rather bendy wasn't it?"

"He remembers that?"

"Oh, yes sir." Hagrid said. "Good wand that one." Mr. Ollivander said "I suppose they snapped it in half when you were expelled." Hagrid clutched his umbrella close to himself. "They did." "And you don't use the pieces?" "Oh, no sir." Hagrid held his umbrella behind his back. "Hmm."

"Of course not." Lucius drawled.

Hagrid turned to the boys. "Is it alrigh' if I step ou' fer a bit? Gotta few things lef' ter pick up." Hagrid said. "No sweat." Leo said. Hagrid left the shop with a fast paced walk.

"Subtle." James said dryly.

Aires looked at Mr. Ollivander. "You remember his wand?" He asked the old wizard. "I remember every wand I sold." Mr. Ollivander said.

"Really?" Many asked in disbelief.

He raked his eyes over Harry's hairline. "I also unfortunately also sold the wand that gave you that scar." He said as he gently tapped Harry's scar. "Yew, thirteen and a half inches. Very powerful."

Jaws swung open at that bombshell.

Harry shivered. "Do you remember our parents' wands?" Leo asked. "Oh, yes indeed." Mr. Ollivander said, relieved by the change of topic.

So were most of the room's occupants.

"Your father, Sirius, Dogwood, unicorn hair core, thirteen and a quarter inch, unyielding." Mr. Ollivander said easily.

Sirius' jaw was open. "Really?" Barty asked. Sirius pulled his wand out. "Dang." Barty said in surprise.

"I also matched a wand to your mother as well. Ebony, dragon heart string, 10 and a half inches, reasonably springy." At this Leo grinned.

Shizuka pulled her wand out too. "On the money." Barty whistled.

Then he fixed his gaze on Harry. "Your father, James had a mahogany wand, eleven inches, pliable. Excellent for transfiguration." Harry smiled.

James showed his wand.

"I also matched your mother to her second wand." Mr. Ollivander said. "Second wand?"

"I still have my first wand from Italy."

"Yes, when she lived in Italy there were many attacks that took place. In one particular duel she broke her first wand." Mr. Ollivander said.

Many looked shocked at the Italian witch.

"Her second wand though was a rowan wand, nine and three quarter inches with a phoenix feather core, nice and supple. Excellent for dueling."

"Huh."

"Is there a connection between the wood, core and flexibility of a wand?" Aires asked. Mr. Ollivander blinked. "Your mother asked me that very same question." He breathed.

Regulus looked interested. "Who is your wife, Reg?" "No idea Sirius."

Aires' eyes widened. "But yes there is. Certain woods have certain properties, as do the cores. The flexibility as you put it shows the willingness to change and adapt of the wizard-wand pair. Most wandmakers have lengths to fit the size of their customers, but I find that it can be that as well as personality."

"Personalities?" Bellatrix asked.

"Personalities?" Aires asked.

She blinked.

"Yes, big wand for big personalities. Neat wands for neat spell casting. And a short wand usually indicates a lack of something." Mr. Ollivander explained.

"Isn't there a girl in Slytherin with a short wand. The one who looks like a toad?" Frank asked. "You mean Umbridge. She does have issues though." Barty said.

"What wand did my parents have?" Aires asked. "Regulus Black had a cypress, dragon heartstring, twelve inches." Mr. Ollivander said.

Regulus pulled his wand out. "How does he remember all that?" Alice asked. "Memory skills?" Frank asked.

"I have to say though that your mother never bought a wand from my shop, but she was an excellent woman. She used to come into my shop regularly to talk though."

"Really?" Regulus asked.

"What did you talk about?" Aires asked. "Wandlore at first. She knew the properties of woods well, and would ask all sorts of wand related questions." Mr. Ollivander said happily.

Regulus leaned back with a thoughtful look on his face. So Saorise is an Irish witch with some knowledge on wandlore, but has no Gringotts records.

"In fact it was in this very room, where your mothers became friends." Mr. Ollivander said.

Shizuka and Liliana blinked.

"Really?" Leo asked. Mr. Ollivander nodded. "Yes. There was a falling out with Sirius and his brother, and James became a bigger part of Sirius' life I heard.

Those present that were named winced.

So imagine my surprise when those three met here, talked and managed to become the best of friends." Mr. Ollivander said with a chuckle. "Such a pity though. They only knew each other for a short amount of time, yet they were as close as sisters."

The two foreign witches looked sad. "Are we going to meet Saorise?" Barty asked. No note or message came to answer them this time.

The boys looked at each other.

Their parents smiled.

"Well, let's get your wands then." Mr. Ollivander said softly. "Who would like to go first?" Aires stepped forward. "Excellent. I always was curious about your mother's wand if I were to match it." Mr. Ollivander said.

