So no you guys aren't seeing things, this is a new chapter! woohooo. I'm hoping now that I'm past this point, things will become maybe a little faster, not making any promises though.

~Jade's POV~
After dinner I was really started to get excited. I really couldn't wait to see what the rest of the night brought.
All throughout dinner Alex couldn't keep his eyes off of me. I'm not sure if it was the dress I was wearing or the PDA between Kendall and I. Or maybe it was both.
And don't even get me started on the evil looks I was getting from Ryan. Every time Kendall caught her staring he'd lean over and whisper naughty things in my ear.
I loved this side of Kendall, I didn't get to see as much as I would like too.
"So now what?" Kendall wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me into his chest.
"Now the fun really begins." I grinned at him.
"Should I be worried?"
"I don't know, should you?"
"You're gonna be the death of me." He laughed.
"I'll try not to be."
"You're so funny."
"I know."
"What am I going to do with you?"
I just wiggled my eyebrows at him.
"My God you're worse than a teenage boy."
"You would know, seeing as you were a teenage boy, not that long ago."
"So true my Lady Love."
"I guess it's time to break out the karaoke." I pulled away from him.
"Karaoke, really." He raised an eyebrow at me.
"Yup and I know the first song you boys will be singing." I giggled.
"I have a bad feeling about this." He groaned.
"As you should. This is me we are talking about."
I didn't give him a chance to reply, I just walked over to where the karaoke machine was set up. This was going to be so much fun, I have been waiting for an excuse like this to make them sing this song for me. This was so going on YouTube. And no one was going to stop me.
I picked up the microphone and tapped it to make sure it was on.
"I just want to say thank you to everyone for coming tonight. It means a lot to me and the others." I smiled. "Now that's put of the way, I'd like to invite all of the guys up here to open our karaoke night."
I gave them all a looking letting them know they had no real choice in the matter. And they really didn't, we all knew it.
They all looked at each other and then up at me. I just raised an eyebrow at them and smiled.
"Come one boys, don't be so shy." Carlos was the first to come up, slowly the rest of the boys came up, well everyone but Shane. If he thought he was getting out of this, then he didn't know me well enough. "I mean you to Dear brother."
He rolled his eyes and walked over to me and I handed the microphone to Carlos, who just looked at me. I winked at him and nodded to the DJ.
I couldn't keep the smile off my face as the opening cords of "If You Want it to Be Good Girl, Get Yourself a Bad Boy" came through the speakers.
My grin grew even wider when I heard all five of the guys groaned.
"Oh this is so awesome." Lex giggled from behind me.
"And my Dad is taping this." I looked at her over my shoulder.
"You gonna put it up on YouTube."
"Hell yes." I winked at her. "Why do you think I'm having it recorded? Besides the fact I can watch it over and over again."
"They can't say no to you, can they?"
"They can, they just don't." I shrugged.
"And you love it." She laughed.
"I can't deny it. I really can't." I laughed. "Wouldn't you love it?"
"Having them at my beck and call? Yeah I could live with that." She laughed.
"So are you guys laughing at them as much as I am?" Cassie laughed as James tried singing the chorus. "God I think the fact that they don't know the song makes it all the better. I love you forever Sister, for making them do this."
"And even better Dad's recording it."
"You are the best Jade." Allie giggled as Logan started to air hump. "Oh God, what am I going to do with that boy?"
"The only thing you can do, love him." I laughed.
"Oh my God." Lex said softly drawing my attention to the stage where James and Carlos had stripped off their shirts and were swinging them around.
"They are really getting into this." Cassia laughed.
"A little to much." I shook my head and smiled at Kendall.
He winked at me and sauntered over to me. He grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him.
"And if you want to get it done, Babe you gotta get the one, The one who's got it goin' on, If you wanna make it last, Gotta know just who to ask, Babe he's gotta be the best (tonight it's me)." He sang to me before he kissed me like it would be our last kiss. I pulled away and couldn't help but smile at him.
"I love you." He kissed my hand and headed back to the stage to finish the song with the guys who were really getting into it now.
"Well damn that was one hell of a kiss." Allie grinned at me as soon as I got back over to them.
"Yeah tell me about it. I was on the receiving end of it." I looked at her. "God it's been so long since he's kissed me like that."
"Was it as hot as it looked?" I just raised an eyebrow at her. "What I'm pregnant not dead."
"And not to mention engaged to one of my best friends."
"Right that too." She laughed and I rolled my eyes. "SO what song are you doing?"
"I have something in mind."
"You want to share?"
"Nope I'm good." I winked at her.
"Mean, I tell ya."
"You'll see soon enough. So what are you going to do?"
"I don't know yet." She shrugged. "But the girls do wanna do a girl group number. Wanna join us?"
"No that's okay." I laughed.
"You sure." I just gave her a look. "Right, never mind."
"So what song are you guys gonna do?"
"Spice Girls."
"Nice, shall I have my Dad record that too?"
"Like I can really stop you." She laughed. "You do what you want, when you want."
"God you know me so well." I dropped my arm over her shoulder. "You wouldn't have me any other way."
"No I wouldn't." She wrapped her arm around my waist.
"You gonna do the song with us Jade?" Lex and Cassie walked over to us. "We're gonna do 'Wannabe'."
"No, I'm good, you guys have fun though."
"Oh we will." Cassie laughed.
I shook my head and pulled away from them. I walked over and sat next to my dad.
