After they were done with lunch Liliana picked up the book and began to read.
Chapter 17. Plans and Letters
Everyone waited for the drama.
The rest of the school year was completely normal.
And everyone relaxed.
They studied for their exams to much protest. "I can't do it!" Leo shouted. "Yes you can!" Aries said. "No, I can't! I'm not smart!" Leo shouted as he gave up reading his history book.
Everyone laughed easily.
They all laughed.
The occupants of the room were still catching their breaths.
Soon they finished their exams, and got their scores back. Leo kept complaining how Snape made them brew a forgetfulness potion.
"Jeez." Frank said.
"He's an evil grease monkey!" Leo whined.
Sirius snorted.
Neville made up for his abysmal Potions score with Herbology.
Frank and Alice smiled.
"I'm just glad we're free!" Ron said blissfully.
"So're we." Septimus said.
Velvela was thanking Aries for the help in Astronomy when Hermione came towards them. She had a frown and they all shut up as she walked towards them.
"What now?" Lucius drawled.
"I told McGonagall about the dragon." She said. "And?" Aries asked dryly as he shaded in a cartoon of Norbert. Hermione huffed and glared at him. "She didn't believe me and gave me detention with Filch." She snarled at Aries.
"It is unbelievable." McGonagall said in defense of her future self's actions.
"Tough luck, Hermione." Ron said easily. She looked at him in surprise before nodding. "Why don't you just relax, exams are over." Ron said trying to be friendly like they've been telling him.
Septimus smiled a bit.
"I can't there's this book I started reading, and I can't put it down." She said before walking off. "See, it's getting better." Velvela said. Ron grinned.
"Much better compared to the start of the year." Dorea said cheerfully.
Harry was excited and giddy for the final game of the year. He followed Wood's plan, and won the game in about twelve minutes. His team had cheered and raised him over their heads when they were back on the ground.
"WOOHOOO!" James cheered.
They partied in the Gryffindor common room, and McGonagall was shocked to see them all in odd and compromising positions.
All the current Gryffindors snickered. Except for Lily who huffed in derisively.
Harry laughed when he snuck Aries and Leo in to mess with the twins. The twins screeched when they saw that they had 'We love Snape!' inked onto their chests.
The marauders laughed themselves into stitches. Lily glared at them. Liliana and Shizuka glared back. When Lily looked away the two foreign witches shared a look that promised pain.
Harry, Ron, Neville and Velvela busted into laughter when they saw Aries and Leo walk in with reversed knees. Cedric Diggory reversed it and the two cousins began to wrestle the two twins.
"Boys." All the current parents said
Harry was happy. It was the end of year feast and everything turned out fine. The last mail of the year dropped in and Mirra brought a letter from Flammel and a small fluffy owl dropped a letter for Aries.
"Wonder who that's from." Sirius said.
Harry pocketed the letter as Dumbledore stood up and looked oddly solemn.
"Who died?" James asked jokingly.
"Where's Quirell?" Harry asked. The nervous professor was there for the exams, as ill as he was, but he was nowhere to be seen.
"Probably still sick." Charlus reasoned.
"I am afraid I have some bad news to announce." The headmaster said. Everyone stopped to look at him. Even the four on the floor paused mid wrestle. "I am afraid that Professor Quirrel has passed away a few days ago."
"Oooh." James hissed.
Harry was shocked and he heard everyone murmur.
"What happened to him?" McGonagall asked.
"I am sorry to say that he was in fact possessed by Voldemort." Dumbledore said.
"WHAT THE EVER LIVING FUCK!?" Sirius shouted. "Did he just say that!?" Frank asked in shock. Everyone was in varying states of disbelief and it took a few minutes for everyone to collect themselves.
Every student paled and murmured louder. Harry paled and shared a look with his friends. What if they had waited until after their exams and ran into him?
"Don't even go there." James said anxiously.
"But to end on a happier note, Gryffindor has won the House and Quidditch cup!" Soon the red and gold banners flew, but no one celebrated.
"I have lost all respect for him." James said. Lily looked scandalized. "Oh give up Evans. He's off his rocker." Sirius said. "I'm sure he has a reason for his actions." She defended stubbornly. "Why can't you accept the fact your Headmaster is a no good stronzo?" Liliana asked heatedly.