Regulus gave a lopsided smile.

"Which is your wand arm?" Mr. Ollivander asked. "Um, I'm left handed. Leo and Harry are right handed." Aires said. "Hold out your arm." Aires did so and a tape measure came to life and was measuring every part of him. "Why are you taking all these measurements?" Leo asked. "Trying to solidify the theories of correlations between wand and wizard." Mr. Ollivander said simply.

"Huh. That's pretty interesting."

"You see, every wand here is unique. No two wands are the same, just like no two people, dragons, unicorns or phoenixes." Mr. Ollivander explained as he walked past a series of shelves to find a wand. "Ah, here. Maple wood, unicorn hair. Give it a wave." Mr. Ollivander said as he passed the wand to Aires.

"How many wands do you think it will take?" "Who knows."

Aires waved the wand and boxes flew off the shelf. One managed to hit him in the stomach.

Regulus looked pained and rubbed his stomach.

"No." Mr. Ollivander said quickly taking the wand away. He passed him another wand(Walnut, Dragon heartstring). This time it knocked Aires into Harry.

"Ouch." their fathers said.

"Not that either." This went on for about a dozen more wands

Regulus looked shocked.

which seemed to excite Mr. Ollivander more ("challenging customers are always a favorite").

"He always did like a challenge."Septimus said.

The worst reactions being a small fire to the broken chair, the wand hitting Aires in the face, and killing Mr. Ollivander's flowers.

"Huh, my worst was freezing his hat." Regulus said. "I set Kreacher's towel on fire." Sirius said. "James destroyed the lamps at Ollivanders." "Dad!"

"Perhaps…" Mr. Ollivander muttered before leaving to go back to the shelves. He came back with a dusty box. "This is an unusual hazel wand. Here, give it a crack." Aires gently picked up the wand and felt a soothing feeling like cool water wash over him.

"That's it." Narcissa said with a cool smile.

He gently waved the wand and a mist of forest green, sapphire blue and soft silver swirled around Aires.

"That's very beautiful." Xenophilius said in a dreamy voice.

"That's it." Mr. Ollivander said happily.

Regulus smiled.

Leo stepped up. "Can I go next?" he asked. Mr. Ollivander smiled and went back to get more wands.

"This should be a show." Remus joked, nudging his friend.

"How is it?" Harry asked. Aires was looking closely at the wand. He noticed that most of the wands had designs and decorations on it rather than being a plain old stick. He was tracing an intricate Celtic knot design on his wand. "Magical." Aires said.

Many people laughed at the pun.

Leo's turn was far more eventful than Aires.

"Oh my." Shizuka said putting a hand to her mouth.

A pear wood wand caused a ledger to fly over Harry's head.

"Nice reflexes Harry."

"No, not that one." A cherry wand caused a ink jar to fly straight at Aires' face( thankfully he caught it).

"He has my seeker talent." Regulus boasted with a smirk.

"No, No, definitely not." Feather quills pinned Aires to the floor.

"Never heard of that before."

"That's a no." A ladder raced along its track.

"Not too bad."

"Unfortunately no." Tawny zoomed towards the wall with a terrified squeak.

"Oh no." Andromeda said. "Mousy!" Nymphadora cried.

"TAWNY!" (Harry caught her).

Regulus let a breath loose. "So it looks like Harry won't be a chaser." Remus said. James threw him a look.

And the most extreme reaction was when three windows splintered and glass flew (thankfully Mr. Ollivander fixed it with his own wand).

"Good Lord!"

Mr. Ollivander tapped his chin for a moment before coming back with another boxed wand. "Maybe… this wand." Mr. Ollivander said handing Leo the wand. Leo grabbed the wand with and a velvety feeling raced through him.

Sirius cheered and Shizuka clapped.

He gave the wand a good swish and loud fireworks of various colors streamed from his wand and danced around him when they fell. "There it is." Mr. Ollivander said happily.

"YAY LEO!"

Harry was a tricky customer too.

"Of course." Liliana said.

A maple wand he tried did absolutely nothing. "No."

"Boring."

A willow wand he waved caused Aires and Leo's hair to tangle in a complicated braid. "Seriously!?"

Many laughed. The marauders got a new idea for a prank, well actually several.

Three wand later, Harry caused a dust storm. "Not this one either." "MY-hack-LUNGS!"

"Pretty sure that was Leo."

The mountain of wands kept piling up. Aires and Leo were hiding behind a tall stack of empty boxes.

"C'mon Leo! Gryffindor courage!" Sirius said. "Maybe Leo won't be a Gryffindor." Shizuka said.