"It's a good thing I really like that boy."
"Who? Kendall?"
"Yes. If it had been anyone else who kissed you like that, they'd limp for the rest of their lives."
"Thanks, I guess."
As soon as the guys were done, Kendall made a beeline right to me.
"Can I steal your beautiful daughter away for a few minutes?"
"Sure, but make it fast." Dad waved us away.
I kissed his cheek before I stood up and took Kendall's hand. He led me out into the empty hallway.
"What are we doing out here?" I looked up at him.
"I needed to be alone with you for a minute or five." He grinned at me and backed me up into the wall.
"Oh really, why is that?"
"Because I know what you're wearing, or lack thereof under that dress."
"Oh really and who told you that?"
"A little birdy."
"That little birdy needs to be shot."
"Or kissed, I could go for kissed." He grinned at me.
"Oh just kiss me already."
"As my lady wishes." He bent his head and I went up on my tippy toes to meet his kiss.
It was different then the kiss we shared during the song, but just as intense. I pulled away panting.
"Well damn."
"Yeah." He leaned his forehead on mine. "That was a kick ass kiss."
"You can say that again." I smiled up at him. "We better get back before we are missed or my Dad comes looking for us."
"Yeah, I guess you're right." He kissed me one more time, before he stepped away from me. "But know I can't wait to get my hands on you."
"And here I was hoping you'd be using another body part." I didn't wait for him, I just started walking away.
When I walked back into the room, Logan was on stage singing 'Ice, Ice, Baby' by Vanilla Ice. It had to be one of the funniest things I had ever seen.
"Oh my God, what is he doing?" Kendall said in my ear.
"I have no idea." I turned and looked at him. "But looks like Allie is buying it."
"Would you buy it from me?"
"I'd kill you."
"Gee thanks."
"I'm joking, it may get you a hand job in the closet or something." I laughed at the look of shock on his face. "You are too easy sometimes."
He just shook his head and laughed.
"Well thank you Logan for that interesting version of 'Ice, Ice Baby'. I can honestly say I've never seen anything like it." The DJ laughed. "Next we have Carlos doing 'Baby Got Back'."
"Well this should be good." I laughed and headed over to my Dad's table so I could sit down.
After a very entreating performance by Carlos, Cassie, Lex and Allie got up to do their Spice Girl number. Which got all the guys doing cat calls, it was funny to watch. I'm so glad we did this, it was nice to go out and let loose for once. With everything that had been going on, it was nice to be human for a night.
If only I had not invited Ryan and her jackass brother Alex.
"Why didn't you go up there with them?"
"I don't sing in public."
"Can you sing at all?"
I just rolled my eyes and picked up my water and took a drink.
"Why don't we put a little wager on it? What do you say?"
"I say you really don't want to do that." I looked at her.
"I'm sure I do."
"Fine, I prove you wrong, you leave and we never hear from you again."
"Deal." She grinned at Kendall and then walked away. She put in an extra sway in her hips, just for Kendall.
"How did I ever think she was nice?"
"I have no idea, still trying to figure that out." I leaned my head on his shoulder. "But really all that matters is that you snapped out of it."
"So do I." He kissed the top of my head. "You have no idea."
"Next we have Ryan singing 'Only Prettier'." The DJ announced.
I rolled my eyes and sat up. I knew who this song was directed at, hell I'm sure anyone with half a brain knew. I guess she'll never learn the more you poke at the Momma Bear, sooner or later she was going to attack. It looks like no one told her what I did to the last bitch who tried to get between Kendall and I.
"What is she trying to prove?"
"Who the fuck knows." I looked at Kendall. "But I will shut her down."
"She poke the Momma Bear, one to many times?"
"Yes." I looked back at the stage.
She caught my eye as she sung the next verse of the song.
"Everybody says you gotta know your enemies, Even if they only weigh a hundred pounds and stand five foot three, if you just smile and behave you can always get your way, it's a universal plan that'll get you where you can in all societies."
Bitch please, really you can do so much better than that. And if you can't that's really, really sad on so many levels.
When she was done, she came right back to our table, with a huge grin on her face.
"So how did I do?"
"We all know you have a good voice, you just don't have any control."
"And what's that supposed to mean?"
"You can only manage one, and if we push it, two types of music, you have no range." I shrugged. "And you let your emotions take too much control."
"Who asked you?" She crossed her arms over her chest.
"You did. Now if you excuse me, I'm gonna show how it's done."
I kissed Kendall before I stood up and made my way to the DJ. I told him what song I wanted and no to announce it, it was surprise for both Kendall and Ryan.
The DJ just handed me the microphone.
"Ryan you will never, ever learn." I nodded to the DJ who started the song.
"She might move on to rappers and ball players, But we all know I hit first, I hop in the club and boppers show love, and I don't even put in work."
~Kendall's POV~
I didn't know if I should really be shocked or not, but damn. Seeing Jade do this song and getting every word right, was one of the hottest things I had ever seen.
Even though I wasn't really sure what she meant buy the song.
When the song was over she took a huge bow and then jumped off the stage. She handed the microphone back to the DJ before strutting over to me.
When she was close enough I pulled her into my lap and kissed her.
"So you hit it first huh?"
"Damn straight I did, and don't you forget it."
"Never." I kissed her.
She wrapped her arms around my neck and deepened the kiss.
I was really starting to enjoy this new side of Jade. It kept me on my toes and I was never bored.
Things really couldn't get better than this.