"He's a great man! He saved the wizarding world from Grindelwald." Lily snapped. "At what cost!?" Liliana snapped back. Both red heads glared at each other. "How many lives did he ruin!?" Liliana shouted. They marched closer to each other and Lily glared up at the taller witch.
"It was for the greater good!" Lily shouted. "What greater good is there when you destroy lives in the process!?" Liliana bellowed. "You're delusional if you think Dumbledore is great after all that we learned!" The Italian shouted.
"Did you not hear how he ruined Sirius' life!?" Liliana demanded. "Or Shizuka!? She's dead because of Dumbledore and Peter! Or how about that James is dead!?"
"Don't act all high and mighty just because Potter chose you!" Lily snarled. Liliana was shocked at a sudden realization. "You petty, two faced, puttana!" She shouted.
Lily launched herself at Liliana. Everyone watched in shock as the Gryffindor prefect attacked Liliana. Alice and Shizuka had to pull them apart. Lily had a bruised cheek, but Liliana had scratches on her face and arms.
Lily looked around to see appalled and disappointed faces. James marched over to her and glared at her. "I don't care what you think." James growled. "I could care less what you think of me, my friends, my family or Dumbledore." His voice grew harsh and cold. "But if you touch my Lana ever again I will make you wish you had never been born."
Lily shrank back a bit. She had never seen Potter get like this. She looked down and shuffled to her seat, as James hugged Liliana tightly.
Liliana picked the book back up after Andromeda healed her and had no traces of her previous injuries.
They were all whispering about Dumbledore's announcement. Soon the twins and the cousins joined them. "He was possessed by You-Know-Who?" Fred asked as he paled. Aries shuddered. They all scarcely ate solemnly and walked out in a daze.
No one could say anything.
When they were on the train, they began to talk amongst themselves. Harry pulled the letter out and read it aloud.
To Ms. Wolfe and Company,
I am glad you have returned the stone to me.
I am saddened though that my old acquaintance
Put so little care into defending this creation of mine.
You and your friends are very brave and kind
To an ancient man such as myself.
I should hope to one day meet you all
To give a proper thanks.
Sincerely
Nicholas Flammel.
Liliana glared at Lily.
They were glad he got the stone back safely. "What was Dumbledore thinking?" Aries asked sternly. They all gave him weird looks. "Think about it. I'm the oldest at thirteen, and most of you are twelve. Heck, Harry's eleven. And we managed to get this all powerful item right under Dumbledore's crooked nose, plus smuggle a dragon!" Aries said.
"That was too easy." Moody growled.
They all were shocked. "Dumbledore's gone mad." Ron said.
Many people nodded.
They agreed. "I could care less; I just want to prank the dungeon bat." Leo huffed jokingly.
Sirius smiled a bit.
Soon they were at the platform and got off the train.
"But I wanted to know what the letter said." Barty complained.
They waved goodbye to Neville and his Gran and Velvela who was walking over to her parents. Soon Mrs. Weasley came to pick her sons up.
Septimus nodded.
"Hello dears." She said to Harry, Aries and Leo. "Hello. Thank you for the presents at Christmas." Harry said. "The fudge was delicious." Aries said. "And the sweaters were awesome." Leo said happily.
Septimus smiled a tiny bit.
"I'm glad you liked them dears." She said. "Do you need us to wait with you?" She asked.
"Always trust Molly to be motherly." Septimus said.
"No we're fine." Aries said. "Are you sure?" She asked worriedly. "We're sure." Leo said.
Liliana grinned widely.
"There's our family." Harry said pointing towards the approaching Sirius and Remus.
The two marauders were cheering.
"Boys!" Sirius said happily as he waved at them.
"Cucciolo." Liliana chuckled. Sirius just grinned at her.
Harry smiled at him widely. "I'm glad." She said, with a twitch on the corner of her mouth.
Only Moody and Septimus thought that was odd.
Soon she walked off with her sons who waved goodbye to them. "Make sure to keep in touch!" The twins shouted. "I'll write!" Ron hollered.
Septimus chuckled a bit.
They waved the Weasleys goodbye and shared a look.
Many people grew curious.
Sirius walked over to them and pulled the boys into a hug. "You boys ready to go home?" Sirius asked. "Sure!" Leo said excitedly.
Sirius smiled warmly.
As they walked out of the station they passed the Dursleys.
A lot of people grew sour like curdled milk.
"Come along, boys." Mr. Dursley sneered.