"You two are being stupid." Harry told them. "Did you, or did you not hit Leo in the nads with a chair leg?" Aires countered.

"Your fear is justified." Remus said as every male occupant agreed with him.

Harry waved another wand and the Black cousin's defensive wall crashed on top of them. Aires and Leo screamed like girls before being buried under wand boxes.

"Hopefully they man up 'round fourth year." Alice said with a chuckle.

Mr. Ollivander came back with another wand."Unusual combination, Holly and phoenix feather." He said as he passed the wand Harry. When Harry grabbed the wand it felt warm and gold and red sparks flew from the tip.

"Huzzah!" James cheered.

"Oh, bravo! Excellent wands you three! However curious, very curious indeed…" Mr Ollivander said. Leo Whooped and Aires clapped for Harry.

"What's curious?" Septimus asked.

"I'm sorry but what's curious?" Harry asked. "You see Harry, the phoenix whose feather is in your wand gave only one other, just one. And it's brother gave you that scar." Mr. Ollivander said solemnly.

Everyone paled.

"Great magic, terrible but great." Then he turned to Leo.

"What's up with Leo's wand?" Sirius asked nervously.

"That wood is made of dogwood, much like your father's" Mr. Ollivander said "however, the core for it is unusual.

Arcturus looked gobsmacked.

Not many wands have thestral hair."

Sirius' jaw dropped and his eyes grew to the size of saucers.

"Thestral?" "Creature of the undead, only seen by those who witnessed death." Leo paled.

"Lovely." Frank said weakly.

"Aires your mother gave me the hazel wood for that wand herself, she claimed her father raised the tree.

"Really?"

That's not the curious thing though."

"Then what is?" "Be quiet Barty."

Aires gulped. "The curious thing about your wand is that its core is made of fairy hair." "Fairy Hair?" Mr. Ollivander nodded. "It's not commonly used and I know little of it. Your mother claimed it has magical properties, but it's very tricky as it picks up on the wielder's emotions, which hazel does as well, so be careful."

"Fairy hair?" Regulus asked. Arcturus looked thoughtful. "I hear they are tricky to master."

The boys paid for their wands when there was a loud knock from Mr. Ollivander's window. It was Hagrid holding three cages each containing an owl. When they left, Mr. Ollivander bowed to them.

"That's nice of Hagrid." Lily said.

It was late in the afternoon when they left Diagon Alley through the Leaky Cauldron. Harry was quiet as they went through the Underground. Aires and Leo were kinda annoyed with everybody staring at them, their packages or their owls. "Here ya go Harry." Leo said, passing the cage that had the snowy owl to him while they walked.

"Wow. Nice owl."

They got lunch at a nearby restaurant. Leo inhaled his burger and Aires was trying to steal a fry from him.

"Mini-Sirius." James chimed. "And Mini-Regulus." Barty harmonized.

Harry kept looking around. Everything seemed so strange now. "You alrigh' Harry? Yer awfully quiet." Hagrid said. Harry chewed his burger trying to find the words to say. "Everyone thinks I'm special" Harry said "everyone at the Leaky Cauldron, Mr. Ollivander, even Professor Quirrell… but I don't know any magic, Aires and Leo are more like wizards than me. How can they expect me to be a great wizard, when I'm famous for something I don't remember? I mean I was a baby when Vol—er when my parents died." Harry said awkwardly.

Many conflicting emotions permeated the reading room.

Hagrid leaned across the table and gave him a kind smile. "Don' worry, you'll learn soon enough everyone starts ou' th' same. Hogwarts is a great place. I still have fun there. It'll be tough though bein' singled ou' but you can do it yeh jus' gotta be yerself. An' you have Aires and Leo t' help ya ou'." He said kindly. Aires and Leo gave two lopsided smiles.

Smiles spread amongst the audience.

Hagrid helped them get their stuff on the train so they could go back to the Dursleys.

And those smile dropped like a bag of cement.

Hagrid gave Harry an envelope. "Yer tickets fer Hogwarts." Hagrid explained. "Firs' o' September. King's Cross station, it's righ' on yer ticket. If th' Dursleys give yeh any trouble, send word with an owl. They'll know where t' find me. See yeh, soon boys."

"I don't wanna hear about the Dursleys anymore." Sirius whined childishly.

The train pulled out of the station and the boys got on. Harry wanted to watch Hagrid when they left but he was gone in the blink of an eye.

"Kill joy."

Aires opened the envelope. "Well crap." He cursed. "What's wrong?" Leo asked. "How are we supposed to find Platform nine and three quarters?" Leo face palmed.

"Hagrid forgot to tell them how to get on the platform!" James groaned. Arcturus closed the book and put it on the table.