"Oh, I don't think so." Arcturus said with a vicious smirk.
Sirius had an unreadable expression on his face. "Hello, you must be Mr. and Mrs. Dursley." He said cooly.
"And here I thought Father's lessons were useless." Sirius said in surprise.
"And you are?" Mrs. Dursley asked.
"Your worst nightmare." Regulus said evilly.
Sirius kept his mask up. "I'm the head of an aristocratic family with marital familial and personal connections to international nobility and a war veteran who just so happens to be the father, uncle and godfather of these three boys." He said in a cold voice.
"And I have come to kick your arse." Sirius added.
They looked disbelievingly at him.
"What?" Dudley asked slowly.
"And he's still an idiot." James snorted.
"And my friend and I have something for your family." Sirius said chillingly.
"A flaming dragon turd?" James asked.
Remus handed them two envelopes.
"One way tickets to Azkaban?" Barty asked.
"Those are two court orders, for both the magical and muggle court systems." Sirius said with a frigid smile.
"Nicely done." Arcturus praised. Sirius nodded.
"You're one of those lot!?" Mr. Dursley asked in shock. "I believe I am what I have said." Sirius said slowly.
"Last I checked we were all human beings." Xenophilius said airily. Many actually agreed with him.
"Although my friend and I did go to school with Lily Evans." At the name Mrs. Dursley flinched.
Liliana was thinking she should be considered lucky that she has three brothers if Lily has Petunia Dursley.
"So if you'll excuse me, I have boys to properly raise." Sirius said leading them off and out of the station. "Are you seriously going to sue them?" Leo asked.
"Of course I'm Sirius." Everyone groaned at the bad and overused pun.
"Oh, let's just call it a part of my plan of revenge on your behalves." Sirius said before they stood still.
"Oh, this plan better end spectacularly." James said evilly. "Who do you take me for?" Sirius asked with a vicious smirk on his face. "I hope you picked up a trick or two in Azkanban." Remus asked with a feral smile.
"So boys, me and Moony here'll magic you home, so grab on." Sirius said extending his hands. Soon they all had a hold on one or both of the adults and they vanished with a loud pop.
Liliana closed the book. "Finita." She said.
Suddenly there was a bright glowing light and three, scratch that four people stood in the room.
One was a tall man with regal looks, dark hair that had a streak of white on one side and a couple of thin braids, dark eyes, and wore a punk outfit under the open emerald robe.
The man next to him could easily pass for his brother. He had similar features if a bit more angled, his long black hair was tied back into a ponytail, and he sported a sapphire blue long sleeve and dark jeans. He smiled at them with grey eyes.
The third man was holding a baby with pink hair. The man had messy black hair, vibrant green eyes behind a pair of round glasses and stood shorter than the other two as his open black robe, that showed casual muggle clothes, barely touched the floor.
"Hiya." They grey eyed one said. "I'm Leo." He greeted. "Aries." The dark eyes one said. "I'm Harry and this is Teddy." Harry said holding the pink haired baby up a bit higher.
The three were engulfed in hugs, and getting earfuls of scoldings. They were all looking at them in shock. "Er- Hi?' Harry said awkwardly. "How old are you?" Barty asked. "Nineteen." Aries said. Regulus spluttered. His son was five years older than him!?
"Eighteen." Leo said proudly as his parents resembled fish. "I'm seventeen." Harry admitted as he readjusted Teddy.
"How old is Teddy?" Andromeda asked curiously. "Less than a year." Harry said before cuddling him. "You have to be the sappiest godfather I've ever seen." Leo said. Harry rolled his eyes at him. "Your godson?" Remus asked in surprise.
"Yep." Harry said sadly. "Harry?" James asked worriedly. "Sorry but his parents aren't…" No one needed Harry to finish that sentence. "So you got through the Sorcerer's stone." Leo said changing the subject. "Yes." Liliana said.
"On to the next one." Aries said. Teddy decided to wake up then and as he yawned his hair went turquoise. "He's a metamorphmagus too?" Ted asked in surprise. The three nodded. Teddy began to babble and Harry smiled at him.
"I call dibs." Leo said as he snagged the second book. "Harry Potter and the Cousins Black and The Chamber of Secrets." He said reading the cover. "I thought it was a myth!" Many said in shock. "Nope!" Leo said popping the 'p.'
When more chairs appeared and everyone got comfortable again, Leo opened the book.
